"Kairi, it's time..." Dark Kurumi said while walking towards Kairi and Ziphoteninx.

Kairi turned his head to him and nodded. His eyes were light green, showing his control of his Knight Seeyer's eyes.

"Thank you so much, brother, for staying and teaching me these three years..."

Kairi's appearance no longer looked like before. He has dark skin because he trained under the sun while also growing almost as tall as Dark Kurumi who was 1.88 metres. Kairi used to be 1.72 metres in height but now he's 1.86 metres tall.

His stomach no longer has a smooth line but was covered with eight pack muscles, showing his hard work during these three years. His face also looked mature while his eyes showed he had many experiences.

But…

"I'll miss you!"

Suddenly, Kairi jumped and hugged Dark Kurumi like a koala with tears forming in his eyes. Dark Kurumi staggered back while groaning.

"Urgh! Kairi! Let go of me! You're not small or light anymore!" Dark Kurumi scolded while hitting Kairi's head with one fist.

Kairi fell to his back and sniffed sadly. His brother doesn't want him anymore…

Dark Kurumi's eyes twitched.

Where's his little brother that was smaller, shy and cute three years ago?! Give him back! This spurt grown man is not him!

Ziphoteninx beside them cackled loudly while rolling on the ground. Their banter makes his stomach hurt. He never expected Kairi would become a sticky person with Dark Kurumi after being together for three years. Well, it's not like Dark Kurumi stays for long since he needs to check on Dark Hartina and the rest of the true Bright Star users before coming back again.

But, he and Ziphoteninx could never have imagined that Kairi would grow taller. Though his muscles weren't that big, he still looks like a soldier. Such a spurt of growth makes Dark Kurumi's heart feel miserable and also makes him more strict with Kairi in training.

Sometimes looking at Kairi changing day by day, he asked himself. Where did his cute little brother go…? Sadly, he had disappeared and would not return even if he begged the god of stars.

Back to three years ago, after Dark Hartina left them, Dark Kurumi explained about their clan. Kairi was shocked to hear he had other siblings too and then, knowing they were the last members of their clan.

"Seriously?! What happened?!" Kairi asked Dark Kurumi.

Dark Kurumi looked at him before letting out a small sigh.

"If he still had his memory, he wouldn't show a face like this. He always looks scared when I am around him..." He thought in silence.

"That's why you have this chance to show him that you love him and not to scare him again." Ziphoteninx telepathy him.

"Yeah..."

Dark Kurumi never wants Kairi to get scared of him. Kairi wasn't like their other siblings. To him, Kairi was a cute little brother he wanted all along and not tainted by their family clan's darkness. But, he wasn't able to get close to Kairi. Kairi was scared of him after he killed their siblings and before that too. It was just that the murder scene frightened him a lot more.

"Looks like I have to tell him the truth."

However, he was a little worried. What if Kairi got scared by his explanation? Would Kairi hate him again?

As Ziphoteninx suggested, Dark Kurumi explained everything. Dark Kurumi was relieved that Kairi had accepted all of his story with an open mind.

Kairi even repeatedly told him that he was glad Dark Kurumi protected him when he was young. Kairi also doesn't point a finger at Dark Kurumi as a killer for protecting him.

The murder of their eldest brother and sister happened because they both wanted to kill Kairi. It's all because Kairi got their father's attention. The truth was Dark Kurumi heard some rumours about their father wanting Kairi to inherit his position as the village chief. That was after seeing Kairi's strength and agility in the match between members of the clan.

Their eldest brother and sister were jealous of him and they plotted to kill him. However, Dark Kurumi, knowing their intentions, immediately killed them first. Thus, causing Dark Kurumi to be expelled from their clan and also hunted by their strongest warrior members. And he was just fifteen years old at that time. Such a thing didn't scare Dark Kurumi because he was determined to stay alive.

Kairi shed tears when he listened to that part. Dark Kurumi sacrificing himself to protect him was something he found so painful. His tears caused Dark Kurumi to be stunned. Dark Kurumi widened his eyes when Kairi also hugged him tightly.

Dark Kurumi hesitated to return his hug but eventually, he moved his arms around his brother's body. Since he left Knight Seeyer, he no longer has someone to hug him. Such warmth from other people made him realise he was not actually by himself. He's not alone. He still has his little brother here alive. Relieved and relaxation calmed his nervous mind and heart.

From then on, they were close like normal siblings except Dark Kurumi had to return to Dorothia regularly so that the Deorc Star didn't suspect anything from him. Kairi finally knows who their enemy was and also the big secret from Ziphoteninx about all the Deorc Star generals there. Unknowingly, day after day passed and finally, Kairi had finished his training.

Dark Kurumi looked at Kairi calmly and happy, except he didn't smile to describe his feelings.

