In the east corner of OX city, a youth was standing on the roof and spoke into the microphone. “Captain, that guy has disappeared.”
“Has he?” A middle-aged man, who was in the cabin below, nodded and spoke into the microphone. “Continue to keep watch. Inform me if there is any problem. I will take your shift in 30 minutes.”
“It’s okay, Captain, I can continue.”
“This is an order, Dong Zi. You have not slept for two days. At this rate, you will be a burden when we start fighting.”
Dong Zi sighed, “Okay Captain.”
After speaking, Captain could not help but reveal a trace of exhaustion. He looked at his soldiers that were lying around the room and sighed deeply.
This mission was far more dangerous than they had expected. Instead of capturing the traitor and taking back the meteorite fragment, they had lost many men and lost contact with their country.
Just then, another apostle, who could take on an army and smash missiles, appeared, and landed in the city.
Dong Zi spoke through the walkie-talkie again. “Captain, you missed the action. A few KS1C were shot up. They were destroyed in a second. That guy is so strong. What if he is here for the meteorite fragment too?”
Captain fell silent and answered, “We have lost contact for so long. Our country would have send back-up long ago. Don’t worry. It’s fine.”
Dong Zi asked worriedly, “Do we have such strong apostles too?”
Captain paused and answered confidently, “Of course.”
Dong Zi asked curiously. “Who? Do I know the person? How strong is the apostle?”
Captain laughed, “I can tell you but don’t spread it. Our country’s strongest apostle goes by the name ‘Oriental Beacon’.”
“Oriental Poison?” Dong Zi frowned. “Are his powers the ability to use poison? Sounds weird.”
“No, not poison, beacon.” Captain continued, “I heard our leaders speak of him once. That man is the strongest apostle in the country. He is said to have the ability to take on an entire country.”
Dong Zi looked fascinated. “That powerful? How is he compared to the one in the sky just now?”
Captain answered hesitantly. “They… should be on par? No, he would be better than the one in the sky.”
After the Captain spoke, Dong Zi frowned and said, “Wait, I think that guy just threw something into the sky.” He raised his binoculars and looked.
Captain asked, “What is it?”
Dong Zi said bewilderedly, “It looks like letters cut out from the billboard. It is huge, let me take a look…” He stared and read out the letters that flew into the sky. “W… T… Q… S? WTQS? What does it mean?”
Captain was startled. “WTQS? What does he want to do?!”
Dong Zi answered, “It may be English initials.”
Captain nodded, “Watch closely and report the situation to me.”
…
Meanwhile, Zhao Yao used the Deflective Field to cut out a few letter that was as big as houses and raised it to the sky. He made himself invisible and the four letters could be seen clearly.
He flew into mid air and use Deflective Field to raise the letters up as he stared at the alphabets. “These are the chinese initials of the Headless Horseman. This is obvious enough, right? What if they can’t tell what I am trying to say?
“How can it be?” Roly Poly exclaimed, “WTQS is so straightforward. As long as they have learnt HanYuPinYin, they will know these are the initials of the Headless Horseman. You are very famous in the country. If they knew it was you, they would come running over.”
“You keep flattering me.” Zhao Yao rubbed his head. “I think I should change something. What if they don’t get it.”
“Well, what is more obvious?”
…
Dong Zi was still on the roof and suddenly his gaze turned cold. He shouted in the walkie-talkie. “Captain, someone is coming here. I think they are coming for us.”
Captain shouted immediately, “Wake up, there are people coming.”
Of the soldiers who were sleeping, half of them woke up immediately, wiped their faces and woke up the rest.
The held their guns, moved to the side of the window, and looked at the street.
Dong Zi’s voice came from the headset. “20 degrees north-east, they are here in a truck.”
Everyone soon heard the sound of the engine as the truck drove towards them. It stopped about a hundred meters away and a few yellow skinned people exited from the truck. They were grabbing a kid. They pointed to the building and were conversing.
Dong Zi frowned, “Oh no, it is the kid that we saved.”

Captain pulled the bolt and said coldly, “Prepare to fight.” He was praying that the enemy didn’t have strong apostles or that they weren’t even apostles.
