Chapter 101: Go Out With Princess

Sarah's perspective

Yawn! Yawn!

"Bonk!" - Ah, 15th bonk, my sis was still bonking at me to punish me, hehe!

What should I say...John has gone out with Princess an hour ago, he ordered us to disguise him and Princess. Of course, that was impossible for us, the mission failed successfully! 

We got arrested right away when we got out of the Palace's door when I was wearing John's clothes, my sis was wearing the clothes of Princess, the Royal Guards have been tricked but also captured us. 

We have been sent to a free flat to live in, have enough toilets to use, have food provided 3 meals a day, that's the jail. John and Princess disguised themselves by wearing normal clothes and got out of the Palace by using a hidden route in the backyard, which was guided by Reimi when she didn't know their true purpose.

"Sis, stop bonking me...we cannot escape after all." - My sis kept bonking me slightly, she was quite mad but seemed to be very cute

"Ie...Sarah..." (No...Sarah...) - My sis kept bonking me with her hand

"I can't believe you two will get back here again, ladies." - Baston said to us while bringing us some apples

"Ah, thank you! Baston - san, you are so kind." - I thanked Baston and then took over the apples from his hands

After giving us the apples, Baston got away and then many footsteps stepped inside our jail room, that was Reimi, she was very panicked when Princess went away with John out of the Palace.

Well, the Palace was a bit fussing when the guards were now going around to find Princess and John in the name of the King. The guards' mission was to find his daughter and the Princess's tutor because those two have "lost the way" to go to the arena, which sounded like Uganda Knuckles meme.

The guards outside have finally gone out of the streets to find us but didn't see them yet, but Reimi was quite mad at us anyway. This servant had gone all around the Palace for an hour to find but didn't see her master or John.

Reimi suddenly grabbed the cage's pillar and then smashed very hard at it many times, she looked at us with her panicked and mad eyes.

"Lady Sarah! Lady Shizuka! Please tell me where is Her Highness and Sir Rigen!" - Uh! Reimi yelled quite loud at us

"Eh...we don't know, Reimi - chan! Don't worry, John said he and Princess would return in 1 hour or so, don't worry."

"How can't I don't worry! Even if Sir Rigen has those powerful magic tools but if Her Highness gets kidnapped then who will take the responsible!"

"Don't worry, they did not go far, John and Princess did not even wear Warsaw crests on their clothes so no one will know they are from the Royal."

"I must not stay here forever! My Highness! Sir Rigen! I will come to get you two!" - Reimi suddenly ran outside, seemed like she was more serious than I expected

Oh, SA's screen appeared with a camera call, that was from John, I immediately tapped the green phone line symbol to answer him.

"Hey, you two! Good job, I will add 2 times of money when we return." - John said to me while staying with the Princess and then turned off the call

Yawn! My sis kept bonking me with her hand but she had changed from bonking my head to bonking my shoulder.

Rigen's perspective

Well, I had done teaching Shera in the morning and then waited until the afternoon to operate the plan, I had used the noon to go outside to buy clothes that I considered normal to wear. We were now walking together while holding our hands, I didn't want Shera to lose me and Shera didn't want me to lose her either.

"Do you feel it fine, Sir Rigen? You should have taught me this afternoon but now we are dating." - Shera showed a bit of her unpleasantness when I left the job and invited her to go with me

"Princess, I think you should need some relax so that's why I date you." - Bullshit, I only taught her 2 days officially, the other days I slept while being injured and she had to study alone

Well, I was a true asshole and also a bad tutor, but I just wanted to know how was the feeling of dating in Medieval times, I also wanted to make Shera happy.

Well, Shera was wearing a white linen shirt and blue leather pants, I bought the cheapest ones to not let her appearance look attractive while going on the street. 

About me, I was wearing a black leather tunic with long sleeves and black leather pants, also the cheapest prices that I bought. We should keep our low profile because the guards were now standing and running around the streets to find us.

The King withdrew many guards out of the streets because the coup has now over and he didn't see any rebels that remained anymore but because of our missing then he sent the guards here to find us.

"Anyone, who see two people who have the red round emblems on their right chests that have the four sharp arrowheads that pointed from four sides of the emblems then report to us!"