"Alright, it's finally the time to move out. You have learned everything we have taught you. Now, do you feel stronger, Kairi?" Ziphoteninx chuckled.

"I don't know what to say. I feel the same as always. We'll see if my training bears fruit. After all, I have to wait for the enemy to come and battle me before I know if I'm strong or not." Kairi replied while he stood up. He also brushes away the dirt and dust on his clothes.

"You're strong, Kairi. More than we can imagine." Dark Kurumi praised him. He already saw it so there's no need for other proof.

"When will we meet again?" Kairi looks sad.

Dark Kurumi raised one eyebrow. "We won't be apart from that long since I am one of the Bright Star users. We'll meet again soon. Now, I have to go. Sir Ziphoteninx, please."

Ziphoteninx uses his powers to open a portal. It leads to a village near Dorothia Kingdom.

"See you again, brother." Kairi smiled.

Dark Kurumi nodded. "Kairi, I'm proud of you."

Kairi was astonished after listening and seeing his smile. When Dark Kurumi finally left, he giggled.

"Haha! I feel like I won a great prize."

This was because Dark Kurumi rarely shows his feelings. So, he was kind of startled but so happy to see Dark Kurumi show some feeling instead of that cold face all day.

"Let's go, Ziphoteninx. It's time to gather all 32 Bright Star users to bring down Revioryx." His eyes turn serious.

Dark Revier's real name was Revioryx. Since he was a being who escaped from Hell, it was Kairi's duty to capture and let Ziphoteninx bring him back to Hell. His job would be very dangerous and may be detrimental to everyone in this world. So, he needs the help of his stellar friends to subdue it.

Kairi was no longer his former self. His experience throughout the training with Dark Kurumi and Ziphoteninx formed a new temperament in him. He was not weak but not strong either. Only his wisdom will change his fate later.

"Yes. But, before we go, we need to change you a bit, Kairi. We can't have those Deorc Stars recognize you too early. So, wear this." Ziphoteninx produces something in the shape of a small black iron clasp.

"Put it behind your neck." He ordered after Kairi held the thing.

Kairi followed his order and was shocked when the thing entered his neck but it didn't hurt him. Suddenly, a black metal mask appeared and covered his mouth and nose. Not only that, his short hair turned white while his irises turned yellow.

"Wow!" Kairi was amazed.

His mask did not affect his breathing at all except for his slightly altered voice.

"You look cool, Kairi," Ziphoteninx said before he disappeared.

"Hm? Ziphoteninx, where are you?" Kairi was stunned. Did Ziphoteninx leave him?

"I'm in your bracelet mark..." Ziphoteninx replied in his mind.

Kairi looked at the bracelet on his right wrist.

"If I'm with you, everyone will be surprised. My body is big and will definitely scare people." Ziphoteninx chuckled.

"I thought you could use your power to turn into a human?"

"Meh, it's wasting my power. I'd rather save it while I can. Hurry up! Don't waste your time. There are a lot of princesses in distress that need your help."

Kairi rolled his eyes. "Yes, yes. I'm going." He used his power to take him away from the place.

Now, he can use his power without needing much energy. His stamina also has increased with his training. The stellar field that once surrounded his body was now the size of his palm, making it easy for him to use his power in secret.

What's more, the cloak on the outside of his body prevents anyone from seeing his weapon and the strength he wields. With this, he starts his journey to fulfil his purpose and destiny as the leader of the Bright Star.

First of all, he must gather all the Bright Star users and while at it, search for the person who has his memories. During these three years, he never forgot his wishes to have his memories back.

While he was moving, in Luguom City, Rafiz and Dark Hartina had also moved out from it. Their goal was to escape from Dark Revier watches while trying to communicate with Bright Star's underlings or users. However, they might fight first before they could communicate in peace.

"Look at you, Dark Lordany. You're so strong that you can beat Dark Sethan. It's really not in vain to train you these three years." Dark Hartina chuckled.

Actually, Rafiz finally got his revenge on Dark Sethan. Everyone there cheered merrily because they really appreciate it if someone can beat that arrogant Dark Sethan. It's just a pity that he didn't die.

Dark Undria came in time to heal him but he didn't use his full healed. He doesn't want Dark Sethan to continue battling Rafiz. It would just waste his power for such a childish fight.

"Erm, thank you."

Rafiz nodded slightly at Dark Hartina. He was now a bit taller than before at a height of 1.89 metres. His eyes show deep blackness. His experience of survival was something that changed him after these three years. But, there was something else he knew. And, it was about Dark Hartina and Dark Kurumi's secrets which have become his own.

Without further delay and as ordered by Dark Revier, they move to Southeast, heading for the Herpine Kingdom, where one of the towns was named as… Ryam Town.