It was because all the soldiers in this building including him no longer had any powers. At this point of time, although they were experienced, they were just ordinary humans.
However, reality is always cruel. The five yellow skinned apostles locked the kid back in the truck and after a burst of roars, they turned into bears that were seven to eight meters high.
Captain’s gaze turned cold and said, “It is the local South Asian Gang, the Bear army. Shoot! Don’t let them come near.”
The five seven to eight meters tall bears did not charge them but walked up to them like five tanks. Dong Zi was slightly stunned.
The rest of them reacted quickly and shot the black bears furiously.
However, the bears’ bodies were too strong and their skin was too thick. The bullets were unable to go through its thick fur, fat, and muscle. Instead, it agitated them.
The five black bears knocked down the walls and door. They even wanted to tear the building down.
“Damn it!” The captain was annoyed. Their mission was a simple pursuit mission and they had powers with them. Furthermore, weapons were hard to bring across the borders hence they did not bring weapons with heavy firepower. They were helpless against the five bears.
As the building started to crumble, all the soldiers jumped out one by one and tried to escape in different directions.
However, the enemy they were facing not only had brute force. They had explosive strength, speed and endurance that were far better than humans.
The five bears charged towards the escaping soldiers and soon there were people captured or badly injured.
Captain heard the screams from beside him and gave a menacing look. He turned back and shot at the head of one of the bears hitting one of its eye.
Blinded in one eye, the bear raged and the other eye was filled with blood. The bear charged towards him frantically.
Captain’s face changed and ran into the commissary store at the side. Three seconds after he ran in, the bear had charged into the commissary and everywhere the bear went the counters were smashed and walls collapsed. It was like a beast on rampage who had its eyes on the captain.
“No, I can’t get it off my tracks.” Captain looked at the bear sniffing. “A bear’s sense of smell is much better than a hound’s. These human-bears will not have a bad sense of smell.”
Thinking of this, he flipped over and wanted to fight it out.
Then, he saw a soldier jump down from the third storey and landed on the bear’s head. He wanted to shoot the bear in the other eye. “Captain! Run!”
Roar! The bear roared and threw the soldier off. The bullet scratched pass the bear’s eye, blinding it completely.
Captain watched his comrade knock into a wall and faint. His heart was aching.
These were all elite soldiers trained by the country. All of them had high compatibility with powers and were experienced in combat. They were the elites in apostles.
If their powers had not expired, any of them could have killed those five bears. Now, they were making pointless sacrifices here.
When the captain thought of it, he pointed his gun and shot at the blinded bear ferociously. He finished all his bullets at once and the bear’s face was covered in blood.
Even so, he did not manage to kill the bear. He agitated the bear completely as the bear roared and charged towards Zhao Yao.
Captain’s eyes narrowed, suppressed the urge to fight the bear and ran. He continuously used the fact that the bear was blind to grow the distance between them.
Then, Dong Zi spoke in the walkie-talkie again.
“The letters changed again.”
“What letters?” Captain shouted in the walkie-talkie. “Dong Zi, why are you still looking at them? Run!”
“No, the letters became UNHAPPY.”
“UNHAPPY? What unhappy? I am headless!” Captain was agitated. “Don’t pay attention to it. Escape that place!”
When captain shouted this, he paused. “Headless… Wait, is it him?”
He turned to look at his men who suffered heavy loses and clenched his teeth. “Dong Zi, the signal gun is in your hands right? Fire it into the sky!”
“What?”
“Just try it. Fire it into the sky!”
The signal flares soar into the sky and exploded in mid air. Captain looked at the battlefield. Nothing changed he was dismayed.
“Right, even if he came after seeing the signal, it would be too late.”
When Captain was thinking of that, the world froze.
When time started flowing again, Captain’s vision was a blur and a guy in a black robe appeared on the street and walked past the human-bears.
Accompanied by Zhao Yao’s footsteps were the five bears’ yells and they fell to the floor covered in blood.
Zhao Yao saw the apostles who were covered in blood and opened the Dimension Portal. He shouted, “Lucifer! Get out and work!”
