A nicely suited man stepped out of the car. The suit wasn't an a gawdy one but it looked expensive.

The European cut of the suit gave the man an air of authority and suave. The man seemed around 25-26 years old and had jet black hair.

He was around 185cm meter tall and had a great physique. Overall the man could be categorized as 'eligible bachelor' or the 'next to bed'.

Then man walked into the hotel and went straight for the restaurant. He was seated by the Maitre'd at a table of his choice and even before he sat down a waiter rushed over to him to hand him the menu card.

The waiter did not skip a beat in welcoming him to restaurant and with the same stride asked "What would you like to have today, Sir?"

The man knew why he was being given such attentive treatment as the restaurant could see that the man has money and they wanted him to spend it in the restaurant. That is the basic objective of every business.

The waiter was obviously fishing for a good tip at the end of the meal and his eagerness to serve the man was not hidden.

The man nodded without looking at the waiter and flipped through the pages of the menu.

After taking a good look at the menu and making the waiter, he said, "I would love to have those extra juicy Chicken Malai Tikkas with mint sauce for starters and then for the main course I would love to have Jeera Rice with your signature Butter Chicken."

"Good choice, Sir! And for drinks, Sir?" said the waiter beaming at the man.

"I'm a teetotaler, so any mocktail would do for me. I leave the choice to you" said the man without taking another look at the menu.

The waiter nodded happily and left the man at the table.

Then after a waiting for few minutes, though it felt like eternity as it always does when you order your food.

"Here is your Chicken Malai Tikka with Dry Cranberry Spitzer, Enjoy your meal sir!" said the waiter bringing along hot food after only 5 minutes of ordering it.

The waiter particularly looked proud of the drink he chose for the man.

The man without giving a glance to the waiter, straight away dived into the food. When he bit into the juicy Malai Tikka, his expression was that of euphoria.

"Mmm mmm mmmm" the sound involuntarily escaped his mouth with bite after bite.

He was having a foodgasm. The chicken was lightly spiced with herbs and seasoning but it was so tender that it just melted in his mouth.

The burnt ends due to cooking it in tandoor had brought that lovely smoky element in the chicken, which complemented it very well. It was best Malai Tikka that the man had ever had.

Within few minutes, the Malai Tikka was finished. The man was thinking of reordering the dish, but before he could do that the main star of night arrived. It was the butter chicken, the OG himself.

When the waiter opened the lid of the main course, the man took a sniff and gave out a satisfied sigh.

The dish looked extravagantly appetizing. The creamy white river was floating in a dessert of orange with chicken pieces looking like a hill in that dessert. The man became salivating at the sight of it.

The waiter dished out some fragrant basmati rice on the plate and then scooped some butter chicken curry over the rice and with a bow said once more, "Enjoy your meal sir!"

The waiter then left the dinner table for the man to enjoy his food in solitude.

The man took a spoon full bite of just rice and curry. When the notes of the rice and curry hit his taste buds, he was in heaven. The man almost had tears in his eyes. He had missed this texture and taste a lot.

He then fished out a chicken piece and bit into it. The explosion of flavors happened in his mouth. The perfect balance of spice and juiciness of chicken is the best a man can get.

A good butter chicken can cure depression, break ups and even broken marriages. That's what the man thought while gobbling up his meal.

When he was done with his meal, the waiter came with a dessert even though the man had not ordered one. The man looked at him with a questioning gaze.

The waiter understood the question written all over the man's face and explained while pointing at another table, "This is from that lovely lady over there, Sir."

The man followed his gesture and saw a beautiful lady waving at him with a smile.

'What is she doing over here!?' thought the man to himself in mild shock with a growing excitement.

She was a fellow lawyer colleague of the man and also his crush. She was one of the youngest most brilliant minds in their field and most obviously had many admirers.

The man was one of these admirers but he never though she knew about his existence who himself was adequate in his field.

She got up from her table where she was sitting alone and came over to the man's table and while sitting next to him said, "I never thought I would run into you here Mr. Satvik. What a small world!"

The smile never left her face since the moment their eyes met.

The man still looked at her in a daze, unable to comprehend a reply and thought, 'she even knows my name! What is happeningggg!'

"Are you here alone too?" questioned the lady settling into the chair and gesturing the waiter to get her a glass of water.

"Yes" said Satvik meekly finally able to speak.

"That's a relief. I got stood up by the person I was supposed have dinner with and I hate eating alone. If you don't mind, may I join you for this lovely evening?" questioned the lady.

"ba-dump, ba-dump!" Satvik's heart-rate spiked drastically after listening to her explanation and request. He nodded his head eagerly without even delaying to think over it.

"Well aren't you a sweet guy" said the lady while opening the menu.

'Oh my gawwwwddddd! Is this my chance' thought Satvik nervously. He gulped down an entire glass of water mustering up the courage to talk to her.

"I can't believe someone stood up such a beautiful person" said Satvik with a sincere smile trying not to creep her out.

"hehehehe, aren't you a smooth talker!" said the lady gushing a bit for the compliment.

Okay here goes nothing [more like here goes everything], "It is like a dream, having a dinner date with you" said Satvik while straightening his back.

There he has said it, made his interest obvious. Now it is up to her to decide or not.

Satvik's gaze was fixed on her beautiful face and then her luscious thick lips parted away as if to say something. "Mooooooo" was the only reply he got.

Satvik looked at her in astonishment. Was she trying to make fun of him, was she given a dare to come to him and say all this. All sorts of thoughts started to appear in his mind.

Then the lady stood up and came closer to him. She kept coming closer until they were just few inches apart and then she opened her mouth, extended her unusually long tongue and licked Satvik's hair.

With thick saliva, Satvik's dream was washed away and upon waking, he found himself lying on the grass.

He was in the pastures near his home surrounded by cattle and one of the young calf was licking his head and hair. He had fallen asleep while letting the cattle graze.

He sat up and looked around then Satvik realized that he has been salivating in his sleep and his shirt was half wet due to it.

'What sort of wet dream was that' he thought to himself frustrated after looking at his current situation.

The calf nudged him again. The sun was about to set so they have to head back as soon as possible.

"Sheesh alright, alright!! Thanks for ruining my dream by the way" said Satvik giving the calf a mean look while he stood up and patted his clothes to get rid of any mud.

The calf looked at him innocently while Satvik blew a whistle using his finger alerting the cattle and they all started heading home.

The memories of his homeland's cuisine were still there. Although Aisha was a great cook by this world's standards and custom, Satvik deeply missed those spices and curries.

The only seasoning one could get in this world was salt. Satvik came from the land of spices and for him surviving on food with just salt was very hard.

'I must find some essential makeshift spices or my life would become dull' 'or I would keep getting such wet dreams' he decided while stretching his arms passing the gates of the wall.
