‘There are more than what I gave her. Much more. I guess that Prodigy title worked on its own now that the world isn’t in my control,’ He thought to himself.
“I thought you would have learned more magic skills from Sarada?”
“Big sis said not to steal from people…that Sarada might get angry,” Irene looked through his window, but her eyes were stuck on the number 150. She looked back at him, and then back at the window, tilting her head, “Android…? What is that?”
“Your sister. She left the Noble House but not the Nobility. You should worry about little stuff and copy all the skills you can. That’s the only way to get stronger when you are on the road,” Ashwood muttered, looking at her screen. He had something that could help her get stronger, and he wanted to try it so badly, “Pretend to be a hostage and I will help you get stronger.”
Irene fluttered her eyes, and she got on her knees, sitting down on his thighs. She raised her hands, “Don’t attack! He will kill me!!”
Sarada, who had reached the top of the hill, who was about to sneak attack stopped in her tracks. She raised her chin, trying to look into his eyes, but he was focused elsewhere, “Let Irene go!!”
‘Ah, want me look into that Sharingan? No way,’ Ashwood looked at the treasure in his inventory, that he picked from the First Floor, that was at the centre of the maze, ‘I could re-engineer it. I have all the technology too…but I need to work on that outer chip system…this will need time for research. I will have to level up my Engineering skill to Supernatural Level and that will dip inside the world and I will gain the knowledge of this world’s engineering too. I am currently Level 57…I need to reach 75 or…I need that. As long as I upgrade my Genius title to Prodigy. I can get 57 Talent Points that I hadn’t gotten yet. And 67 more from Free Attribute Points left over. Goody. But to do that I would need to use my body.’
“Gosh,” Ashwood stood up, taking out the blindfold from his inventory, covering his eyes, “there is such a beautiful reward on the other side. And all that stands in my way is you.”
Even if his eyes were covered, he could see the mana flow through her body when he scanned her, ‘there is concentrated chakra on her forehead. What was it? The Strength of Hundred Techniques?’
Sarada screwed her eyebrows, ‘it’s him! He looks insanely different from the photo I saw. But it must be a disguise of a kind!’
“Irene! Get away from him!”
“Hmm,” Irene looked at her sister, Ricardo and Benny before she looked up at Ashwood, who patted her head, reassuringly giving her a smile, and she smiled back, running to her sister, jumping in her arms, “Big sis! He’s a bad guy! He tried to kiss me and touch me! A big pervert!”
Ashwood nearly tripped and fell where he stood. He scratched his head, sighing, ‘that stupid girl. Does she have to take things that far.’
He raised his palm, looking at the chip on top of his palm, ‘World Merge.’
A cracking sound appeared, along with a blue-green flash and a plug-in chip dropped on his palm. He looked back, finding 2B standing right there. He threw the chip to her, “In case Irene joins the fight. Hold them back.”
“Yes, Master.”
Sarada glanced towards the woman. She shot forward, ready to stop them both when he appeared in front of her, kicking her in the face and her body shot sideways. She turned in mid-air, landing on her feet, weaving hand signs, “Fire Style! Fire Ball Jutsu!”

‘Scanning,’ Ashwood looked at the fireball coming towards him, reading the data from it, and from her. He moved sideways, dodging it, when a green light flashed on his palm and a chip appeared. A compartment on his left hand slid back, where he put the chip, loading the information to his data to his memory.
[Shockwave. Counter. Overclock. Ice Spear. Freezing Touch. Thunder Bolt. Quake. Fireball Jutsu.]
‘This one is much better than the level 1 Fireball,’ Ashwood weaved the hand signs, “Fire Style! Fireball Jutsu!!”
Sarada widened her eyes, activating her Sharingan, dodging the fireball jutsu. She weaved the signs again, hoping to finish this fast before she revealed all her moves to “Chidori!”
She zig-zagged by the fireball, piercing forward and to counter her, Ashwood’s palm faced her, “Quake.”
Sarada felt the shock through her body. She tripped from the sudden stop and she fell forward. Her body dragged against the ground and she tried to get up when he slammed his leg down, ‘Freezing Touch.’
Sarada looked at him from the corner of her eyes, ‘How did he get so strong. Even with Talent Points…he’s a beginner. I have to use that. With the little chakra I managed to store…and that reaction that happened when I used it yesterday…I can do it.’
