Only living beings that reached level 15 were able to create worlds.
Or rather, they were able to create life on a plane. Nailisi was only level 10, but she already doing it. It was very important to her. She had taken a human form instinctively, taking in her double into her current form.
Her human form was her weakest, and having one weak form affected her advancement.
The power of creating worlds was fed back to her human form, which was helped to digest by her double. Nailisi’s human form began to evolve.
She needed to guide it using her experience. Since she did not have that, she mimicked Sika, using whatever knowledge she gained from observing Sika to modify her current human form.
Sika’s body was a work of perfection. The ratio of bone structure to muscles enabled her power to reach the peak of permissible limits. The working of energy in Sika was very unusual, as if it was a grand swordmaster wielding sword aura at all times.
From what Nailisi was able to tell, the strength of Sika’s body was hardly different from a dragon.
However, Nailisi was unable to fathom how Sika fought. The strength of her body continued to rise, reaching level nine, ten, then all the way to 12. The evolution halted altogether. Nailisi thought of Isabella. She had intended to become a mage when she first took her human form.
Nailisi was lazy and never had much patience for learning magic, but at the moment, she finally had the chance to do so. Seven types of magic chords formed within her body— the six major elements and one lightning magic chord.
Nailisi’s body had only taken in a minute amount of the Genesis Stock Solution. The power to modify her body was fed back to her by the 12 Notes of First Purgatory.
It was not that the stock solution had given her magic chords. In truth, if Nailisi had intended to use the stock solution to modify her body, she would probably end up becoming a god.
A level 13 pseudogod, one that had divine fire but not a divine persona.
Nailisi was creating worlds instead of just creating living beings. Low level gods usually would not use their divine powers to create worlds, and would instead choose to keep believers in a plane devoid of life or an interdimensional space that was still growing.
The gods would grow their divine kingdom from there slowly.
After imbuing her 12 Notes of First Purgatory with the stock solution, her equipment began to take the form of worlds. It was something that only high level gods did.
Nailisi used the power acquired from creating worlds to modify her body, stopping at level 12, which was a terrible waste. That amount of power could be used to reinforce a divine persona.
However, Nailisi’s luck was incredible. What Saleen wanted very badly—lightning magic chords—she ended up getting. Nailisi had consumed a thunder dragon’s magic nucleus, hide, and flesh before.
When Saleen acquired a level 15 thunder dragon, she had taken some of its flesh and blood as well.
Nailisi’s Lightning Protection was decidedly different from Saleen’s skills. Hers was effective when touching an enemy. However, Nailisi wanted to become a mage and used the power of world-creation to modify her body. Magic chords formed, and there was surprisingly a seventh one.
Nailisi’s human form surpassed Isabella despite her not actually knowing what she was doing, becoming a level 10 mage and a level 12 warrior. The ‘level 12 warrior’ was limited solely to her body’s strength. She did not have any warrior’s skill, such as sword aura..
Demons did not train sword auras, as they were capable of using huge amounts of power. However, humans were incapable of doing that unless they were someone like Sika, who possessed skills of a combat priest and wielded weapons specifically made for priests.
A luoluokaluo’s instinct allowed Nailisi to achieve that much. Her 12 Notes of First Purgatory was capable of continuous growth, but she needed more than just the Genesis Stock Solution to do so.
The dragon had been the steed of the god that perished. When its original god was killed by the Lord of Glory, the dragon was chained up, and the Lord of Glory did not know that many things in the dragon’s lair were incredibly precious.
Divine combat destroyed the kingdom’s foundations, and the Lord of Glory was unable to get inside it anymore, as it would result in collapse. It was an incredible waste as the tens of billions of believers and living beings that he had painstaking acquired would be lost.
As such, the Lord of Glory did not raid the divine kingdom.
Gods had no need to hurry into anyway. When such kingdoms were completely theirs, none of the living beings on it were able to resist. Any secrets would surface in due time.
However, no one expected Saleen to be thrown into a divine kingdom, kill a dragon, and raid its lair.
The Genesis Stock Solution was one of the most precious things in it, and Nailisi had used more than half of it. If the Lord of Glory found out, he would rather destroy the kingdom than let Nailisi get her hands on the stock solution.
Nailisi was doing all of it in the Magical Element Tower, and the level 18 elementite it was built from was capable of isolating the earth-shattering changes within.
The Lord of Glory was just a level 15 god. There was no way he could know everything taking place in his divine kingdoms. The Lord of Glory had fought countless wars of conquest to acquire power, and he had accumulated quite a number of divine kingdoms.