"If you can, bring those two here safety to us and we will pay you 30.000.000 Gels!" - Many Warsaw guards shouted loud to announce to the people

"The guards are trying so much to find you, Princess! Why don't we go to some tavern to eat?" - I held Shera's hand and then walked with her while looking around the streets to find a place for us to step in

"Remember only go out one hour, Sir Rigen! I don't want to make Reimi or my father worried." - Oh, seemed like Shera didn't enjoy this date

"Are you unpleasant at what I'm doing, Princess?"

"A bit, Sir Rigen! But anyway, remember to go out for one hour only, I was thinking about leading you to my school and keeping you stay there for a day with me but...sigh!"

"Commander, maybe your girlfriend is angry at you, haha!" - Stop mocking me and focus on your scan, dammit!

"Oh, okay! But I cannot tell you what place is a restaurant or tavern, why don't you go around?" - Great, Advisor! You useless pieces of shit!

"Where do you always go after school, Princess?" - Shera was 16 so she must have studied in her school for years, she must have somewhere to go out with her friends

"Most of the time, I will get home after school but sometimes I go to a small tea shop to read books, drink tee and ate some cakes there, it's over there, not too far, you see it, Sir Rigen?"

Shera pointed her hand to a small white building on the left side of the stone road that looked to be made of bricks, windows were placed around and had some people in there. I saw that the people inside were mostly reading books or at least drinking teas, that place could be considered a coffee shop but this world has no coffee.

"Do the people inside of that place know you, Princess?" - I just wanted to avoid being detected, if someone there knows her and reports back to the guards, that would be very complicated 

"No, Sir Rigen! The person who knows me the most in that tea shop is the shop owner, she was named Tela, didn't know about my identity, our students never wear the Warsaw crests when we are schooling."

"But Sir Rigen, you don't need to be so cautious like that, Keris is a zone for the nobles, not for commoners so we don't need to dress so modest like this." - Ah, Princess! Please keep your low profile!

"I just want you to be safe, Princess! Ahh!" - Shera suddenly pinched my fingers

"Call me Shera, Sir Rigen...I mean...John...you are making me have a high profile."

"Okay, okay! Shera, can we go now?"

"Yeah, John..." - Both of us headed to the tea shop

When we were heading to the tea shop, except for the bunches of Warsaw guards who were fussing around to find Shera, I saw that many people who dressed wealth got out of the streets, they were the nobles. 

Some of those nobles also walked with us on the streets where the ground has been covered with stones, the reason made me wonder about these guys, why did they wear swords or at least their daggers in their belts while going outside?

"Uh, Shera! Why did the nobles are wearing swords outside? Aren't those things prohibited?"

"No, John! Even the noble citizens or the military men can bring weapons outside, but the nobles can only bring one sword with a normal length outside of the streets."

"Aren't your homeland just got out of the coup recently, Shera? The King should have confiscated the weapons instead of letting them hang around the streets."

"Well, maybe the laws to allow people to bring weapons have been activated again these days so that's why many people bring swords outside today."

"But don't worry, John! The security here is good, don't be worried." - I should have worried about you more, Shera! 

"Uh, Shera! Do commoners allowed to bring weapons?"

"I don't know for sure, John! Maybe not, the weapon that the laws only allowed to bring outside the streets is a sword or a small dagger, and a commoner doesn't have enough money to buy a sword."

"What's about the dagger?"

"It's cheaper than a sword but the laws require the knife to be a military knife, and the military knives only sell in the noble zone, that's all I know." 

"How cost is an average sword, Shera?" - Maybe she didn't know but I want to ask

"Uh...I don't know for sure, John! Maybe around 30.000 Gels to be the high price, the average price must be 15.000 Gels or lesser."

"How is the highest salary of a job that a commoner can do in this place?"

"I don't know exactly, Sir Rigen! But if I can remember properly that would be the job to be a guild girl in the Adventurer Guild." 

"That job doesn't require the Warsaw college degree so anyone can do that job, even a commoner who has no experience with any job before that can also do it."

"Reimi told me about it, the job requires you to be a woman, send 50 Gels to make a contract, get in the guild and be trained in two weeks to do the job and then become an official guild girl."

"The salary is about 600 Gels a month or so, it is very cheap for our nobles but very high for the commoners, a commoner's job average salary is about 100 Gels a month or lesser." - I didn't know the commoners have to live misery like that, I was so lucky to have this tutor job

"But John! We are dating...hmmph!" - Oh, Shera was so cute!

"Okay, okay! Follow me." - I slowly walked Shera inside the tea shop

When we got inside, there were a few people inside the shop, they were sitting alone and on other dining tables, their hands holding books, some of the people drank teas while reading the books. This place looked to be a place for educated people.

