That Demon Lord kept looking at me with that straight face, maybe I should tell her my name.

"John."

"And your surname?"

"Rigen."

Suddenly the Demon Lord kept looking at me closer, she later returned to the previous straight face.

"John, Rigen, did you kill my niece - Graber?"

"No, I didn't kill her, I tried to explain to your soldiers but they didn't listen, they even killed my wife and my daughter." - I was very angry right now but for some reason I didn't feel hate for this Demon Lord, she may help me according to my feeling about her

"How did my niece's necklace has belonged to your daughter?"

"She gave my daughter before she died, she wanted her to receive it."

"Where is Rivia?"

"She died, she protected and she died, she also let us live in her house freely after that."

That Demon Lord looked straight at my eyes, she seemed to want to check if I was speaking the truth or not, for a few seconds of looking. The Demon Lord slowly put the sword away from my throat and kept looking at me.

"This Supreme allows you to call me by my name - Darker." - Darker turned around and then looked at the orc soldiers that had intended to kill me before

(Who was the Captain who led the mission to find Rivia!) - Darker shouted loud toward the soldiers as if to call them out for some reason

Later I saw the soldier that was the commander of the orc soldiers that intruded into my house slowly stepping out from the soldiers. He stepped toward Darker and then kneeled with a very respectful attitude.

This guy, I wanted to kill him! My family has been killed, I wanted to kill him!

" 'I reh, Uoy Merpus Tsejam!"

(I'm here, Your Supreme Majesty!) 

"Hw id oy lik iht 'nam limaf? Id I eve olla oy t rah noyna i aht oissim?"

(Why did you kill this man's family? Did I ever allow you to harm anyone in that mission?)

"N, Uoy Merpus Tsejam! I 'ndid olla eht ut Basor, no o m reidlos id aht o ih wo 'I rev rros!"

After that soldier ended his word, Darker suddenly used the sword which she took from me and then swung at the soldier. He died suddenly with his head fell on the ground with blood spurting out from his neck. 

Though the one who led the intruders into my house and killed my family has died.

I was very satisfied with his death but my mind hadn't been relieved at all, his death could not bring back Shera and Eris to live.

The Orc soldiers that saw the scene immediately kneeled on the floor before Darker, their faces showed their scare, the terrified they had. Seemed like they were scared to serve their ruler more than loyal to serve her.

"Etsil t uoy Merpus, oy cro! Noyna hw tel iht nedicni neppah iaga liw b etucexe hgir awa!" 

(Listen to your Supreme, you orcs! Anyone who lets this incident happens again will be executed right away!) - Darker said to the orcs as if to warn them

The orcs went silent, they didn't sound any word but kept kneeling toward Darker, some of them glanced at her with scares. 

They didn't want to die, they didn't want to disobey their ruler because they knew if they disobeyed her, they would die.

"John Rigen, no! I should call you Sir John, follow me." - Darker told me to follow her, maybe I should follow

Though I intended to revenge but seemed like there was only one orc that I have left alive. 

Maybe this Demon Lord had only cared about killing the orcs' commander because the commander would be the one who took most of the responsibility.

I walked alongside Darker on the long hallway, the orc soldiers that saw her made the very respectful bows, seemed like this Demon was a very serious person, maybe I should ask her more.

"Why does a Demon Lord like you have to ask me to follow you, Darker? Did you want to revenge on your little sister?"

"There are no proofs to show a human like you are innocent but this Supreme spares you, Sir John." 

"What has happened to my niece was a very sad story, I can't keep her alive but can only wish her to rest in peace."

"Where did you want to lead me to go?"

"Just follow me, don't ask this Supreme when I don't want to answer."

"What's about my wife and my daughter! You people killed them and now you dare to speak with me with that respectful voice! Give back Shera and Eris to me! Now!"

"The dead cannot come back to life, just follow this Supreme, this is for your own good, just follow me." - Dammit! I wanted to kill her!

Then an orc soldier saw me had acted as if want to kill his ruler, he immediately stepped toward me but Darker made a hand sign to call him to halt so the orc stopped with many regrets on his face.

Not just that, every orc soldier we passed in the hallway, Darker also made that handsign to call them to stop the attack, this woman wanted to die or what? 

"You want to die or what?"

"You can try to kill this Supreme if you want, I just want to treat you good."

"Why did you want to treat me good! You people killed my family and treated me good! Fuck that! Give back my wife and my daughter!"

"The dead don't come back to live."

I immediately drew the sword and then sliced Darker with direction to her back with a very strong blow, when I have done swinging the sword and her and looked back. 

Darker didn't fall to the floor but stood still with a very calm posture, the wound that showed on her back was a very long line of blood with a terrible scratch that slowly closed in a few seconds. 

The orc soldiers that saw their ruler had been attacked immediately stepped toward me and were about to kill me but Darker raised her hand sign to call them to stop so they followed her order.

"What the hell are you anyway? Tell me!"

