Little Qiqi and Xiao Ya were in Kindergarten.
Little Jia was in Elementary school which had children from Grade 1st to Grade 6th.
And right now, Little Jia was in Grade 1st as she was just about 6 years old.
Following the Elementary school, there was Middle School and High School, in which children of grades 7th till 9th studied and 10th till 12th respectively.
Yuan Meng and Ning Wei were teachers in the Star City High School which had mostly students from class 10th to class 12th.
COUGH, I suppose, calling them STUDENTS will be more appropriate rather than calling them, CHILDREN.
Ye Qian noticed that there was no one in the surrounding.
"I guess we arrived just too quick?"
"Hmm."
Just as Ye Qian mumbled, Xiao Ya nodded.
"Alright, let's just wait for her to be released."
Ye Qian pursed his lips and looked around if there was some bench in the surroundings or he would need to enter the school.
"Dad, there is no bench here."

Shaking her head, Xiao Ya said and then pointed at the gate.
"Why don't we go to Big Sister's school?"
p "Hmm."
Ye Qian nodded and walked towards the gate.
There were two security guards by the gate and noticing Ye Qian coming to them turned to him.
"My daughter studies here, can I go and wait till she is released."
One of the guards started at Ye Qian from head to toe and then asked.
"What is the name of your child?"
"Ning Jia."
Ye Qian answered, he knew that since Ning Wei was an orphan, she had taken her husband's name and so had Little Jia.
"Alright let me check."

Of course, the guards in the Middle School didn't know Ye Qian since it was barely the second time he had come here.
Besides, there were a lot of classes in the Primary School, how could they remember everyone.
It was not the same as Little Qiqi's, Blossoming Flower Kindergarten, that the little girl was very much adored by even the guards because she used to stay with Wu Ying after the Kindergarten was released and thus stayed there till the teachers also left.
After checking the name of Little Jia in her system and confirming a few things, the guards let Ye Qian enter the gate.
"There are still about 20 minutes till the school will be released, you came here too early, Sir."
One of the guards said after allowing Ye Qian to enter the gate.
"I know."
Ye Qian nodded and walked into the small garden where Little Jia had brought him in the morning.
After looking around, Ye Qian felt that the place was obnoxiously quiet and felt a bit weird when compared to that in the morning.
"Why does it give off such an aura?"
Ye Qian mumbled.
"What is it, Dad?"
Noticing Ye Qian looking around as if he was searching for something, Xiao Ya asked while also peering her big bright eyes into the garden.

"It feels weird."
Ye Qian muttered and then closed his eyes.
After a moment he gathered the Spiritual Energy from all of his senses and accumulated it near his nose.
"SNIFFFFFF"
After tanking a deep breath, Ye Qian frowned.

He released the gathered Spiritual Energy around his nose and narrowed his eyes at the corner of the garden where stood a small-sized tree which was roughly 10 feet and walked closer towards it.
After taking a look at the tree, Ye Qian frowned once again.
"That eerie aura is more here compared to before."
Ye Qian mumbled.
Xiao Ya who was still in his arms started at Ye Qian with a face filled with confusion.
'What is Dad saying?'
"What is this?"

Ye Qian looked at the tree and suddenly his eyes were focused on a specific branch on the tree.
Ye Qian narrowed his eyes and extended his other hand towards the branch and found a scale-like thing.
"A snake's scale?"
Ye Qian mumbled as his frown deepened.
Meanwhile, seeing that there was some shiny thing in Ye Qian's hand, the little girl's curiosity was spiked as she extended her tiny fingers.
"Don't!"
Just as her finger was a few inches away a thundered roar was heard.
"Dad.... sniff sniff"
Ye Qian looked at the little girl and sighed.
Being suddenly shouted at by Ye Qian obviously had caused her child's heart to feel afraid as the little girl's eyes suddenly started to well up with tears.
"I am sorry Xiao Ya, this is a very bad thing, if you had toughed it then you might be hurt very badly."
Ye Qian sighed and shook his head.
Obviously, he wouldn't have ever wanted to scold the little girl for no apparent reason.
But if he had allowed the little girl to touch the scale then Ye Qian would never stop from blaming himself.
It was because the scale was just too poisonous.
Yes, the scale was poisonous.
Usually, any kind of poisonous animal won't have poison in its body except for its stingers or teeth.

But the scale that Ye Qian had just removed from the tree branch had poison in it.
If not for his Immortal Body, then even Ye Qian might have a hard time holding the scale for this long.
It could be said that if the little girl had touched the scale for even just a blink of an eye then the poison might have easily penetrated her bloodstream and spread throughout the little one's body in just a matter of few seconds.
And although Ye Qian knew of many ways to stop the poison and counter it, he would still need the required materials right.
And right now, it could be said that Ye Qian was like a Doctor without any kind of medicine in his hand.
No matter how many the methods he knew of which would be able to cure the poison in just a matter of moments, it would still be worthless without the required herbs and other things.
