After reporting to the headquarters of the National Intelligence Service, members of Team B, the information analysis team, came. It was to open the circular silver iron door that was firmly locked with an encrypted module.
“Hello, Manager Lee!”
“I saw so many dead bodies on the way here. Is everybody okay?” Manager Lee Il-woo asked.
He was carrying a bag full of various pieces of equipment. He seemed to have seen where the gunfight had happened. Although he was an agent of the National Intelligence Service, it was not common to see such sites as internal staff.
“Yes, thankfully everyone is fine.”
“Oh! That’s a relief. Is this the door?”
“Yes. Do you think you can open it?”
“Well, I can’t guarantee. But I shall try. Alright, everyone, get ready!”
Manager Lee Il-woo laid down the equipment he was carrying on the floor and gave instructions to the team members who came with him. The team members laid out their own equipment on the floor as well and began working in earnest to open the circular silver iron door.
After a while, a final order was issued from the National Intelligence Service headquarter. The order issued by NIS Secretary Na Bong-il was somewhat shocking. He ordered to destroy all the exits in the building so that the USSC members could never get back to the ground.
“Assistant Manager Park!” Lee Ja-sung called.
“Yes, sir!”
“You and Chief Oh, go and ask Lieutenant Colonel Lee for all the CH-02 bombs (plasma small bombs).”
“CH-02 bombs, sir?”
“Yes. We received the order to destroy all the exits.”
“Yes, sir. Chief Oh, let’s go.”
“Yes, sir!”
While Assistant Manager Park Gi-oong and Chief Oh Seok-jin went up to the first floor, Team Leader Lee Ja-sung called Assistant Manager Shin Bo-ra.
“Assistant Manager Shin!”
“Yes, leader!”
“You analyze the information about this villa we have collected so far and check if there are any other exits in the underground shelter!”
“Yes, sir!”

Building in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., U.S.A. (underground bunker at USSC villa)
The USSC members had rushed to the underground bunkers during the surprise attack that had happened during the meeting. In the central hall of the underground bunker, they were watching every scene through closed-circuit cameras showing different areas in the villa.
The underground bunker had been built in preparation for nuclear war. It was a nuclear and air defense shelter built 150m underground and it was comparable to the Presidential Emergency Operations Center of the White House. This place was fully equipped with its own generator and could provide food and drinking water for about 500 people for 3 years. Even if the entire Earth was contaminated with radioactivity due to nuclear war, people would be able to endure in this place for 3 years and return to the surface when the radioactivity disappeared to some extent.
“Who the hell are those people?” Victoria asked.
On the split screens of the large screen, the special forces and the National Intelligence Service were seen moving past the security cameras.
“It seems like they are the Corean special forces,” Loki, who was in charge of the Ministry of Defense and knew well about this matter, answered.
“How can the Corean army come to our secret villa?”
“The location seems to have leaked out somehow.”
“How the hell?”
“Wait! It may be Sphinx. He didn’t come to the emergency meeting this time. It may be a rash judgment, but there is plenty of room for doubt in the current situation,” the man named Mars who was also the President of the American Firearms Association said cautiously.
Victoria took off her mask as if it was uncomfortable. She then called the security manager, “Hey, Mr. Robert!”
“Yes, Madam Chairman!” Department Manager Robert who was in charge of security came closer to her and answered. He was quite surprised at the moment because Victoria, the chairman of the USSC, had never taken off her mask in front of other people before.
She had bright blond hair. She looked incredibly young despite being in her 70s. Victoria’s real name was Selly Araron and she was Jewish. His father, Bendi Araron, had escaped World War II and came to the United States. He had bought all the useless deserts of Nevada at low prices.
When the alien airship crashed, the Araron family became the best family to control the United States. As a result, Selly Araron had been serving for 8 years as USSC chairman, succeeding her father, Bendi Araron, and her brother, Luge Araron.
“Have you contacted Sphinx?”
“Yes, I have been trying for 30 minutes, but he hasn’t received it.”
“Is there any chance that the communication has a problem?”
“Well, we’ve tried to contact him through several channels, but all are disconnected. I don’t think it can be seen as a communication problem.”
“Got it. Then, let’s think about it later. What about the current situation in the building?”
“Yes, ma’am. It seems like our villa is under the Corean soldiers’ control now. I’ve contacted a foreign legion. It will arrive in 20 minutes.”
The USSC was operating a foreign legion by recruiting mercenaries from special forces from around the world in preparation for an emergency.
“20 minutes? That’s too long, isn’t it? What if the Corean military steals our USSC’s server information?”
“Sorry, ma’am. I told them to come as fast as possible.”
At that time, Black King, who was looking at the screen, shouted, pointing to one of the screens. “S-shit! It seems like the Corean military is trying to open the iron door leading to the elevator.”
Accordingly, all eyes of about 100 people, including the USSC members in the central hall, turned to the screen.
“Do you think they can open the door?” USSC Vice-Chairman, Chessman asked as he got closer to the screen.
To this, Security Manager Robert replied firmly, “Unless someone opens it from the inside, there is no way they can open the door from the outside. I am confident.”
“I hope so. But, the Corean military is an unpredictable one. I’m concerned…,” Chessman said, touching his jaw.
Even at the words of Security Manager Robert, he still seemed worried.
“Even if they get in by luck, it will take a long time, sir. Before that, our foreign forces will have arrived. You don’t have to worry, Chairman.”
Ding!
