It has been 4 weeks since that event.

The elven kingdom seems to regard me as dangerous, treating me with much caution.

Those people were important generals, which shows that they have some sort of mana or creature scanner.

I expected some army knocking on my door, instead, I was met with silence, effectively bringing a stalemate.

I, however, am not going to stay still.

My research has been completed and the amount of information I got about this world would rival someone that lived for hundreds of years.

It seems that this is not the main country of the elves, but a sub of an empire.

The Eden of elves is the place where the average power of a person rivals enemy armies.

The Golden Dynasty is a very prosperous hegemony built by a demigod, one who is still living and supervising the development of the empire.

As the strongest nation, the Golden Dynasty has its borders far and wide, covering the equivalent of 1 earthlike planet.

It seems that gathering attention would not be a great plan...However, I am not a normal entity who fears death.

Every single piece of DNA that I drop can recover and become a clone or a main body in case this one dies.

And so a suspicious man could be seen wandering in the forest, alone, seemingly searching for something.

...

There is it.

I spoke as a small cabin could be seen on a tree branch.

The size of those trees allows for a decent amount of buildings to be built upon them and still have some space to move.

I walked closer while looking around for the owner.

I knew who lived here, or more precisely, the person I got the memories from knew.

I stopped in front of the door and slowly opened it.

The place looked pretty tidy, with minimal items and clothes, it seemed more like a hunting cabin than a permanent home.

The bed was clean and small enough to be able to let a child sleep comfortably.

The windows allowed for a bit of light to shine through.

At the desk stood a young elf child, or that's what one would think, but the reality is very different.

The child looked like she only ate once a day, which would make one concerned for her well-being.

But I knew that appearances could be deceiving, the being in front of me was a sage, an elven sage.

With her power unquestioned, with mere presence deterred other people from wishful thinking.
