Zhao Yao’s combat prowess and vitality had reached another peak after he upgraded his cats and fully equipped his extradimensional belly.
“The mission to stop the cat thief’s organization will expire in a month’s time.”
“I guess I’ll settle Ho Hao Cang first.”
With his mastery over The 5 Senses, he did not have to worry about exposing his identity.
One night, Zhao Yao decided to bring Matcha and Elizabeth along when he returned to Ho Hao Cang’s mansion.
However, he found out that he was not home when he got there. After waiting for an entire night, and receiving more than 30 mosquito bites, Hao Cang was still not back.
“D*mn it, all these fuerdais only know how to have a good time outside and doesn’t even know how to return home at night!” Zhao Yao grew inpatient as he frantically scratched his body which was covered in mosquito bites. The thought of just destroying his mansion flashed across his head.
Matcha which was resting inside the cat bag grumbled, “How long more Zhao Yao? I’m about to be crushed to death by this furry fatty!”
Elizabeth immediately retaliated with a tight slap on Matcha’s face. She retorted, “How many times must I repeat! I’m fluffy, not fat!”
“Never mind, we’ll go back home first.” Zhao Yao gave up and returned home with his dark circles and giant eyebags. He came back the following night, but Ho Hao Cang was still not home.
He got tired of waiting. By using his power of illusion, Zhao Yao infiltrated his mansion. He only found out that Ho Hao Cang had not been home for two weeks when he eavesdropped on a maids’ conversation. They did not know when he was returning or where he went.
He also took the cats along with him, and nobody knew their whereabouts.
“F*ck him, what the hell is he doing! These fuerdais have so much time, and they don’t know how to use it properly by resting at home? They are out all day clubbing and splurging all their money!”
Zhao Yao’s eyes burned with anger as he returned home. He had no choice but to focus all his attention on earthquake cat.
“Maybe Ho Hao Cang also went out to find the earthquake cat? Never mind, I’ll settle earthquake cat first before I take care of Hao Cang!”
…
A few days later, in the outskirts of Jiangmen city, a Panamera was speeding down the expressway under the starry sky.
Zhao Yao had brought along Elizabeth and Matcha before he headed southwards.
Based on the information which he had gathered on the internet and his conversations with Seismological Bureau, he found out that the epicenter of the earthquakes was from the southern region of Jiangmen city.
After failing to find Hao Cang, Zhao Yao had begun his search for earthquake cat. Before he went out to find it, he stopped over at Ho Hao Cang’s mansion to ensure that he was not home before he started his journey southwards. Even though he had failed to locate the earthquake cat, he had identified a few individuals who seemed like apostles.
Today, Zhao Yao come to a newly reconstructed old town. He had heard rumors that an abandoned ancient house had collapsed a few days ago. Coincidentally, the house also fell within the radius of the epicenter of the earthquake. Hence, Zhao Yao decided to try his luck here.
He found a secluded corner to park his Panamera before he got off with the cat bag slung behind his back. He whispered, “Elizabeth and Matcha, come in.”
Matcha jumped in immediately, but Elizabeth’s brows snapped together as she commented, “This bag is too squeezy, I don’t want to get in there.”
Matcha scoffed, “I’m sure it’s because you are too fat!”

“Alright, stop complaining and get in now.” Zhao Yao squeezed Elizabeth into the bag, albeit slightly unwillingly, before absorbing his Panamera. He then walked towards the direction of the old town.
“Thankfully it’s an old town; there aren’t much surveillance cameras around.”
When Zhao Yao made his way into the town, he did not realize that there was a spectacled middle-aged man with a teenager staring at him from within a small building.
“This town has a really strong cat scent,” Zhao Yao raised his eyebrows before he took a few sniffs. He continued walking in the same direction.
Inside the small building, the middle-aged man raised his eyebrow and said, “This guy. He is the one Prince Ho asked us to find …”
“The boss of the cat café? He should be an apostle too.” The teenager chuckled as he responded to the middle-aged man, “This guy is here too? Is he looking for the earthquake cat as well? I think he has overestimated his ability.” He stared at Zhao Yao as he licked his lips and said coolly, “Should we get rid of him?”
He shut his left eye and used his right eye and hands to mimic the action of using a telescope. He chuckled, “He just entered this town so blatantly, without any form of disguise. He even has the cat bag slung behind him. This guy is an amateur. I’m sure I can take care of him in 5 seconds.”
“Prince Ho told us not to attract too much attention to ourselves. Our priority is to capture the earthquake cat. However, we should still report this.” The spectacled man took out his phone.
…
Inside another building in the old town, Ho Hao Cang answered his phone with his poker face, “What happened?”
“That Zhao Yao just entered the town. From the looks of it, he is just an amateur, do you want us to take care of him?”
“Just leave him be,” Ho Cang continued, “Continue standing guard at your position, call me if there are any anomalies.” The butler did a hand signal. Hao Cang recognized it and said, “I’ve something to settle on my side, so I’ll hang up first.”
“What happened?”
The butler replied, “Master, Lin Chen and his people seemed to have located earthquake cat.”
Hao Cang’s eyes glimmered as he commanded, “Get ready, we cannot let earthquake cat slip through our fingers.”
The butler hesitated before saying, “Master, is it too risky for us to capture earthquake cat?”
“Don’t worry, as long as I have earthquake cat under me; I will have the power to destroy the entire Jiangmen city instantly. Even the higher-ups will be forced to give in to me.” There seemed to be a fire ring blazing in Hao Cang’s eyes as he continued, “This will revolutionize the relationship between humans and cats.”
The butler could only sigh as he knew that Hao Cang was someone who could not be swayed easily.
…
Meanwhile, a golden-haired girl was observing with a telescope inside a tower within the old town. She was carefully surveying the entire place for any anomalies.
She was 1.8 meters tall and wore a tank top. She had a pair of beautiful long legs.
Her name is Isabella, and she was a former agent in CIA. Her performance there was outstanding.
Her lips curled into a smile as she continued observing the old town. She whispered, “This isn’t a wasted trip. I didn’t expect so many people to be here.”
A black cat was walking around her. She glanced at Elizabeth and said, “Hey long legs, I’m hungry. When are we going to eat?”
Sadly, Isabella could not understand what the black cat was saying and simply patted its head and said, “Lucy, be a good cat. We will be rich if we manage to capture this cat. I’m sure CIA would pay us billions to have it.”
Suddenly, there was an explosion. No. It’s the sound of a building collapsing. Isabella pointed her telescope at the direction of the noise and saw a few shadows emerging from the ruins.
