(A week later)

I am making my way towards UA. I naturally passed and was ranked the second, why not the first you may ask. Well I was too lazy and only helped people out after I made enough point for the tenth place. And different from other reincarnations I didn’t destroy the zero pointer.

As I walk the corridors of UA I easily find my class, perk of being able to see around the whole UA.

I enter the classroom and see that the class in nearly full. The only change from the canon is that the grape head is not here and instead of the invisible girl there is a girl with turquoise-colored hair that reaches her neck. 

‘Sigh so my presence has really changed the future even by doing nothing.’

He think as he take a seat and look around the classroom. 

‘The only people that name’s I can remember are Kirishima, Todoroki, Bakugo, Iida, Uraraka and Midoriya.’

Then a yellow haired boy with a black pattern on his head walked in and yelled greetings to the whole class, which put a smile on Leo’s face. After that, he started walking toward him before sitting in the seat behind him.

“Oh you are that guy that kept walking with his eyes closed. Is that part of your quirk, can you see with your eyes closed or it is something else.”-says the yellow haired boy 

“Wow, chill dude. And to answer your questions, yes I can see with my eyes closed and yes this is a part of my quirk. And also I can see with my eyes open too, it’s just a habit of mine to keep my eyes closed due to the headaches I got when I was little because of my enchanted vision.”-Loe says opening his eyes to show him.

“Wow, your eyes are sooo cool!”-says the yellow haired guy.

“And very beautiful!”-joins a pink skinned girl.

“Thanks for the compliment guys, name’s Leonardo Watch, call me Leo for short.”

“Kaminari Denki, you can call me Denki.”

“Mina Ashido, nice to meet you.”

After a short conversation they go back to their seat.

After a while Iida comes to him and says.

“Hey you, it’s against the rules to sleep in class.”

‘Didn’t he see me walk here with my eyes closed or hear the previous conversation? Oh yeah he was busy scolding bomb boy.’

“I’m awake blue haired guy, didn’t you see me walk here with my eyes closed.”

His eyes widened as he remembers that he really saw him walk with his eyes closed.

“O-oh I terribly sorry, I forgot.”- he says

“R-right my name is Tenya Iida nice to meet you. And is again the rules to sleep in class…”

After a short speech about rules and their holiness he departs to indoctrinate someone else. Oh look now he is trying to indoctrinate a broccoli. Yo dude you are scaring the poor broccoli leave him alone, he is a priest of All Might on his way to become the pope. 

"If you're gonna be hunting for buddies do it elsewhere. This is the department of heroics!" said a yellow caterpillar that was on the ground behind Midoriya.

"Oh a caterpillar, cool." said Leo before the caterpillar stood up and showed a human face, "Oh, not as cool." he mumbled

"It took 10 seconds for you to quiet down." he said, now out of his sleeping bag, "I'm your homeroom teacher, Aizawa Shota. Pleasure to meet you."

"Put these on, immediately. Then go to the P.E. grounds." he said pulling out a uniform.

…

"A quirk apprehension test?" said most of the class.

"What about the ceremony and guidance counselor?" asked Ochako.

"If you want to be heroes, we don't have time for niceties. The school has a reputation for freedom on campus that extends to us teachers as well. Softball pitch, standing long jump, 50-meter dash, grip strength, endurance running, sustained sideways jumps, upper body exercises, seated toe-touch.These are all exercises from the physical tests you all have done before, except you couldn't use your quirks. Bakugo, how far could you pitch a softball in middle school?" he asked.

"67 meters."

"Use your quirk this time. As long as you don't leave the circle, anything you do is fine. Don't hold back." he said before Bakugo got in the circle and got in a pitching stance.

"You got it. DIE!" he yelled as he used his quirk to launch the ball.

"705.2 meters. Before anything else, one has to know what they're capable of. That's what these tests are for." he said showing us the distance on a machine.

"That looks fun!" said someone.

"Fun, you say? So you were planning on spending the next three years having fun instead of training to become heroes? All right then. The student who places last will be deemed hopeless, and be expelled." he said with a serious face.

"Welcome to the Department of Heroics!" he said.

"Wait, that's not fair. The last place getting expelled is too unreasonable!" said Ochako.

"Villains, natural disasters, unexpected calamities. Japan, the world, is full of unreasonable things. And it's our job as heroes to reverse it all, and restore reason. If you were counting on a friendly chat at the local Benny's after school, that's too bad. From now on, for the next three years, all you can expect from your life at U.A. is one hardship after the next.”

“This is "Plus Ultra." I expect you all to overcome these trials and climb to the top. Now, it's time to step up to the plate."