Her concentrated mana spread out from her forehead, moving across her whole body, but the two lines that were supposed to go through her eyes and spread in all directions they stopped at her eyes. Since she didn’t have enough chakra, it only focused in one eye, and her Sharingan started to turn blue, along with the diamond mark at the centre, and another tomoe appeared in her right eye.
Her stats boosted, and she shot forward, easily evading his attack. She turned, collecting chakra on her right palm, and she blitz towards him, jumping up, “Chidori!!”
“You don’t learn, do you?” Ashwood faced his palm towards her, “Quake.”
Sarada’s body came to an abrupt halt. She felt as if she hit the wall, but with the strength she had right now, she could have destroyed the wall. She fell to the ground, coughing blood. She looked up at him with blood oozing out of her lips, watching him crouch in front of her, poking her cheek, “Going from around Level 60 to Level 140 or even 150. So good. If only you were Level 150 and had used this trick, I would have been beaten black and blue, and this is when your trick isn’t even complete.”
He sighed, “you were in a hurry. You thought I was around that level too because of what you heard from Tifa. Luckily for me…someone brought 2B to me. Unlucky for you…someone brought 2B to me.”
He looked up in amusement, seeing the three people on the ground and Irene holding her own, “even your backup isn’t enough.”
He just said when his senses met with Irene’s eyes, “Big brother! Let Sarada go or I will get angry!”
‘My rationale says that she has nothing could defeat me, but my gut says that she is a beast whom I shouldn’t make angry,’ He let out an amused chuckled, “Yeah. No way I am letting you go.”
Irene sighed, holding the whip. She tilted her head, letting out a smile, “Big bro…now I am angry.”
Her mana swirled, abruptly becoming larger, becoming more concentrated, causing a storm around her, making Ashwood take a step back, ‘oye, oye, did that girl just went from One Star to Two Star because she wanted to?’
He looked away, and a grin spread through his lips. He let out a short laugh, with became louder, and his eyes looked towards her, “Come. Irene.”
Irene whipped the ground, observing him, “what was that again…? Yeah. Chi-do-ri?”
The whip rose, and thunder covered the whole whip, creating the sound of thousand birds chirping and then she dropped the whip, looking at her palms, “Chidori Whips.”
Lightning collected on her palms, forming two whips made of lightnings, and then she looked at her feet, muttering again, “Chidori Whips.”
Her shoes burnt apart, and the lightning got concentrated on them before she looked up, “Big brother…don’t die.”
‘Yeah,’ He narrowed his eyes, ‘if she keeps growing at this rate. I really might die. If I assume mana as power level, then hers was 4000 before. Right now. It should 8000 from becoming two stars and multiply that by 16 times from four whips. 128000. Mine is 333000.’
He saw the whips first, then heard the sound, dodging them, ducking, jumping. The only good thing was that she wasn’t used to it, so she couldn’t disorient or confuse him, or he would have died for sure. The starting few attacks were clumsy, but she was getting used to the rhythm, she swung her leg, and then the other before twirling in mid-air, slamming two whips from above. He blocked the first with the quake, the second he evaded, the third and fourth he blocked by swinging the ice spear. The spear blasted, causing the thunder whips to pause, and he backed away from them.
Her feet touched the ground, and she flicked her right hand, and the single thunder whip coming from her palm turned into two. She raised her eyebrows, flicking the other one, and six whips danced around her, “Big brother. If I am not wrong…I am stronger than you now?”
Ashwood laughed, “totally. I am not match for you. Then again. I am not alone.”
Irene jerked her head back, but the woman was standing there. She widened her eyes, feeling the palm on her stomach, hearing his voice by her ear, “I am not stupid enough to take your family and friends hostage and send you in overdrive.”
Irene smiled, getting wrecked by the shock which sent her mana into chaos, and she coughed up blood from the sudden shock from the mana disruption, ‘I should have learned that skill before.’
She moved while wall, touching his cheek from her left hand, ‘Quake.’
Ashwood felt a smack on his cheek, looking at her from the corner of his eyes, ‘ah, what is this pride I am feeling. It’s like a father proud of his daughter.’
He rubbed his cheek, looking towards Sarada who had been pinned by 2B, “our turn to talk.”
Sarada grunted, glaring at him, ‘I screwed up.’
