Lu Tao wanted to visit the military headquarters and had invited Cheng Jin to accompany him, but Cheng Jin declined.

Cheng Jin drove to ‘Style’ after Fei Li had picked up Lu Tao and wrapped the outfit he had crafted in one of the gift boxes he had gotten previously.

Two years ago, he would always carry a great momentum of magnificence and spry whenever he’d visit the store. Many store managers would come out to greet him and invite him inside with smiling faces, all while putting out the latest luxury products for him to choose from.

In contrast to his current situation, where he had to conceal his face with a hat as he trudged dejectedly along the isolated road.

Today, though, his luck seemed to be bad.

As he walked in via the back entrance, he noticed Andy chatting to someone dressed up in an expensive outfit, with a gold watch on his wrist and prominent logos of luxury brands apparent on his clothes and accessories. He had an impatient expression on his face as he spoke to Andy, who had a tentative smile on his face, but before he could cajole the huge customer, he noticed a familiar figure at the end of his eyes. “Young Master Cheng!” He called out, almost without time to think.

Cheng Jin didn’t expect that Andy would call him, and by then it was too late to hide. He had to stop and stand stiffly in place.

The man was attracted by his gaze. He frowned, then said suspiciously, “Young Master Cheng? Which Young Master Cheng?” When he stared at Cheng Jin, his eyebrows narrowed significantly.

He swiftly crossed the room and took a few steps toward Cheng Jin. When he saw his face clearly, the man sneered and mockingly replied, “I asked which young master Cheng, and it turned out to be this Young Master Cheng ah?”

Cheng Jin couldn’t wait to shrink into the ground crevices after seeing the guy standing in front of him.

The man scowled when he saw that he hadn’t said anything. “No way, ba? You don’t remember me, do you? I remember you, Young Master Cheng. You were so arrogant and fantastic back then. I only handed Lu Tao a bottle of water, and you bullied me and made my eyes swell. You remember this, right?“

Cheng Jin pursed his lips and said nothing, his shoulders drooping without the least bit of the arrogance he once had.

“Yo, you don’t even dare to say anything now? What sort of pitiful performance are you putting on? Where did your momentum when you bullied people go? I heard that your family is bankrupt. How? Do you still have money to spend here if you go bankrupt?” The young man’s tone was full of ridicule, and he took another step closer to Cheng Jin.

Cheng Jin trembled all over, took a step back in fright, and whispered, “Not…”

He was a student at the Imperial Military Academy as well. He was Lu Tao’s younger brother, and was a lovely ‘new female’ as well. Cheng Jin became enraged when he witnessed him carrying water and towels to Lu Tao at the time. He silently chastised him for being shameless and waited for the proper opportunity to “chat” with him.

It was never his desire to do so. The guy who had been at his side at the time couldn’t help but punch Lian Wu first, and the move was so quick that Cheng Jin didn’t have time to stop it. But he didn’t feel pity at that moment, and he was even relieved to see that gorgeous face ruined.

On the planet, Lian Wu’s family background could only be described as average. He didn’t have a title, wasn’t a native, and wasn’t very affluent. His father still sought orders from the Cheng family to survive, so even though he was harassed by Cheng Jin at the time, he didn’t dare to speak out, but he also had to remain away from Lu Tao honestly.

However, the tables had been turned. His family gained momentum after the Cheng family was punished and declared bankrupt. He married a major general, and he now looked like a wealthy wife.

Cheng Jin didn’t dare speak; all he wanted was for Lian Wu to leave after embarrassing him for a while. But the young man appeared to hold a lot of anger, and when he ran into him, he naturally had to release his rage. “Do you think it’s okay if you don’t speak? Do you remember what you did to me back then?” snarled Lian Wu.

Cheng Jin whispered, “I’m sorry…”

For a moment, the young man was taken aback, and he suspected that he had auditory hallucinations. “What did you say?”

“I’m sorry…” Cheng Jin even bowed. “I was wrong about bullying you back then. I’m sorry…”

“W!T!F!” Lian Wu sneered, looking up at the sky. “Is the day and night upside down today? The Young Master Cheng, who has always been arrogant, actually told me that he was sorry? Hello, Andy, did you hear that clearly?”

Andy had intended to use Cheng Jin as a shield, but when he saw the boy’s pitiful appearance, he felt a little upset. He heard his question. “I heard it clearly. Young Master Cheng did apologize. Master Lian, please calm yourself. Don’t concern yourself arguing with the likes of him. We have a lot of new things in our boutique. I’ll show you and offer you the greatest price.” He tried to coax the person away, but Lian Wu was unmoved. “I said I don’t want the stuff you displayed in the store. I want to visit Madam Ruilla. I want to find her and have her customize the outfit for me personally, no matter how much money it costs,” he scowled.

Andy felt bitter. For him, ‘Madam Ruilla’ was a money-making tool. It was also a stunt that he had cooked up in private, so, of course, he refused to make it public; after all, rare things were priceless. Cheng Jin had no reaction when he heard the name Madam Ruilla, because he didn’t know that he was ‘Madam Ruilla’ at all.

“Madam Ruilla can take orders,” Andy said with a smile. “As long as you tell me your requirements, I will tell her exactly and accomplish everything for you.”

Lian Wu said, “No, I want to meet her in person; not only do I want her to take my order, but I also want her to take just my orders; after all, the Orange Flower Banquet is crucial, and I don’t want to be overshadowed.”

