Chapter 6: Part 6 wreckage

After days of traveling in the great ocean, something finally appeared on their radar once more, but this time it was probably smaller.

"It's a ship!" shouted one of the crew members.

"How big is it?" another asked.

"I don't know, but it's definitely not a pirate ship!" said the first one.

As they got closer, they noticed smoke trails and dead bodies floating around, as well as a massive broken ship that was still burning as it slowly sank to the bottom of the ocean.

"I don't believe it..." one of the crewmen muttered.

"What is it?" another asked.

Then a hologram of the bodies emerged on the table, followed by the ship's AI, Matilda, who said, "These bodies look to have long and pointed ears."

"Elf?" muttered the two archaeologists.

"What do you mean?" said the captain.

"They're elves!" the scientist replied.

(scene changed)

"Sir, I got heat signatures and movement at the wreckage. "It looks like one of them survived, sir," said Matilda.

"What is it?" said one of the crewmen.

"Well, it looks like it's a female elf." said Matilda.

"Oh great!" said the scientists sarcastically.

"She's also injured."

"Good, now, send a team to rescue her," Commander Decker responded calmly."

"Yes, sir."

The crewmen immediately went to work.

They saw the elf unconscious, wearing a light green cloak while holding a wooden staff. They took her to the boat and went back as they put her in the infirmary.

"Doctor, please check her wounds," said commander Decken.

A doctor examined the elf, and it seems she has broken her leg. She was treated with medicine and bandages.

While the elf was still unconscious at the Flying Duchman's infirmary, they began to inspect her bag. They only saw a few bags of silver coins, a small crystal ball, and a small wooden chest. They had a bad feeling about what's nside the wooden chest. Then Commander Decken decided not to open it for safety reasons.
