Chapter 12: Unqualified Food

Before we are back to the inn, i'm taking the twin toward the weapon shop. Seeing we are coming, he looked at me with a stern eyes. He then said.

"What a stunt that you do huh?"

Hearing him said that i only can avert my eyes. It looked like what we do yesterday had been heard by the populace. Without much talking i then taking out the pelt that i skinned last night and put on the table.

"Even your working is fast, if not up to standard it still useless"

He then inspecting the pelt one by one.

"Only ten? I heard you overhunted them."

"There's no way i can skin all of it on one night."

With a stern smile he then said. 

"7 out of ten are good. Be ause it isn't perfect i won't give you back your money. But im exchange you can keep those knife."

After he said that he then hurrying us to go out. His act made me had a wronged feeling. I just got scammed. Damn it.

"Let's go back"

With a dejected feeling i then took the girls back and the thing Elze do is ridiculing me. When we are back toward the inn, we saw Mika talking with unfamiliar girl. From the outlook they both are on the same age. Both of them sat on front of the table with fork in fheir hand. There a lot of unfinishied pastry on it. Seeing their distress look Elze then coming toward them and ask.

"Hey, What's goin on here?"

"Ah, what a perfect timing. Let me introduce her to you. Her name is Aer, owner of cafe called Parent."

With a slight nod we greet each other. Mika then telling us about the dilemma of Aer cafe. 

"We're trying to create a new menu for her cafe. Because all of you are ftom different country, maybe you can help with something."

I then looked at the twin and both of them giving me a nod. 

"I'll try to think of something."

i then act lile thinking hard. Because i knew in few weeks there'll be raining, there's no way i'll suggest ice cream. I then look at Aer and ask.

"So what kind of menu you want to add?"

  I then tell them about it. The girls looking at me with a sparkling eyes. Those eyes  made my body unconciously step back. I then ask about the mpst important component.

"Is there a gelatin here?"

"We had some here."

After Mika said that, i then tell her about step by step making the Jelly. We are using a fruit that looked like an apple to became the other ingredient. When it done, i then tell her to put on a clean place, i'm asking a place that bigger that the Jelly place. 

"So anyone can use ice magic? We need to cool it if you want to taste the jelly."

Linze then use her magic to drop chunk of ive on the bigger basin.

"Let's wait to be coolled down and you can eat it as whole or mix it on cold cruit juice."

After waiting about for half an hour,The Jelly already done and in front of us there various fruit juice that Mika made. I then cut it on a bite sizes, and put it inside. I then add.

"Sorry for the crude work, You can arrange it as beautifully you want later."

We then taste the jelly. It was plain. I was forget to add a sugar on it. I then looked at the girls and says.

"Aer, Don't forget to add a honey or sugar on it."

Because i didn't want to het punched by Elze, i then ran upstair, close the door and ran toward the Farm.
