Denpasar, Sanglah General Hospital,
"How are you feeling, young master?" a sweet cherry voice sounded, coming from a woman in her twenties; wearing a long white sleeved robe with fair hands holding a pen and a notepad, ready to note down. Her bold crystal hair flowed and was tied in a long braid, and she was looking and scanning the young man before her with deep crimson eyes.
"I'm fine, but why am I here?" the young man, lying in the long hospital bed, replied slightly confused. He was scanning the young lady and the room with an expression that said that he could not believe or didn't know what was happening to him.
The woman was beautiful and gave off a friendly aura, yet what he focused on was the white ceiling, the plain shabby patient clothes he wore and a basket filled with fruits on the table next to him. A wide long transparent glass window with a view of the urban city, the modern furniture, and then he noticed the woman's clothes. Clearly indicating this was a modern age, it strikingly contrasts with the era in his previous world.
"You're in hospital, young master Desmond. After we found you unconscious on the roof, the police immediately evacuated the crime scene and you were sent to the hospital," the woman spoke while bustling her hands with medical stuff, checking the hanging tub while writing down something related to him.
Afterwards, the woman stared at him, touched his face and slightly pulled his eyelids down before continuing," You've been in a coma for three months, young master. I have also called your family over, please try to move your body and tell me if there is something strange."
The young man, Desmond, was still confused about his current situation. Many thoughts flooded and whirled in his mind about the world he was in, the AI that helped him in the previous world, the people he left behind and many more.
Suddenly he was overwhelmed with sadness, the vast room turned stuffy, causing his lungs to feel puffy and breathless. Tears flooded his eyes, causing his vision to be a bit blurry. Upon seeing his state the woman panicked.
Why? Why am I crying? Is it because I left them behind? Did this feeling already touch and affect my bottom line? He thought as he felt the knot and pain in his heart.
His eyes blankly stared into nothingness for a while when the woman suddenly popped back into his vision. He looked at her and her face suddenly transformed into a faint shadow of a certain young lady he knew from the previous world.
His chaotic mind and state lasted for a minute until he calmed down and finally accepted the situation. His heartbeat slowed down and the surge of emotions slowly faded, like it never existed.
Calm down. I've returned. Now, the past is the past and only when I move it will become the future, he thought and did whatever the lady whose name he learned was Doctor Alice, instructed him to do.
Desmond moved his arms and tried to spin while also slightly moving his toes. He could feel the muscle and the joints were very weak, hard to move and twitching uncontrollably. This body, this feeling really made him uncomfortable.
"Doctor Alice," he suddenly called out, startling Doctor Alice. She looked at him and suddenly her heart was filled with fear when she saw his pupils turn into slits and his iris as well as his pupil change their colour into magenta. Her hands that had been touching his body all over the place stopped, she quickly stepped away from him and immediately hugged herself in fear.
Desmond opened his mouth to speak but no words came out, and his vision became blurry; he felt drowsy and the darkness started to envelop his body. This feeling, this situation, feels too familiar to him. Just as he wanted to shake off this weird feeling, a familiar faint screen resurfaced and blocked his vision.

Somewhere in the empty void, there was only darkness and only the rays of dots filled this space; In the next moment, one of the dots suddenly shone brightly, almost illuminating the entire space before the light finally dimmed down, and the dots had now grown as large as a hand.

Ah, goddamn! At least give me a warning, I just woke up from a damn coma! Desmond complained in his mind, yet the AI or System that helped him in the past did not even bother to deal with his tantrum.
Wait, what's this feeling? As he thought, the darkness that filled his vision was slowly swallowed by an orange light coming from a small orange dot in the corner. When the orange light got brighter, a view came into his vision.

Thousand Illusionary Sect, Upper Area, Distinguished Guests Area,
In a vast room, decorated with many ancient carvings made entirely of wood, there was a painting of a huge bird and a person stepping on a sword that made him look as if he was flying. In addition, there was a strange faint blue energy that filled the place and even the moon itself, it was similar to energy in the world he was reincarnated before but with a blue ambience.
