Chapter 31: Help Me!!

Eden turned the key to open the door. But... she stopped in half as a sight of a shadow captured by her eyes. Her Older brother quickly ran to the junction and disappeared.

"Marvell???" Eden rushed to pursue her brother.

Eden gasped; she was running as fast as she could. Her breath was heavy, and the sweat began to drip from her temple.

"Shit!! Marvell!? Stop!" Eden called her brother.

Alexander, who was accidentally stopped at a traffic light, saw his little rabbit run.

"Eden??" Alexander couldn't believe what he saw.

Marvel ran really fast, but Eden didn't give up to catch him up. Marvel quickly turned toward the street behind the housing area. Deserted road near a dirty water canal.

"Hosh… hosh… Wait!! You Damn Brother!! Give back my money?!!" Eden's voice was hoarse because of the lack of oxygen.

Marvel suddenly stopped. The bright light made Marvel blindfold his eyes. Marvel's body shook violently. He was about to turn around. But Eden held him back.

"Gotcha!!!"

"Let me go!!"

"You're the one who stole all my money, huh?? Give it back?!" Eden immediately asked Marvel to be responsible for losing her money the other day.

"Do you have money? Lean me some!!" asked Marvel. Cold sweat dripped from Marvel's temples. The words made Eden annoyed. Instead of repenting, admitting guilt, or giving back Eden's money. Her brother even dares to ask Eden for money again. Absolutely shameless!!

The bright light from the vehicle's headlights grew brighter, making Eden also feel dazzled.

"I have to get out of here." Marvel pushed Eden. Eden fell backward.

"Ouch!" Eden groaned in pain.

Marvel started running again, but a motorbike sped up and stopped him from leaving.

Marvel's face was pale, he tried to turn to the side, but another motorbike stopped him. Likewise, in the opposite direction. Big motorbikes roared around Marvel as well as Eden who fell below.

Eden was confused. What was this?? Who were these people, and what was their relationship with Marvel?

The loud sound from the motorbike sounded very noisy in that quiet place. Soon a few more people joined in, speeding down the deserted street on sports bikes.

"What do they want, Vel?" Eden got up. She approached Marvel and asked him. She is trying to find out what business these bikers have with her brother.

"They're a motorcycle gang."

"I know, idiot!! They have motorbikes! I can see it!!" Eden wanted to swat Marvel's head.

"I owe them two thousand dollars for losing a motorcycle racing bet," replied Marvel. They took Marvel's motorbike, but the old motorbike was not enough to pay the debt, and now they were looking for Marvell, who ran away.

"Are you crazy??? You not only race but also gamble?? How ruinous has your life been, Marvel??" Eden was so annoyed to hear Marvel's answer.

"Shut up!! It's none of your business. You are the one who made me like this??" Accusing Marvel, Eden caused him to be like this??

"What?" Eden's eye rounded.

The atmosphere became tense. Eden just realized that they were all dangerous people. They were a motorcycle gang, a big tall man with dozens of piercings in his ears and nose, also green hair coming down towards Marvel and Eden. He was trying to intimidate them.

Marvel backed off, and so did Eden. Eden swallowed heavily when the harsh and loud voice snapped at Marvel to pay off the debt he owed quickly.

"I have no money."

"That means I have to beat you up!!" His voice was so scary.

"Please forgive me. I really don't have any money. Please give me some time." Marvel pleads.

Punches!!

The burly man immediately threw a hard hook at Marvel's pale face. The man bounced onto the dusty street. Blood dripped from the corner of his lips.

"Ah!!" Marvel cried out in pain.

"Hey!! What are you doing?!!" Eden helped Marvel rise.

"Who is this little girl?" he asked with a sly smile. His gangmates laughed at Eden. What a brave little bunny, oh rather stupid. What could this rabbit do to eradicate them? Biting with her tiny teeth? Hitting with her skinny hands? Or kick with those short legs??

"She's beautiful. I like fierce ones like this!" The man pinched Eden's chin. Eden looked at him without a scream. Alexander's aura was darker and scarier.

"Go, Boss!! Fuck her!" Everyone laughs at the same time.

"He's my sister!! If you want, you can take it in exchange for my debt."

"Marvel!!!" Eden exclaimed in disbelief at her brother's words. How could he have the heart to give Eden to these bastards as debt repayment?

"Is that true?? Wow, what a kind brother." The man grabbed Eden's arm so she wouldn't run away.

"You bastard, Marvel!!" Eden cursed at her brother. she should have just let Marvel lie on the ground and get out there. Eden was so stupid!!

"Sorry, E. You shouldn't have come after me earlier!!" Marvel ran away from the crowd leaving Eden as prey to wild men.

"Let's go party, pretty girl!!"

"Let me go!!! Or I will call the police!!" Eden struggled from his grip.

"Just try it. That's if you have the energy after serving us all." His laughter was getting wilder. He was delighted because he found a sweet girl who could satisfy him in bed.

"Damn it!!" Eden bit the man's hand and made him swear. The man pushed Eden down to the dusty ground. Eden felt her butt hurt so bad.

Eden's heart was beating very fast. Cold sweat started dripping from fear. Eden's eyes were red, holding back tears. Her face was messed up with sweat and dust.

"HAH!!!" Eden screamed as the water splashed against her head. The smell was stink, piercing Eden's nose. Eden knew this smell.

"Ha ha ha ha!!!" A member of a motorcycle gang doused Eden with liquor in his hand. Eden stuttered. She even accidentally drank a few sips of alcohol.

Eden's clothes were soaking wet. Her face was starting to turn red.

"Force her to drink!!"

"Okay, Boss." Someone forced Eden to drink alcohol. Eden shook her head, refusing to drink it. She knew very well the disgusting smell that her mother always drank.

"Help me!!"