At that time, the screen that was showing the inside of the villa through the closed-circuit cameras was suddenly turned off. It seemed that the Corean military had cut off the CC cameras’ connection.
“Damn it! It seems like the Corean military has stopped the CC camera system.”
That was not the only problem. All communication lines to the outside were cut off as well.
“Chief! All communication lines connected to the outside have been cut off,” a security personnel said in a confused voice when no signal was found as he switched through the channels.
The underground bunker had been completely disconnected from the outside.
“Restore communications! Quickly!”
“Oh! Satellite channels, wired channels, and the Internet, all have stopped!”
“I get it! Just restore them!” Security Manager Robert answered his crew nervously.
“Yes, sir!”
In the 150m underground bunker, an unknown ominous energy was rising.

February 26, 2021, 11:35 (U.S.T. February 25, 22:35)
Building in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., U.S.A. (the 1st basement floor of the USSC villa)
Information Analysis Team B members eagerly tapped on the keyboard while connecting various equipment to open the circular iron door. Also, they disconnected all the lines of communication and CC cameras connected to the underground bunker. Wireless communication using satellite channels with the outside was also deterred by powerful ECM devices installed all over the villa.
Rattle! Whirl!
Soon after, the large circular iron door began to open with a loud sound. It took less than 20 minutes since Information Analysis Team B had started their work. It was an amazing speed. If Security Manager Robert knew about this, he would foam at the mouth.
And at the same time, Assistant Manager Park Gi-oong and Chief Oh Seok-jin, who had been out to get the CH-02 bombs (plasma small bombs) from the special forces, returned with large backpacks.
“Oh! The door is opened!” Chief Oh Seok-jin exclaimed.
“What can I say? My team has excellent skills,” Manager Lee Il-woo who was the leader of Team B said with a proud expression.
Assistant Manager Park Gi-oong smiled brightly, giving a thumbs-up. “Of course! You guys are the best brains in the NIS! Ha-ha.”
“Ha-ha. I will not go that far.”
At that time, Team Leader Lee Ja-sung interrupted the conversation. “What about the CH-02 bombs?”
“We brought 20 of them, sir!” Assistant Manager Park Gi-oong said.
He and Chief Oh Seok-jin each opened a backpack containing 10 CH-02 bombs (plasma small bombs) on the floor.
“Good job! How are things outside?” Team Leader Lee Ja-sung asked.
“The engagement is over, and they are currently close searching in the villa.”
“The operation ended more easily than I thought, no casualties on our side.”
“Yes, sir. I heard that the enemy outnumbered us by 10 times. I guess the 707th Special Missions Brigade is really extraordinary,” Assistant Manager Park Gi-oong said.
Team Leader Lee Ja-sung turned his head and looked at Assistant Manager Shin Bo-ra who was working with the laptop at the corner.
He called her, “Assistant Manager Shin! Are you done yet?”
“I’m almost done! Give me one more minute!”
Shortly afterward, she raised her hands and shouted, “I found it! Ha-ha-ha! I found a new passageway leading out from the underground bunker 1.5km southwest of the villa.”
She showed her laptop screen. On the screen, a blueprint showed several passages were drawn around the villa in 3D form.
“There is no other passage, right?”
“Yes, I’ve checked the scanned information several times, but there is no other passage.”
“Good! Assistant Manager Park and Chief Oh, go to the passage and completely blow up the exit with these CH-02 bombs! If you detonate ten at the same time, you’ll be able to bring down the exit.”
“Yes, sir. Chief Oh, let’s go!”
“Yes, sir.”
“Then I shall bomb the elevator!” Team Leader Lee Ja-sung said. “Assistant Manager Shin, you stand by here.”
“Yes, sir.”
Team Leader Lee Ja-sung took a backpack containing 10 CH-02 bombs (plasma small bombs) and went through the iron gate. The outer wall of the long passage inside the door was entirely made of steel. It seemed like it was designed to withstand nuclear bomb explosions.
“Damn Americans. Certainly, they think big.”
Soon after, he arrived in front of the elevator. He picked up one of the 10 CH-02 bombs and set the timer. He opened the elevator door forcibly and threw the entire bag down the elevator shaft. Then, he ran as hard as possible through the door.
Boooom!
Exactly 20 seconds after Team Leader Lee Ja-sung ran out of the iron door, the backpack exploded 150 meters underground, shaking the entire villa with great impact. Ten CH-02 bombs (plasma small bombs) exploded at once. It was more powerful than any other bunker-buster shells.
Dust fell from the ceiling and dirt leaked through the open door. And five minutes later, another tremendous explosion came from 1.5km away. The sound rang across the villa.
“Well. It’s like we just buried them alive,” Team Leader Lee Ja-sung muttered to himself, brushing off the dust from his clothes.
As he said, the 12 USSC members, some of their family members, and about 100 attendants and bodyguards who had gone into the underground bunker had been buried alive 150m underground. It was because the two corridors connected to the outside had completely collapsed. Unless there was help from outside to rescue them, they would not be able to see the day anymore.
They could only survive for three years in the underground bunker. After that, it would become difficult to supply its own food and drinking water. In fact, the period of three years was based on 500 people, so with only 150 people, the period would be slightly longer. But just because they had more time, it did not mean it was good for them.
If they realized they couldn’t get out of the ground, would they be able to withstand mental panic disorder until they run out of food and water? The USSC had dominated the United States and was the real force behind all the wars in the world. And now they had received the worst punishment that man could ever face.
