After the discussion with Eliana, she promised Sylas he will give him the blueprint for flying ship but she only can give him the blueprint for normal transport flying ship not the flying warship. "Sigh, my stupid son the problem right now, if the one that you kill is a normal family I can help you cover it up. But from my investigation that family is related to the assassin guild."

"What, father, you need to help me!" The young man starts to panic.

"Don't worry I ask our family guardian master rank mage to guard you for a few months. I don't think they can send a master rank assassin just to kill a son of the duke even if they do, the price will be really expensive."

"Father, aren't they scared to anger the Duke family?"

"Laugh out loud! scared? They even tried to assassinate the king. Don't be naive as long as the pay is right they will do anything; I also have used their service before, now go to sleep I will handle everything."

"I give you a chance, retreat now and I will spare your life."

Suddenly Eliana figures disappear like an illusion, only Sylas and the mage are in the forest.

"No! It's an Illusion I need to return to the mansion." The mage realizes too late that the other assassin is still at the duke's son 's room. He takes out a teleport scroll and is ready to use it but nothing happens, the formation at the duke's son room is a one time used teleport formation the other assassin can enter the room.

"Why can't I use the scroll? I kill you first and return to the mansion, fire lance" The mage is a master rank mage he summons multiple fire lance and fire at Sylas but they all go through Sylas and then his figure starts to fade.

"What, what happened? Owl eyes, eye detection." The mage cast a spell to see better at night and improve eyes detection. The reason the mage put a teleport formation inside the duke son room for him to fight freely without destroying the mansion but its backfire, now if he can't return in time the duke son is dead.

"Fire wall" the mage creates a wall of fire behind him, and prepares to cast a spell. He suddenly sees a shadow coming at him from the side. "Fire breath" the mage cast a stream of fire at the shadow but he still can't hit and burn the target.

The master rank mage keeps looking around trying to find the assassin, suddenly he feels like someone is behind him. "Ice coffin" the mage is covered by ice and no longer moving, Sylas quickly teleports away from the mage.

"Heat wave." The ice covered the mage turns to steam and the surrounding grass and tree start to become combustible material and start a forest fire, the mage starts moving his arm and feet to make the blood flow inside the body to warm the body. "You are not an assassin! Who are you?" the mage shouted.

The assassin just stays quiet and his silhouette fades away again. This time the mage decides to use his master rank spell even if he can't move after this and save the duke's son, his life is more important.

Multiple silhouettes holding a dagger appear around the mage. "You are the one asking for it, scorched earth." Flames as high as a tall building come out from the ground surrounding the plant and the silhouette turns to ash after a while the flame from the magic spell disappears. "That's what you get for messing with a master rank mage." The mage starts panting and can't keep standing, he looks like going to fall.

"Sigh, now the quality of the mana core that I am going to create will be low." A figure appears in front of the mage, Sylas wanted to create a good master rank mana core that's why he used ice magic, if he knew this was going to happen he would just stab the mage heart because the mage stores his mana in his brain not in his heart.

"What! How do you survive? Wait please don't kill me I give you half, wait no all my wealth to you, please spare my life." The answer that the mage got is a dagger to his heart, after that his body disappears and gets stored inside Sylas space storage. The reason the mage can't teleport it's because Sylas have used magic spell space lock, to prevent the mage from using the teleport scroll.

"I am sure Eliana has completed the mission, teleport." At the fight location, just left are burning earth and trees.
