Kimotou Kou is a 32 year old scientist.

His parents named him that so his life would be peaceful and blissful.

However, Kimotou Kou was not ordinary, by 2 he could read and write perfectly and by 12 he was already approaching post graduate studies.

This changed nothing as his parents supported and loved him dearly, he even got a sister when he was 8 years old

Although he struggled to understand his emotions, he still loved his family in his own special way.

But that all changed when he was 16, his family was taken hostage for his research.He did everything possible for the ransom, he paid , he stole but in the end his family was killed for a simple reason, entertainment.

Something broke.

I did everything to get revenge. I hacked the world satellite net to find them, used drones to hunt them down and execute them

After all all the deaths, I just felt empty, I forgot how to feel emotions and just lived by pouring my all into work

My greatest achievement is creating PANDORA a miniature supercomputer capable of manipulating energy. An unknown metal with incredible energy absorption capabilities was used in it's creation but what made it special is it's capability to store data.

But I didn't feel joy of any kind I only felt emptiness

After PANDORA swept the world, I now work research on new forms of energy and watch my coworkers Hamomoto Yori and Nakao Kiku flirt daily.

I watch their romance in frustration as they struggle to hook up although their feelings are obvious.

All of a sudden the alarms start ringing and chaos ensues. Every researcher rushes to the evacuation pods to be launched out of the facility

As head researcher,I need to make sure everyone gets in and I see Hamamoto Yori and Nakao Kiku arguing about staying behind and preventing the research being stolen.

Kiku was crying for Yori to get in the pod but as Yori was about to leave, I kicked him into the pod.

"I don't have much to live for anyway"

I thought as I went to destroy all our research.

After reaching the archive I rigged the whole facility to meltdown in 10 seconds knowing only intruders remain.

On a pedestal nearby I see PANDORA, an 8 by 8 centimeter cube , I might as well take it and hold it in my hands as my end comes.It is my finest work after all

My guests expression as they walked in and saw the timer was great and a second later,I lost consciousness.
