While LI Zhiyun poured a cup of tea for her daughter, Han Xiaowen's face was filled with an unsightly look as she remembered the time when she had drank the jasmine tea for the first time.
She was in high school at that time and seeing her mother drinking the jasmine tea for so many years and smelling the aroma had made her curious as to what it would taste like back then.
And after hearing from Li Zhiyun that the tea made her look young, Han Xiaowen had to try it.
But when she sipped onto the cup she swore that this would be her first and last cup of JASMINE TEA, it was because just as pleasant as it smells, it was similarly disgusting to taste according to her.
And from that time, she didn't dare to even think of having jasmine tea.
Although it had been so many years since that and she had also grown a lot after along with time, the memory was not something that would fade.
"Haha, look at your face Wenwen, I am not making you drink some bitter gourd juice."
Li Zhiyun laughed while shaking her head and passing the cup of tea to Han Xiaowen.
Han Xiaowen only stared at the slightly yellowish tea in the cup not knowing what to really do with it.
Her basic thought was to place the cup back on the table.
Seeing her daughter stare a the tea, Li Zhiyun shook her head and muttered.
"You know, at that time when you tried the jasmine tea, I knew that you would not like it, because the teens would never get the understanding of tea, and that was also why I asked you whether you really wanted to drink it."
Li Zhiyun smiled as she stroked Han Xioawen's head and then continued as her daughter stared at her.
"But now, things are different, you have matured a lot."
"And you will definitely like the tea and I am sure of that."
Han Xiaowen nodded hearing her mother's words and looked at her reflection in the tea as she understood what her mother meant.
Although Li Zhiyun had told Han Xiaowen that she would only be helping her when it was utterly necessary and she would have to deal with all her troubles herself just like how she had been doing all these years when she was on the bed.
But Han Xiaowen would always lose this when she would face some situation.
Although with her mother's return now, the people who had been looking for trouble had also quietened due to fear and pressure, she understood that it was only for the time being.
And this was also the right time for her to get hold of the company by herself.
Seeing her reflection in the cup, Han Xiaowen closed her eyes and sipped the tea which she had felt bitter all those years ago.
As she took her first sip, her brows raised high as if she was shocked by the difference she felt between this tea and the tea that she had a few years ago.
Sitting beside her, Li Zhiyun nodded as she poured another cup of tea for herself.
She knew that her daughter had not changed quite a lot and was not the same girl from back then.

It was just that she needed a bit of support from her back since she was afraid of the unknown that would happen.
Meanwhile, in another office in the same building.
A man in his mid 50's sat on the chair while a young woman stood beside the desk while holding a tablet in her hand,
"When is the press conference going to start?"
The man asked with an obviously annoyed look on his face.
"Sir, it will be starting in half an hour."
The woman who seemed to be his secretary said with a blank look on her face.
It was as if it didn't matter to her much about her boss's anger.
"Damit!"
Han Lao smashed his hand on the surface of the table making a thumping sound, but nothing happen to the table since it was not made of any normal glass but a reinforced one.
"Now that duckling would fly even more with her mother, and I doubt that Li Zhiyun would not appear at the conference."
He gritted his teeth in anger and looked at the monitor in front of him which showed the conference hall which was filled with more than 30 news reporters.
One had to know that the reporters were not just from the surrounding cities.
Some had even come from the capital.
Han Industries was one of the top 200 companies in the country so, it was only a matter before everyone would want to know what kind of changes had been made.
His nails dug into his palms and his jaws clenched as he muttered.
"This is the best opportunity for her to let everyone know of her comeback and also warn the ones who were with me."
If it was two weeks ago then Han Lao would have been on cloud nine after seeing this scene, it was because he was sure that the company would land in his hand after the meeting and there was no other doubt about that.
But now his eyes were glaring with fury thinking that not only had he lost the opportunity, and had been smacked in the face, but even the ones who had been wanting to bootlick him were trying their best to not show any kind of relationship with him.
Of course, there was nothing for him to blame them for because they would be surely thoroughly looked after by Li Zhiyun.
"Sir, Miss Li Feiyun is also seen entering the building."
The secretary said as Han Lao stared at the monitor his mind imagining how Li Zhiyun would be announcing herself as the new CEO of the Han Corporation while he will be sitting here wasting another day of his life seeing that.
"Just for a while, you will all get your chance."
He mumbled remembering the sneer which was on Li Zhiyun's face when his plan had been smashed by them.
