Chapter 1: Prologue

December 5 2080

Explosions rocked the the ground below as flashes of light coming from different directions. Destroyed war machines and buildings with occational corpses that were unfortunate enough to be in this hellhole was littered on the street. It was not a doubt a battlefield fought by brave men who only wished that this war would end so that they could be with their family. Who knew a man drowned with ambition, greed and power could do something as destructive as this.

"SIR WE ARE GETTING OVERRUN" shouted by a man trying to be loud enough for his commanding officer to hear as explosion continue shake the ground. It was clear that the man was tired not having enough sleep because of the ongoing battle.

"Sir 3rd Company is being pushed back""The 27th Armored Division will be delay because of an ambush""We are running out of supplies at this rate were fighting with knives now" as more and more imformation is being pumped out it was clear that they were losing.  Captain Maxwell was now in charge with the lives of a thousands of men after his superior was killed in action. With one wrong move he can get his battalion killed so he has to play his cards carefully.

Maxwell knew they were sent on a suicide mission being ordered to defend a town with only a thousand infantry with few MBTs and a dozen IFVs againts a force of Forty thousand although they had the high ground the enemy had the numbers advantage 40 to1. With heavy amonts of pressure the Captain tried his best to remain calm even though they were between a rock and a hardplace. "Okay here is what were going to do. John ask HQ if there are any available Air Support. Get the surviving IFVs and the Australian Airborne to support the 3rd Company on our right flank. Take 3 M1A5s and Filipino and Japanese Commandos and position it on the west side of the town. We will let the enemy take the west. Once they are in The Abrams along with the infantry and commandos will push them back. They won't suspect a counter attack on them." While the Captain is barking orders the soldiers didn't waste time and followed the orders.

"Sir an AC 150 Gunship is on route on our position ETA 30min."  John said with an estatic voice. With a grin plastered on the Captain's face said "Good lets show this sons of bicthes that we're not to fuck with" .

Liutenant Anderson along with the rest of his platoon left their post and went deeper to the town to link up with 3 MBTs and the Filipino and Japanese Commandos. The platoon hid on abandon buildings while the MBTs hid behind large and tall buildings. Armed with his M5 Rifle chambered with 6.68x50mm bullets and wore a Mark 3 Exoskeleton that further enhanced his physical capabilities then waited for the incoming Chinese Armed Force.

While waiting Anderson reminiscent the time before the war, before he enlisted the U.S army. He was at college back then studying to become a robotics engineer. He remebers the time when he was with his friends doing dumb things and having fun. Now he was fighting a war on another country more particularly Korea. The country finally decided to unify after decades of fighting between the North and South. While it was great China thinks otherwise now losing an ally with nuclear weapons.

So the world was shocked after Chinese troops landed and invaded Taiwan after that they set their sights on the recently unified Korea. As a response U.S.A along with other allied countries like the Phillippines, japan and Australia landed their troops on Korea to help. 

As Anderson is spacing out Corporal Jenkins shook him, Andersons' childhood bestfriend, and said "Yow the commies are comming ready to kick some ass". With a smirk Anderson replies "Fuck yea" then he raised his hand and gave the order to attack.
