Colombia international airport at 09.15 am

A girl walked towards the plane along with the other passengers. She looks so beautiful and casual in white jeans combined with a red and white yellow top and a black knee-length coat, letting her long brown hair flow beautifully, wearing thick black shoes, and carrying a branded bag. which looks simple.

"Casey, are you going to marry Michael soon after you return to California?" someone asked over the phone.

"Uncle, why do you always ask about this? Didn't I already say that I wanted to focus on managing my father's company? I just got her inheritance, now I have to fulfill my obligation to manage the company he gave as my duty, although I can never remember his face." The girl named Casey looked annoyed as she continued walking towards the flight steps.

"But at the age of 25, you should be married. Don't just because you want to show devotion to your late father, you become a spinster. You can focus on work, but don't forget about your future, you also need to have a household like your friends...."

"Uncle, don't need to worry, I've thought about it. Match and death are in God's hands. If I'm destined to get married at 30, it's not a problem."

"But it's going to disappoint Michael for waiting so long for you," Casey's uncle said over the phone.

Casey sighed, stopping by the flight of stairs. "Uncle, we can talk about this when I get home. Now I'm going to get on the plane," she called.

"Well then, good luck to the destination," said the uncle.

Casey immediately disconnected the call, then put her phone in her black coat pocket. She continued walking into the plane, down the cabin until she arrived at her seat which was in business class for added comfort. she sat next to a girl who was wearing sunglasses.

Casey quickly fastened her seatbelt according to the procedure, as did the girl beside her fastened her seatbelt.

While waiting for the plane to take off, Casey took her phone from her coat pocket and then activated flight mode. Sometimes she glanced at the girl beside her who looked so elegant in a white dress combined with a black blazer and let her naturally black hair fall.

"Hi," the girl greeted after taking off her glasses.

"Hi," Casey said with a friendly smile.

"Are you going to California for a visit or do you live there?" asked the brown-eyed girl.

"Eh ... I'm going back to my house because I'm here just for business," answered Casey casually.

The girl nodded in understanding then held out her hand to Casey. "I'm Clara, I'm there too, I'm going back to my parents' house because in two days I will get married," she said.

"Ah, yes... I'm Casey." Casey smiled as he greeted Clara. "Somehow I feel happy when I hear a girl like you is getting married. Because basically marriage is a sacred thing and requires solid thought to decide it."

Clara smiled as she gently pulled her hand back. "And of course I got married because I've thought about this very well."

Casey nodded. "I understand that because now I see the happiness on your face."

"Yes, I'm happy because the man I love is a very responsible man, even though some of my family members don't agree with this marriage because the man already has children," Clara said with a faint smile and bent her face.

Instantly Casey frowned. She looked at Clara in surprise because even though her beauty looked so perfect, she wanted to marry a man who already had children. In her heart, she asked whether the girl's future husband was a widower or a man who had been divorced or was she made a second wife?

"Why?" Clara asked, glancing at Casey, who was staring at her dreamily.

"Eh, it's okay. I hope your marriage goes well and you are happy with the man of your choice," Casey replied with a smile.

Clara nodded, glanced at Casey who was now staring at the screen in front of her that was available for watching movies.

"By the way, which city do you live in?" she asked.

"I live in San Francisco," Casey answered casually.

"Gosh, I live there too. why haven't we met before?" asked Clara with a surprised expression.

"Of course we never met because since childhood I was more often at home and studied with private teachers. After that I went to college in London, I went back to San Francisco and always focused on taking care of the company left by my father," Casey explained.

"Your father is dead?" Clara asked, her gaze turning somewhat pitying.

"My father and mother died when I was one year old. At that time we were in an accident together and I was the only survivor," Casey replied casually.

For a moment, Clara fell silent with a feeling that was so touched to imagine that girl beside her had lost both of her parents since childhood. So many questions arise in her mind about who has raised the girl and how can she live life without her parents? This surprised her because she had always lived in the love of her parents and her lover.

"I don't know what to say but I really can't imagine how difficult your life must be," she said spontaneously.

Casey smiled faintly then said, "I wasn't that into much trouble because I have my uncle and have a babysitter who always looks after me like my mother. I also don't remember how my parents looked like, but fortunately, there are lots of memorable photos at home that can make me remember their faces. If you say sad, I'm really sad. But I have to stay strong so they can rest in peace," she said.

"You are a wonderful girl," Clara said, rubbing Casey's shoulder. "I wish we could be friends and ... Come to my wedding. I happen to have an invitation in my bag," she continued.

Casey nodded steadfastly, then glanced at Clara, who now took an invitation from the maroon branded bag that was beside her.

"I hope you come because we're friends now," Clara exclaimed, handing a yellowish-red rectangular invitation with a photo of her and her future husband posing on a beach wearing white suits. in the photo, she is seen walking hand in hand with her future husband, glancing at each other and smiling.

"I'll try to come," Casey said, reaching for the photo and staring at it. She suddenly remembered her uncle who asked her to marry Michael immediately, and the photo made her want to get married too but she still felt she had to show her dedication to her parents by advancing her company....