"Only the nobles are allowed to go to school, John! So all of them are knowledgeable, an answer that a 3-year-old child can even explain." - Shut up, Advisor!

"Shut up, dammit!"

"Okay, okay!" - Advisor shut off its mouth

The tea shop, around the place was the white walls that were made of bricks or something similar to its material, the chairs, tables and furniture around were fine. 

I saw that the torches that didn't torch yet were placed above and around the wall as if to use to light up when the night come, the windows were placed quite much to take the light from the sun outside.

A figure of a woman stepped toward us, she wore green clothes that looked to be a maid uniform, her hair has been tied up and she wore glasses...wait, wasn't that Zofana, the maid in Palace?

"Welcome, customers! Please take a seat over there." - Zofana noticed us, she knew me and Shera were here! Zofana pointed her hand to an empty table as if to call us to get there

We slowly walked to the table and then sat down on two chairs opposite each other, there was a white thin book that was placed on the table, I grabbed the book and flipped some pages, the pages were made of fur.

This was a menu, I didn't notice much about what was written inside but kept looking at Zofana, she was now holding a small piece of fur paper and a very small black box in her right hand and a pen in her left hand. 

This maid was a left-handed person? She dip the pen into the small box, maybe that was an ink box, after dipping the pen into the box, she pulled it out and then headed the pen to the paper.

"What are your two orders? Customers?" - Zofana made a slight bow toward the two of us as if she was making a greeting to her rulers

"You are doing this job, Zofana? I didn't know that! You should have inside the Palace, right?" - Shera was quite curious when Zofana was inside this tea shop, me too!

"I'm very sorry for disturbing you two, Sir Rigen, Your Highness, this lowly maid has disturbed your date, I swear to the Goddess I won't tell anyone."

"We won't, Zofana! But what are you doing here?" - I asked Zofana

"This is my part-time job, Sir Rigen! I want to earn more money to take care of my parents in the countryside."

A Warsaw guard walked inside the tea shop, he looked around at the people who were reading books, even the employees. They focused on the people's chest because that was the place that has the Warsaw crest, that guard noticed us and then walked toward us.

"Please Sir and Lady let me see your chest, I want to verify if you two have the Warsaw crests or not." - That guard asked us so I stood up to let him see

"Good, about Lady..." - Shera also stood up and that guard looked at her chest and then ordered Shera to sit down

The guard after the checking, he ran to the door, he ran outside without apologizing to the people inside the tea shop, he looked to be in hurry, but what the hell was that kind of checking? No logic at all!

"What the hell was wrong with those guards?" - A woman that was a customer in the shop complained about the guards

"Suddenly walked in and then checked us, not even apologize but ran away, he ruined my mood, I was having a very good mood to read books and he ruined it." - A man in the shop also complained

"Sorry, John! Because the only witness of our date is Reimi, she saw us the last time when we were wearing clothes that have the crests, the guards are according to her information to find us." - Shera explained to me

"They didn't think about whether we will change the clothes or what? Your homeland's guards are quite dumb in this, Shera."

"Come here..." - Both of us slowly headed toward each other and were about to kiss, I would give Shera a sweet kiss, I want my wife to be pure before I "meat" her again

"Here is your dessert, customers! Please enjoy." - Both of our moods have been disturbed by Zofana, she suddenly came and put down the plates that have two small sweet round cakes

Zofana even put down two tea cups, though those things were not in our orders for the dessert. Maybe teas were served free here, because this shop was a tea shop.

"Hope customers will taste good." - Zofana bowed toward us and then walked away to serve the others

"John, say ah!" - Shera suddenly took a spoon and dug a piece of cake, she raised the spoon toward me

"Hehe." - Shera put me a spoon and then I chewed the piece of cake

"Do you feel good, John?" - Shera asked me after giving me a spoon, she cheered up and then started eating her dessert

I also grabbed my spoon and then ate with Shera, we ate with each other while holding our hands, sometimes relaxing with your loved one was the thing that we should be precious the most.

"Commander, do you ever think to make a harem?" - Advisor asked me

"Nah, I will be faithful with Shera only, she is my only loved one, I love her the most."

"Bullshit, then why did you intend to have affair behind her?" - Well, that was my need, but I still love Shera

"Bullshit, if you love that Princess, alright! Then lead your other lovers in front of her and announce to them that you love the Princess the most."
