"I see..." The village chief said as he furrowed his browns, "There's only one condition that I want you to agree on"

"I can listen! Better than those Human lying down there!"

"Hmm, if you or anyone from your Goblin tribe hurts people from our village or travelers visiting here than... our peace would be broken! Starting from tomorrow, got it?"

"Got it, no hurting Human but we shall do what must be done for self defense, does that sounds good to you?"

"Of course! Now, enjoy your stay at the village! Listen now everyone! Even though he is a monster! But that doesn't mean we can treat one with such high level of intellect like a beast! Take the other soldiers to the medic hut and tend to their wound!"

"I will return to my tribe! To order great news to my people! I thank and apologize to you! You are a great chief of this village!" The Goblin King then bows his head as the village chief does so too.

"Welp, I guess that settles it!" Troy gave a small chuckle and sheathed his sword. "See everyone? He isn't bad! I have met worse so I could tell!"

"T-Troyyyy!!" Ivy screams his name in relief and runs over to him with Krey behind her.

"Mister! I thought that you were gonna die!"

"*sniff* Y-Yeah! You worry us!"

"Hey now, calm down Ivy! Look at me, I'm still fine right? I'm a high rank adventurer after all, you don't need to worry about me!"

"*sniff* Y-You have helped my son get back here safely... *sniff* A-And helped me with my sickness without wanting a reward or something... And... And yet when you heard sounds of trouble, you would rush out WITHOUT thinking and fought The Goblin King to protect the town's guards..."

"It's the right thing to do, right?"

"I-I know... B-But..."

"You don't need to worry about him, mom! He's strong! I mean I saw him wield his GIANT sword and block the Goblin King's blow with ease! It was sooo cooll!"

"Hehe, I know right?"

"Thank you for your contribution, swordsman!"

The village chief spoke to Troy as he approached. "It seems like you are skilled with the sword, if I may, you can ask for any rewards you want from this here small village! If you want, we can held a small party with the Goblins to celebrate a new era of Goblins and Humans coexisting with one another!"

"I thought that you were going to reject him"

"Of course not, since when I was 10... My great grandfather told me a story of his great great great grandfather who sailed out into the ocean with his friends to fish... They were entranced by a beautiful melody and before they knew it, sirens began to pick off one of them of the boat..."

"Sirens huh? Not my favourite cup of tea..."

"Indeed"

"So, what's happened next?"

"When he was getting dragged out of the boat, he felt sharp pain on his shoulders as his body got lift into the air by 'something' and that helped him snapped out of my trance"

"Hmm... Harpy?"

"You're very knowledgeable, a flock of them dove down and attacked the sirens! He thought he was dead because Harpies were known to pick up other races and brought them to their nest to prey on them"

"But these ones are different right?"

"Yep, they had their own civilization hidden from others. They tended him and what's left of his crew with care and let them rest in their homes. Until he woke up, he was surprised so he treated And lived with them for a couple of weeks before eventually leaving..."

"Hmm... Wait, is it that?"

"That's correct! The Harpies have proved to everyone that they aren't savage animals and can behave like any regular intelligent beings"

"I remembered reading about it in a history book. The Harpies fought against other races from 500 years ago to established their own rights to live as their own race, right?"

"Yes, I thought that it was a myth that other monsters could think like human but when I traveled to other race's domains and lived with them. Now I know that it wasn't really a myth..."

"I mean, there are a lot of mythical creatures walking and talking and magics... Like, how could you not right?"

"I guess you're right but I'm old... Now I hope that the world could co-exist with other beings as well..."

"Hahaha... That's some weird dream you had there, but it's not gonna happen since some races still can't think for themselves... And we adventurers are here to stop bad things from happening after all"

"There's nothing bad if it's a good dream"
