Shiro had just woken up from his sleep on the driver's seat, only to be surprised that a transparent black-gold panel appeared in front of his face.

 

[Carefree Doctor joined the Chat Group.]

 

[Expressionless Doctor joined the Chat Group.]

 

[Greatest Genius Sensei joined the Chat Group.]

 

[Reliable Older Sister joined the Chat Group.]

 

[Future Bastard joined the Chat Group.]

 

[Queen of Darkness joined the Chat Group.]

 

[Double-Robed Supreme Magus joined the Chat Group.]

 

'What is this?'

 

While looking at its functions, some people finally started chatting.

 

Carefree Doctor: Hello.

 

Future Terrible Person: What kind of magecraft is this?

 

Queen of Nightmare: I have come upon receiving its summons.

 

Reliable Older Sister: Am I drunk? Am I seeing things?

 

'Did it appear out of nowhere for them as well?'

 

Shiro thought so, but his deduction couldn't go further with his amnesia and lack of information. Though, he has to say that..

 

Greatest Genius Sensei: This is interesting.

 

Carefree Doctor: This is interesting.

 

Double-Robed Supreme Magus: This is interesting.

 

"Hah. Some people that thinks the same way as I?", Shiro thought. As long as it isn't harmful, finding out more about this "Chat Group" will only be beneficial to him.

 

Greatest Genius Sensei: I didn't expect that my Quantum Causality Theory might be proven this way.

 

Carefree Doctor: You mean, parallel worlds?

 

Greatest Genius Sensei: Yes. Do you know what BETA means?

 

Carefree Doctor: Nope.

Kouzuki Yuuko, the vice-commander of the Yokohama Base, has an unconcealable smile right now.

 

'Alternative Plan IV stands a chance now!'

 

Even though 7 years had already passed since she proposed the "Quantum Causality Theory", she didn't give it up. She thought that there has to be a way to succeed in communicating with BETAs. To her, Alternative Plan V shouldn't be used, unless mankind is truly cornered.

 

The 00 Unit is one of the core components of Alternative Plan IV. The possibility of parallel worlds are one of its chances for it to awaken.

 

"Vice-commander. Someone that knows you is causing trouble in the main gate."

 

"Who?"

 

"His name is Shirogane Takeru."

 

She switched to one of the cameras in the main gate. There, she saw him shouting loudly. She was about to send him off when he heard the words "Alternative Plan IV" from his mouth.

 

Shocked as she may be, she ordered the soldiers to let him in.

 

[You will be transferred to the Lounge along with the other members of the group chat.]

 

[Note: You may leave after 2 hours had passed. The time in your world will be temporarily stopped.]

 

"The other members? This is getting more interesting..."

 

She is looking forward to meeting other people from parallel worlds.

Rays of white light shone on Shiro before he felt that he had arrived in the so-called "Lounge". He finally saw the other members of this group chat.

"Y-you!!"

 

The girl with a gothic outfit pointed towards the guy who seemed like a doctor. He has orange hair and gloves on both of his hands. Though, he felt something special as he looked to him.

 

"You're Romani Archiman, the temporary head of CHALDEA! Also, you're the one who killed Beast I, King Solomon!"

 

Nobody in this room didn't expect for this girl to blurt out some incomprehensible words. Though, one person found this interesting.

 

"Hm.. How did you know? Nobody else except the two knew my identity back there, but it seems that you know more about me?"

 

"Of course. But wait, you're really him?"

 

Romani: ???

 

"Am I dreaming right now? Characters in an Anime started appearing in front of my eyes."

 

Looking at this, everyone else became confused. Only some exceptionally smart people such as Shiro, Yuuko, and white-haired feline figured out what was happening.

 

'Anime? So she knew some people from some anime?'

 

"We might only be confused more if this continues. What about we introduce ourselves?", Shiro spoke so as to clear the confusion in this group.

 

"Alright. You guys don't need to hear mine since you already know. You can call me Romani."

 

King Solomon, no, Romani Archaman was the first to introduce himself.

 

"Kouzuki Yuuko, a researcher."

 

The woman with long purple hair and a white coat introduced herself after Romani. 

 

"Takanashi Touka. I'm a chef."

 

"I'm Shinji. I'm 8 years old!"

 

"I'm the Queen of Nightmare! You can also call me Kuroneko."

 

"Kal'tsit, a doctor."

 

Everyone else were done introducing themselves. Takanashi Touka is a somewhat mature woman with black hair reaching her waist, as well as scarlet eyes.

 

Shinji is a small boy with curly blue hair. He has that air of arrogance around him, though it is to be seen if he's really that arrogant.

 

Kuroneko is the one who was wearing a gothic outfit. She has long straight black hair neatly cut at the forehead in a hime-style, white skin, and her eyes is using a red-ish colored eyes that was the result of contact lenses.

 

Lastly, Kal'tsit is a feline with white hair and green eyes. She wears something that was similar to dresses, though it looked as if it is optimized for doing medical operations.

 

"I'm Shiro, a mage."

 

As he introduced himself, he didn't take off his double-hoods. For some reason, he feels more comfortable like this as he didn't have to deal with the confused eyes of people who are doubting his gender.

 

"What should we do? It'll be very boring since we can't leave until 2 hours pass."

 

"Excuse me. Does magic really exist?", Touka asked. She has to deal with his little sister since the past, so she thought that magic doesn't exist. Though, she's now more convinced that it does. 

 

"You shouldn't ask me that. Go ask him instead, he'll give a better answer than mine."

 

Romani pointed out to Shiro. With his tattered black robe, everyone in this place could guess that he's the "Double-Robed Supreme Magus".

 

"Magic does exist.", Shiro stated while he drew a rune in empty air. After that, lightning began crackling in his hands. He drew yet another rune, and this time, it turned into a fire ball.

 

"It is one of the ways that we could manipulate the existing laws of the world. I've heard that kid mention mage craft before, so it seems that we might have a similar system in this regard."

 

Shinji, having his name called out so suddenly, was startled. 

 

"Y-yes, that's right. I'll be able to awaken my magic circuit soon, hmph!"

 

He said so with great confidence. Upon hearing this, Kuroneko was secretly envious.

 

'Do I also have the talent for it?'

 

At one side, she was thrilled to see and experience magic personally. On the other hand, she is nervous since she don't know whether she has an aptitude for it.

 

"Do you have something similar to a Magic Circuit in your world?", Romani asked. Right now, he is sitting lazily on a couch, which prompted others to not just stand there.

 

"No. We sense mana and accumulate it to our body instead.", Shiro explained. Different from Romani's world where mages have a fixed mana value upon activation of their mana circuits, Shiro's magic system works in a way that once mana enters to the body after passing through the Mana Pathways, it will get stored in their Mana Vessels. 

(AN: Fate's Magic Circuit is fixed since birth and the only way to increase it is via special means. Meanwhile, Shiro's world is similar to a cultivation world where a magician becomes stronger as he meditates.)

 

After the amount of mana in the body gets saturated, they use it to break through higher-levels by expanding the said vessels with the help of the stored mana inside the body.  

 

The same works for Aura, as a Knight absorbs it inside their body, which in turn strengthens it as well. They utilize Aura to make their body break through a higher level, allowing them to store greater amount of Aura once again.

 

Romani and Shiro are both interested in the other's magic system, thus they started exchanging information. 

 

Meanwhile, the other members started their talks as well...
