"Get ready Tasha, the fate of thousands of people is in our hands now."

Tasha held a red gem in her hand.

Several tentacles rushed toward them and Tasha slashed them with her scythe, but like a never-ending swarm, another tentacle replaced the previous one.

Tasha nodded and both of them activated their crystals. A huge light transfers them and the monster to another location.

The monster fell into a trap and it was pierced by huge sharp ices.

The monster screamed and released every tentacles. 

"Golden barrier." 

Paul created a barrier in the hole and trapped the monster. 

"Paul, it's time." 

Paul nodded and held the crystal close to his chest. 

"ASCENSION!!" 

Paul's body glowed in golden light and two wings appeared behind him. 

Tasha Hudson and Amelia transferred all their Mana to crystals. After that, all 4 crystals gathered around Paul. 

"So this is a goddess ascend." 

Another 6 wings appeared behind Paul. His hair was golden and his eyes were white. All 4 crystals gathered together and created a sword. 

Paul grabbed the sword and raised it in the air. For seconds, the whole world turned dark as all the light of the sun was absorbed by the sword.

A huge light shot toward the monster and melted the monster. 

In the end, nothing was left of monster as everything was burned. 

Paul slowly fell to the ground and undone his transformation. 

"Thank you goddess for your assistance." 

Everyone also gathered around Paul.

"Fufu, now you guys shouldn't be that happy because you killed one of Kushima." 

Everyone was shocked. They couldn't believe that Steve wasn't dead.

Steve clapped and several gates appeared in the sky and from them several monsters. 

"Come out, my cuties, it's time to feast on humans." 

Monsters rushed from the gate and attacked anything they saw in town.

Meanwhile, Tasha was in trauma as she looked at town and heard people screaming for help.

Suddenly, a black knight with a huge black sword appeared. His eyes were golden. Tasha looked at those eyes and pleaded from the bottom of her heart.

Artorias patted Tasha. Tasha was shocked but then she fell to sleep. 

Steve and Amelia also noticed Artorias and stopped their fight.