As a lesser god, the Lord of Glory possessed too many divine kingdoms, making him unable to manage all of them effectively. Myers Mainland would not see the power of the Holy See getting increasingly weak otherwise.

The Lord of Glory was impatient. He was unable to wait for propagation of faiths in his divine kingdoms to advance to become a level 16 middle god, so he resorted to plundering other divine kingdoms, killing other gods of levels similar to his to take their divine persona.
He was able to grow and advance to level 16 at the fastest speed possible simply by modifying the believers of the divine kingdoms that he had taken and digesting the divine personas of the gods he killed.
There were no unwanted aftereffects when gods did that because they had incredibly long lives, giving them ample time to digest their enemies’ powers and get rid of any unwanted parts slowly.
The tower was hammered into the ground and magic patterns on the tower disappeared. Saleen cast Puppet Constellation and the Big Guy leapt out, grabbing the topmost floor of the tower and yanking it out forcefully out of the ground.
Saleen told Nailisi to come out as soon as the tower was yanked out, before putting it away. The living beings around them continued to charge at them. Saleen unleashed more star figures to open up a path, while he and Agares moved towards the mountains.
There would definitely be more wealth stored in the mountains the dragon made its lair in.
There were tens of billions of individuals in the divine kingdom to provide power of faith for the Lord of Glory, but there were only hundreds of millions capable of fighting.
Furthermore, they were scattered throughout the kingdom. There was no way for them to be in the same spot.
The place Saleen was in had few beings. There were only hundreds of thousands capable to fight him. Saleen charged into the mountains and began scanning with his Elemental Eye, quickly finding the dragon’s lair.
There were huge metal balls in the lair. Every single one of them was rusted and looked like dragon eggs.
Saleen had no reservations and the Big Guy leapt out and bagged all the metal balls. Agares was unable to do anything but watch anxiously. His space equipment was not as powerful as Saleen’s.
Even if he were allowed to take the balls, there would be no way he could store them.
Saleen saw many things in the dragon’s lair. All of them had been possessions of believers of their previous god or something that their previous god had prepared for the believers in their divine kingdom, ready to be bestowed later.
The Lord of Glory was unable to raid the place, and Saleen and Agares ended up taking all of the wealth instead.
Saleen did not bother being polite with Agares. All the large materials and pieces of equipment were carted away by Dante. The smaller ones were taken by the star figures.
Agares only released two of his female assassins to help him take anything that was of worth to assassins.
It was fortunate that assassins needed little consumable materials. Agares’ eyes glowed when he found a piece of purple asteroid metal. The piece of metal was big enough to make a dagger.
Saleen found that Agares slowed down after picking up the metal for his new dagger.
“Agares, found something good?” Saleen asked Agares.
“A piece of 12-dimensional metal. I don’t know how mages look at the world, but to assassins, the world is 12-dimensional. 12-dimensional metal is capable of attacking any target of any space attribute and has a very high damage count. No magic shields is able to withstand it.”
Saleen listened. “Give me half of it and I’ll craft you a dagger.”
“I have level ten mages in my own royal palace,” Agares refused Saleen’s proposal.
Silver Water Flame lit up in Saleen’s hand, and Agares’ expression changed drastically. “You’re going to take it by force?”
“My contract is absolutely effective. If I wanted you dead, I wouldn’t have let you inside the tower. This is Water Flame, and only my teacher and I know how to use it to do alchemy. I’ve used it to craft holy items when I was at level nine. Hand the 12-dimensional metal to any other alchemist, and you would’ve squandered it,” Saleen elaborated to Agares.
Agares stay silent for a moment. “Why should I trust you?”
“Agares, if you’re willing to give me half of the 12-dimensional metal as payment, I’ll do my best. You’re the first enemy that I’d craft equipment for, and also the last.”
“Alright, I’ll buy that.” Agares threw the 12-dimensional metal to Saleen. It was only the size of a fist but incredibly heavy.
Saleen took the 12-dimensional metal and threw it inside the Water Flame. The piece of metal had cracks, meaning that it was raw material. The power of Saleen’s Water Flame was much greater than it used to be. He used only half an hour to split the metal into two pieces, which he weighed using a magic scale.
Agares was startled to find the two pieces of metal to be the exact same weight.
Saleen smiled. “See that, Agares? This means that my mental powers allow me perfect control of the metal. Otherwise, differences in weight would occur during cutting.”
