Chapter 45: CH 45

“Kyaaaaa!!”

With the sudden appearance of an attacker, The classroom abrupted with panic.

“You guys be quiet! Don’t provoke her!!”

I heard Mure-sensei trying to calm the panic, but far from that, the panic increased.

It is complete utter panic.

Then the attacker girl. Looked at the panic and seemed to be bothered by it. She then pointed her palm at the students.

This is bad! I have a bad feeling about this.

I charge the girl, trying to stop the girl. I see two shadows jump out at her as well. Mure-sensei and Lucis.

They also had the same idea and tried to stop the girl as well.

“(Ts!?!)”

The girl’s figure suddenly disappeared from where she was standing.

And then I feel like something is behind me.

“Shit, Aim over there! Nagi, behind you!”

Prompted by Mure-sensei’s warning, I reacted, and barely dodged the girls chop, just within a hair’s breadth.

From the girls missed chop, a shockwave was unleashed towards the students. Lucis though, promptly responded, and formed a barrier to block it.

“Its bit too small to fight here, is it not?Outfield is also quite noisy, Shall I transfer us? (Tele-)”

“I won’t allow you!!”

Lucis flew at her, to try and stop the girl’s spell.

“(-port)”

She didn’t stop her in time.

Lucis and I, along with the attacking girl disappeared from the classroom.

The place where we were transferred was the usual plain.

“Because this is the most suitable place to fight without people getting in the way. Now then, what the heck is this about. Lacis onee-sama.

Lucis called the girl Lacis- – – The expressionless girl then answered immediately.

“I came here to murder Nagi. No more than that.”

“ Was this Lucifer-sama’s order?”

“. . . . . Yea.”

There was a pause there. Perhaps she just decided to do that on her own.

“That’s a lie, Lucifer-sama was smitten by Nagi-sama, that could not have change in just 1 month.”

“Lucifer-sama is a fickle person.”

Lucis’ response to Lacis’s question was cut short.

“So you can’t? You may have been able to do it a month ago,but now you are too trusting of Nagi. So therefore that’s why I decided to come here.”

“Understand?If you understand then please separate yourself from Nagi. I do not want to involve my precious little sister. But if you say you will get in my way. . . .Then even you will not receive mercy.”

From the end of Lacis’ statement. She released a strong thirst for blood,I shivered as though feeling a narrow blade against my back.(私は薄い刃物で背をなでられるような戦慄を覚えた。)(TN: I really thought this was some japanese saying but, nah.)

Lacis looks serious. I think even if Lucis decides to protect me, I think we both will die.

“(Nagi-Kasama,Hurry make her your lover! If you don’t do it now, you will be killed!)”(TN:if you don’t know what Kasama or Okaasama, it means mother in japanese.)

Zest voice echoed inside my head.

“Understood. Zest, come on.”

In response to my call, The magic sword (Queen Zest) appeared in my right hand.

“Is that the magical sword (Queen Zest)? So Lucis gave this insect it. Did you lose your mind? That sword given to such a small girl- -“

“Shut up!”

I heard Lucis’ deep cutting voice, which I have never heard before.While simultaneously releasing the same amount of blood lust, as Lacis.

“Do not open your mouth anymore. Even if you are my sister, I will not allow you to make light of Nagi-sama.”

“It’s already there. . . It can not be helped, seeing as this already happened. As my duty as your older sister, I will have to wake you up as my sister.”

“Please don’t have nonsense thinking.”

I can feel the intense anger coming off of Lucis.

For Lucis to get so mad for the sake of me . . . . Such a thing, truly is humbling, and warms the depths of my heart.

I understand Lucis’ feeling. But maybe she should tone it down abit.

“Hey, Lucis. That girl is your older sister? If what she is saying is true, then wouldn’t you be going against Lucifer?Is that truly alright?”

“ I doesn’t matter, Nagi-sama. As I said before. My was master is Lucifer-sa. . .   not Lucifer, my orders are taken from my master. And you’re my master. Your instructions take precedence over anything.”

“Is that so.  Then I will give you your first order. Will you fight with me against this gir- – – Lacis? Of course my order are absolue, but. If I get caught, you must escape.”

“Even if I am the last one, I can not follow that order. Maid and Lords are of one mind. If Nagi-sama dies, then I will die along with you.”

“But I would absolutely like to have Lucis live and return home. But, I will not say anymore. Let’s concentrate on the enemy in front of us right now.”

“Yes. Let’s leave it there Nagi-sama.”

There is no doubt in my mind that I couldn’t win with just me. I understood that just from are interaction from before.

But If I am with Lucis, then I can perhaps win. However, but with only 1 month of special training and our relationship growing. . .

Alright, Me. . . Now it is time to show the results of Lucis’ special training!