When Cheng Jin heard the words ‘Orange Floral Banquet,’ he had a small reaction. The orange flower was the Imperial Planet’s national flower, and  was a flower that could only blossom on this planet. It looked stunning after blooming, with a lovely orange hue. It was not only decorative, but it was also edible.

The banquet was organized by the planet’s oldest native family, the Houseff’s. Young men and women were allowed to play games at the dinner, and those who won received prizes. The initial objective of this banquet was most likely to establish connections; the game’s success or failure came second. Gradually, there emerged a spirit of competitiveness that compelled individuals to compete.

An invitation to the Orange Floral Banquet was a source of tremendous pride for ordinary people. After all, those who could attend were either natives, persons of title, or extremely wealthy. Cheng Jin had already participated twice before, but because he was uneducated and incompetent, he didn’t win any of the games. He naturally thought that he lacked interest, so even if he was invited to go, he didn’t.

He had not received any invites in the two years since the Cheng family went bankrupt.

Andy continued to try to persuade him. ” But, Young Master Lian, Madam Ruilla is really not free, and she is a person of title, so…” As he spoke, he cast a glance at Cheng Jin and motioned for him to leave first. Cheng Jin breathed a sigh of relief and was about to leave when Lian Wu appeared in front of him, staring at the box in his hand and asking, “What are you holding in your arms?” ”

Cheng Jin was taken aback for a brief while and unconsciously wanted to flee. “It’s nothing…”

Lian Wu couldn’t resist extending his hand to grasp the box. He was about the same height as Cheng Jin, but the former was more vivacious and the latter was more weak. Cheng Jin didn’t dare to fight with him, so Lian Wu’s hand effortlessly snatched the box. Lian Wu scowled and began to dismantle the box. He could easily see what was within with the lighting a piece of blue light.

Despite the fact that the outfit was not entirely unfurled and just the brooch in the shape of a star was visible, Lian Wu knew it had to be expensive. and he reached out to touch the blue crystal on it. Cheng Jin rushed up to collect the box before he could touch it, saying, “Sorry, this belongs to someone else, Y-Young Master Lian… I-I’ll take it away first…”

Lian Wu snatched it and refused to let go, his eyes wide with amazement. “Isn’t this Madam Ruilla’s work?  It must be, right? I’ve examined her works, and they’re all in this style, and even the stitching is extremely similar,” he looked suspiciously to Cheng Jin. “You’re so poor now, yet you can still find Madam Ruilla to customize the dress?”

Cheng Jin, who didn’t comprehend what he was saying, instinctively responded, “No, I…”

While winking at Cheng Jin, Andy hastily responded, “No, no, this is not Madam Ruilla’s work.”

Cheng Jin wanted to explain that this was his own work, but he quickly closed his mouth because if he was reported as an illegal worker, not only would his financial source be cut off, but he would also trouble Andy.

“I don’t care whose this is. I’ve taken a liking to this outfit and I want it. Tell me how much it costs,” Lian Wu clung to the box.

Sweat came out from Andy’s forehead. “Young Master Lian, this one is a female model…”

Lian Wu frowned and grabbed the clothes. After seeing that it was indeed a women’s dress, he was immediately disappointed. But he quickly became suspicious and stared at Cheng Jin. “Since it’s a woman’s thing, how could it be in your hands?”

“I—I…” Cheng Jin couldn’t find a reason with his impatience, but Andy remained vigilant and smiled. “Didn’t Young Master Cheng helped someone send the clothes over to modify the size?”

“Yes, yes,” Cheng Jin nodded immediately. “Young Master Lian, please return it to me.” He didn’t dare to grab it, so he had to plead. Lian Wu sneered harshly, threw the box on the ground, then the dress in, and said, “I will graciously let you go this time.”  He turned away and said to Andy, “I will send you the measurements and requirements tomorrow.  You must ask Madam Ruilla to do it for me as soon as possible. To be clear, only my orders are permitted to be made this month, and no orders from others are allowed.”

Seeing that this deity could be sent away, Andy quickly lowered his head and said “Yes yes yes”. As soon as he left, he finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Cheng Jin had already picked up the box and wiped the dust from beneath it. Andy stared at him aggressively, saying, “What a coincidence ah.  Aren’t you running a bit late? If someone discovers what you’re up to, you’ll be fine, but I’ll be damned.”

“I’m sorry,” Cheng Jin promptly apologized.

When the two entered the warehouse, Andy calmed down and turned on the brightest light. “Check it for me. If nothing is wrong with it, I’ll deliver it to Miss Qi tomorrow.”

The light illuminated the clothing, making it even more exquisite and stunning. Andy had to admit that he had a lot of admiration for Cheng Jin. After all, it had only been two years since he had been able to accomplish such ‘pieces’ on his own. He would undoubtedly make an amazing designer in the future. “Miss Qi will undoubtedly be very delighted,” he remarked as he examined. “It’s so nicely created, and this blue crystal is also gorgeous. There are no less beads, right?”

Cheng Jin said, “None, all 148 were used. I counted it before using.” His eyes widened and his body tensed as he spoke. Andy was also perplexed a moment later. It took him a long time to reach out and touch a patch on the clothing that had suddenly become empty except for a thread. Andy’s voice had gone off the deep end. “Here… Did you lose one?”
