Chapter 1: Fallen World

A world war has broken out and all of the major powers fired their nuclear weapons to stop their defeat by their opposition.

Only a couple hundred thousand civilians remain and they began preparing to leave for a habitable area that is not affected by nuclear fallout.

After  3 months of traveling, they found a zone that was habitable but lost a thousand fellow travelers along the walk but they were buried.

As everyone began to settle the land began rebuilding and creating a new state.

Each civilian chopped wood and made wooden homes and even headed out to gather wax and material to create. basic wooden furniture and basic cloth covering as well as needed material to make a sleepable bed.

Many survivors lamented everything, they enjoyed what is lost but kept their hopes high after finding suitable land.

As one generation passed on to the past, their parents warned their children to not head far west or radiation poisoning will kill them.

A bird-headed over to its location with a note on its leg.

One of them took the letter and began reading it but as he did this, a feeling of unease washed over him.

So he headed towards the town hall where a discussion about what religion to follow is being discussed.

Old Man:" We should elect someone to lead us if war breaks out."

Everyone turned toward the founder's daughter and they asked if she wanted to be their leader.

Old man:" Tadato, how are we gonna grow with only part of Russia being habitable?"

Tadato:" We will grow and prepare before attempting to inhabit the area."

The founder started head patting his daughter's head and began explaining how much equipment and how many people are allowed to use it.

Tadato flushed red as she heard that the suits are only allowed to be used once per day and they must be clean in certain ways to get rid of the radiation.

Tadato turned around and started whispering into his father's ear about an expedition into the unknown.

The old and his 2  fellow council members smiled as they watch them whispering.

With their discussion over, they started began showing the map of Russia and how far a group can go in a lengthy fashion.

Councilman: "Itsurai, can you start an expedition into the unknown  today?"

Itsurai shook his head so  everyone agreed on an expedition with Tadato and his friends  selected to do the mission."

After Tadato and her friends prepared, one of her friends asked a question about where they are going.

Tadato:" Wane, we going to the Isle island but we may need to summon a spirit tho."

Itsurai overheard the discussion and gave a warning to everyone about how demons now control the area with a strange demon taking people in.

Wane asked a particular question which raised an eyebrow from the father about how prepared they are.

But he left and gave a reminder that 2 hours or they will start a search party for them.

They jiggled after he left and began the demon summoning for a demon.

A powerful demon from another dimension heard the summoning and appeared before them.

Demon:" Hello, I am Jaune and how may I be of service."

Wane:" We want to head to the isle islands and find fellow humans there."

Jaune agreed and the blood from all of the killed animals was consumed.

Jaune activated his power and teleported everyone toward their destination.

Upon their arrival, demons began rushing them and attempting to kill them on the spot.

Which prompted Jaune to counterattack, each demon was killed on the spot without much effort on Jaune's.

After 10 minutes of combat,  the demon began to retreat and avoid the group.

The demons began to gather and plan on what to do.

Greater demon: "Everyone, we need to pick them off one by one once they are away from that primordial demon."

Everyone agreed on the idea and began watching the group as they traveled.

As they walked,  a couple was seen running from a demon and got killed before their eyes.

Jadato:" Can you help them out."

Jaune confidently replied with a yes but he added it means they will be without protection than killed.

Wane:" How about making us stronger."

Jaune:" That means I will make to take your soul and turn you into the Jaune demon and you will never go to heaven."

They repeated the statement so Jaune gave in.

Jaune turned all 4party members into demons so he began heading out and saving as many humans as he can.

The demons did not realize what happened so they started attacking Jadato and her party.

As they fought, each wave was being decimated until their leader stepped and started a 1v4.

The demon began gaining the upper hand due to more combat experience under his belt.

But Jadato grew sick of this and unleashed the demonic power within and balanced out the fight immediately.

With no other option left, a peace settlement for 30% of the humans being sent to their was settled upon.

A demon went out to inform Jaune about the decision, and Jaune laughed at the turn of events.

After an hour of gathering people, they returned back to their home and 3,000 humans in total.
