“Single file line! SINGLE FILE LINE!” A man says.

Mercalees (MER-SAY-LEEZ), gates lead Alric and Oz to tents, shelters and he approaches some adventurers serving rations.

A handsome brown hair 27 year old in gold armor smiles, “Hey, are you two from Albon?”

“Yes, but in no need of support. Where can I find the merchant guild?” Alric says.

“Just down that street.” He says.

A sexy red hair lady, in light armor appears behind the man’s shoulder and waives.

“Yes, thank you.” Alric says.

A purple hair girl leans over her booth.

“What’s the board for?” Alric says.

“Missions for adventurers and mercenaries.” She says.

“Are there restrictions to take a job?” He says.

“Not really…”

“What about the one with the gold pin?”

“Those are suicide missions.”

“A what?” Oz says.

“Missions deem too difficult to complete, it still needs to be handled and the rewards are…a lot, but no one ever comes back alive.”

“We’ll take it.” Alric says.

The girl pauses a moment, than begins to read, “A man eating monster hinders our the countries trade routes near wako forest. Bring it’s head and the reward is yours.”

“Mhm, we’ll be back.” Alric says.

“Where’re you going?” The clerk says

“To get the monster’s head.”

 The next day.

“We should see the village soon.” Alric says.

“You think they really have information on the monster?” Oz says.

“It’s a start.” Alric says, “…Oz.”

“Hm?” She says.

“It might get pretty dangerous and you’ve helped me more than enough. Is this something to you really want to do?”

She looks him in the eye and smiles, “I’m fine, nothing’s shook me yet.”

Zealse elbows Oz down, pulls a spear out his body and a large claw scrapes against its blade as a massive figure leaps over them, Alric’s slashes it’s side, it lands in the forest’s shadows, Zeales throws the spear in its body, the forest shakes as it roars, it takes off and the spear fly’s back into Zealse palm.

“A spear just come out of you!” Oz says.

The spear phases back into Zealse, “It’s big.” He says.

“At least it bleeds red.” Alric says.

They enter an encampment of tan warriors, huts everywhere and stone pavement holds with a fountain at the village square.