"I'm just a Demon that is capable to be the Demon Lord, that's all, follow this Supreme, I want to show you something." - After saying that word, Darker kept going as usual

Then I went with Darker to a large door which had two orc soldiers staying guard on it, they looked at us and made a bow, they later opened the door. 

Inside the door was a very large stair that led to the throne, below were the orc soldiers who stayed guard, they also bowed to us as we walked up the stair.

Now I have noticed something odd, the orc soldiers were holding weapons in their hands that looked to be very similar to M1 Garand which had bayonets on the rifles but with purple color, looked like the same thing that the orc commander used to knock me down.

I followed Darker to the throne and she sat on her throne with a very straight face, she looked below the soldiers and made a hand sign. 

The soldiers saw her hand sign, they later made a bow and then walked away from the room, all of them.

"Sir John, this Supreme wanted to show you something but I could not do it right now, wait for me a bit, I will solve this problem, soon." - What did she mean?

"I don't want to come here to meet you or to see what you want to show me, give me back Shera and Eris."

"Sir John, you can still save them but at first listen to this Supreme, I don't know how to save them but I will show you a thing that can make you save them."

"What do you mean, Darker? I don't want to joke! I want you to save them now!"

"As I said the dead cannot come back to life, what you just have demanded this Supreme to do was already a joke, but I will make sure you can save them if you follow me."

"What do you mean! If you can't save them then I don't have any reason to get here, I want to see them, I want to follow them! I don't want to be away from them!"

"Then why don't you kill yourself with the sword that I returned to you? This Supreme doesn't want to be disturbed, just keep silent and wait until I can lead you to go more."

I immediately looked at the sword, I slowly drew it out from the scabbard but this time I was so scared, I didn't want to die. I was scared, I didn't want to be far away from my wife and my daughter but I didn't dare to kill myself.

"So you are only good about shouting the courage in your mouth, how feeble you are! Just wait for this Supreme a bit, I promise I will help you to save your family." - I wanted to kill Darker but I saw that she was right to call me that, maybe I should listen to her a bit

If there was a way to save Shera and Eris, I would do anything to save them, maybe I should be patient.

Then I stood beside Darker for a very long time, for a few minutes but I didn't see anything strange, I slowly lost my patience, I just wanted to save my family now.

"They're coming, stay right behind me, Sir John." - Darker stood up from her throne and then stood in the middle of the floor that had the stair led below the throne

I didn't know anything but I followed Darker's order, suddenly a few seconds after what she said, dozens of orc soldiers breached inside Darker's courtroom with M1 Garand rifles pointed at her.

"Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!" - Dozens of gunshots had been fired at Darker, were those orc soldiers wanting to overthrow their ruler?

But the bullets didn't hit Darker at all but floated around her electricity barrier just like the time that I used my sword to kill her in the first time encounter. 

The gunshots kept firing at Darker in hopelessness, she later raised her right hand toward the soldiers and then in a blink of an eye, the bullets that were supposed to point at her suddenly flew toward the people who shot her.

The soldiers that tried to kill Darker, some of them died and their bodies exposed the cover to be like green lizards that disguised into the orcs. 

Some of the soldiers didn't die but lay on the floor in pain, later the other orc soldiers came into the courtroom and saw their ruler was still alive. 

They made a bow toward Darker and then tied up the rebels that tried to kill their ruler and led them away.

"The ones that tried to kill this Supreme were the invaders that disguised into my soldiers. I have noticed them before so I just waited for them here to kill me, it's done, Sir John, now follow me."

Darker told me to go with her after that, I was wondering what was the kind of magic she showed earlier. Maybe I should ask about this Demon Lord, I had a bit interested in her now.

"Darker, what was the magic you used to fight against the invaders?"

"You are not allowed to hear the explanation from this Supreme, I cannot tell you what was the kind of magic I have used earlier, I have used 100 years just to master it completely."

"100 years?"

"The demons can only live for a total of 300 years but with a Demon Lord, that number would be 500 in total."

"If my late mother had mastered it sooner then she would not have lost the war 500 years ago and I wouldn't have to be ashamed to have no father."

Then I walked with Darker until we went outside according to my thought, I saw that many people were training on the ground or something. 

Creatures that looked to be goblins and orcs, even some humans were training together to use the purple rifle that looked to be M1 Garand rifles.

"Hey, Darker! What are those weapons, they look like the weapons in my homeland?"

"So as the Goddess said to me was right, you also come from that another world like those two heroes, those weapons are called M2 Garand rifle. 

"Those are the weapons that our demons have developed which are based on an M1 Garand from two of the heroes 500 years ago, that was a gift from Frank Jonathan gave to my late mother before he made her pregnant and left her."

"I never met Frank Jonathan, he was my father, I hated him but my mother loved him, now both of them have died." 

"The Peace Agreement 500 years ago is nothing to me, I wanted to kill all the humans but my late mother told me not to make war anymore so I obeyed her." 

"Otherwise, I will kill all of the humans, even you, Sir John."

"Why there are humans that training with your demon soldiers?"

