Capital city of the Loulan kingdom, there are a lot of people going in and out of the city. Sylas decided to go to an adventure guild, to see if there are any missions that he can do. The adventure guild, the staff is busy handling adventurers. At the notice board for the mission there are a lot of group missions but with his adventurer rank B and master rank as mage, he will have no problem completing the mission. After looking at the board for a while he saw nothing that interested him, he decided to go to a dungeon near Capital city after finding a house or shop to rent because he was going to stay in the Capital city for a while.

Sylas finally rented a single storey house with basement near the slum, the house in the center of the city already occupied by the noble and royal family. The house is empty but he already has furniture inside his space storage. After cleaning, he starts to arrange the furniture, build his experiment lab in the basement and draw illusion formation to prevent people from entering the house. After that he starts meditating and sleeps.

In the morning, Sylas decided to go to a weapon shop and an alchemy shop. At the weapon shop he saw variety of weapon in the end he decided to ask the blacksmith to make a custom dagger and armor for assassin, after discussing the price will be 253 gold coin because Sylas ask to use Mithril known as true metal to the dwarves, he actually want to use the strongest metal Adamantite but is a rare metal and hard to find and he wanted the dagger and armor to be black color. The dagger and armor will be ready in 6 months, after that he leaves the weapon shop to go to the alchemy shop.

Alchemy shops in the capital city have a lot more variety of potion than the shop in Playphis town. Sylas decided to sell some of the potions that he made in his spare time and the quality of his potion is different from his disciple.

When the manager of the alchemy shop sees the quality of the potion he quickly discusses the price. The reason why the quality of the potion is different, because the siblings Levi and Luna are normal humans in this world we call them unrank. Majority of the master mage don't want to sell their alchemy potion and they just want to learn magic because of that the supply of high quality potion is low in any kingdom. The lifespan of humans the longest they can live is 100 years old but if you are a master or above rank you can live more than 500 years old.

Returning from the alchemy shop while eating a wrap sandwich, he goes to his experiment lab to be precise he is creating an assembly puppet to help him create a puppet. After this he can just focus on creating a mana core. Right now the experiment lab is like a huge chamber because he used magic to expand the basement. He will return it to normal after he leaves the capital city.

Capital city dungeon, although the dungeon is near the capital city, the dungeon is just a medium rank because the capital city every 5 year will send an army to weaken the dungeon from becoming a high rank dungeon.

"Brother, are you sure that the herb that can help your mother is in the dungeon?"

"Sis, I am sure I have asked the castle mage and royal physician, they say the only hope that we have is inside the dungeon."

"But we have sent so many adventurer parties but none have found the herb."

The siblings are young boys and girls wearing noble clothes. Both of them look like twins and have blue hair.

Sylas right now near the capital city dungeon, he finally comes out from his experiment lab after 6 months, the reason he comes out is to receive his custom dagger and armor from the weapon shop and sell some of his potion in alchemy shop. Since he already came out he decided to go to the dungeon, he already ran out of materials.

"Mister, are you going to enter the dungeon?" the blue-haired boy asks.

Sylas is looking at the twin boy and girl with blue hair. "Yes, I am, why are you asking?"

"I want to hire you to find a specific herb inside the dungeons, if you can find it we will pay you 50 gold coins."

"Okay, can you tell me details about the herb?"

"We only know that the herb looks like a firebird and red."

Sylas nodded and entered the dungeon.

"Brother, why are you asking that man to find the herb, he is just alone, he might not be able to pass the first floor of the dungeon."

"The more people try to find it, the higher the chance of finding the herb. Let's go find another adventurer."

Inside the dungeon, Sylas decided to use his new dagger and armor with a cowl hat to cover his head. "Replace" after using that spell he has replaced the clothes that he wears to a black armor warrior but the armor has been made to be lighter and easy to move as an assassin.

With the new dagger and armor, Sylas kills the monster in the first level with ease. He also avoided group of human, he doesn't want people to disturb him. Most of the monster can't even withstand even one attack from a master rank assassin. After going down several floors he arrived at the magma floor, he remembers about the twin's request to find the red herb that looks like a firebird. After searching several times and killing monsters, he still hasn't found the herb. That means the herb is not in the dungeon or in the lower level.

Sylas continued killing monsters and storing their carcass inside the space storage, he has searched every floor he still hasn't seen the herb. The only place that is left is the dungeon's last boss monster chamber.