"They are the soldiers from Ashura Kingdom, our good ally, the soldiers you see are just the untrained troops, the trained troops will join the amphibious assault on the Human's continent today."

Then both of us walked for a long road until there was a very tall stair that looked to be made of metal, Darker walked up so I did the same as her. We stepped together until we got up the stair, there was a long scenery that could be seen below, looked to be troops that were gathering for something.

Those were the long lines of troops that were gathering below the ground, the soldiers in the purple armor and the soldiers in the red armors that looked to be samurai's armors were standing together.

They were holding the M2 Garand rifles as I could explain according to my eyes accuracy from far away, they were now going inside the things that looked to be the Higgins boats that were placed on the shore and were about to go.

These demons were even capable of making Higgins boats which were the landing crafts that were used by the US Military in the invasion of Normandy. 

I didn't know much about the invaders that Darker talked to me about, I just wanted to save Shera and Eris now, I wanted to save them, I wanted them to be alive.

"This world is now about to end, we cannot fight against the invaders, only 3.000.000 troops left in my Kingdom and I have sent half of the troops for this amphibious assault." - Darker made a sigh and then walked down the stair while the boats were away from the land

I followed her until we walked inside a place that looked to be a Palace again, looked like the Imperial Palace had two places but not one as I thought.

There were also crystal lights around the place, the demon's technology of this world had been very modern compared to the human Kingdoms that I saw.

Then we walked into a room, that room looked to be very wide, there was a chest that was placed near the bed. Darker was now stepping to the chest and then opened it out, she pulled out a thing that looked to be a green ring that had a blue crystal in its middle.

Darker slowly held the ring and then walked toward me, when she was close to me, she kneeled on the floor and made a bow toward me very deeply.

"Sir John, please save this world! I beg you with the cost of my life!" - Darker suddenly behaved strangely, she was Demon Lord back then but now she behaved to beg me something

"The Goddess has told me that she wanted to destroy the world because she saw it was so boring for her." 

"The Goddess gave me this ring in my dream, told me to meet you and give you this, Sir John" - Darker slowly gave me the ring, I took the ring and curiously looked around it

That ring had green colored, it had a small blue crystal that stick in the middle of the ring, I turned the back of the ring and saw a line of number 07042037, I was wondering what that meant.

"Sir John, please save this world!" - Darker held my hands and begged me, I was still confused at what she meant

"I don't care about whether the world that I'm now living is about to be destroyed or not, give me back my wife and my daughter!" 

"Please, Sir John! The Goddess said to me that when you wear the ring in your hand and you will see."

"I didn't know what she meant, she said that if you can save the world then she will save your relatives."

If what Katia said to Darker was the truth then she must be the one who intentionally killed Shera and Eris, if I could save them, I would do anything.

I slowly put the ring in my hand, nothing happened, but then a few seconds after I had worn it, the blue crystal on the ring glowed.

"Sir John, please save the world!" - Tch! Darker kept begging me, I didn't care about this world, I care about Shera and Eris, I wanted them to come back alive

"I will save the world but I only do that because I want to save my daughter and my wife, that's all!"

Darker looked at me and then cried, she made a deep bow as if to thank me with all of her respect, I slowly felt my body was vanishing and then I lost consciousness.

I woke up in a room, that looked to be Katia's house, I will save Shera and Eris at all costs, but now I was wondering where was the Goddess.

"John Rigen, congratulations! You just have activated the checkpoint save." - That voice came out from behind

I came back to see and then noticed that Katia was now sitting on a chair, looking at me with a sleepy expression, she kept yawning with her eyes closed. I rushed toward her and was about to punch her I could not, I was stopped and could not move for some reason.

"You fucking Goddess! You killed Shera and Eris! You even killed Rivia! Give me back my wife and my daughter! Now!"

"Yawn! I didn't kill them, they died because they chose to die, that's all I can say." - What! What the fuck were you trying to explain, Katia!

"Well, in the case of Rivia, I just only dropped the monster near Shera, that's all! Rivia chose to kill herself by covering that little Princess, she died because she chose that." - You fucking cunning! I will kill you! I will fucking kill you!

"Katia, will you let Shera and Eris come back to life after I have done what you said?"

"Yeah, I will save both of them when you have done traveling to the world I told you earlier, I just set up the timeline a bit different when you return." - Can I believe her?

"Don't worry, I will always do the promise! About the saving the other world that Darker has mentioned to you about." 

"Ah! just forget it, l just want to sit here to watch what you are doing in those worlds and sniff some drama scenes you are about to go through."

"Anyway, it's time to go, John Rigen! Ah, I will erase some of your memory before you go. Don't worry, I will return it to you when you have done traveling to that other world and returned here."

After Katia said that to me, I felt like I was being brought far away from her house, my eyes started to be blurred and my mind was about to lose consciousness.

I slowly felt I was about to lose consciousness completely, I closed my eyes and thought only about Shera and Eris.

Shera, Eris! I will save both of you, please wait for me! I will save you two with all costs!
