Hiram quickly orders his underling to capture and heal Merrick for interrogation.

The Vrokar kingdom army after being surprise attack, begin to panic and can't fight back properly, some of them even deserter the kingdom army. Gavriel, Dina, Yaela and the Rebel slave army continue killing the kingdom soldier but they movement suddenly being stop by few adept rank warriors that manage to survive and being push back. The Rebel slave army begin to retreat, the general of Vrokar kingdom army after seeing the Rebel slave army retreating begin to gather remaining kingdom army to chase the Rebel slave army but that was a mistake.

Entering the forest what they got is a falling arrow and mana cannon looking around they can see women and children holding a bow and firing arrows although not all arrows hit the kingdom army but the number of arrows is numerous. The fleeing Rebel slave army begin to turn back at killing the remaining kingdom army and this time most of the adept rank soldier have been kill.

The elderly woman mage finally finishes casting the spell and she sends a telepathy message to her two master rank mage associates to retreat fast. The master rank mage after getting the message begins to cast a spell to retreat, the female mage begins to glow and move like light. The middle aged mage's feet begin to cover with fire and when he escapes a flame comes out from his feet and moves like a rocket.

"Sunburst" The elderly woman mage says, a burst of light like a mana beam cannon comes out and covers the entire sky above the city and goes through the sky. Sylas don't have enough time to evade have been cover by the light and disappear. The three master rank mage begin to land on the ground especially the elderly woman that look like she is going to fainted after using the spell.

"Grandma sit down and rest." The female mage says.

"You guard grandma, I will chase after the Rebel slave army without their leader they are nothing to fear." The middle age mage says.

But before the middle aged mage leaves, a figure appears from the elderly woman's mage shadow and the figure's mechanical arm stabs through the elderly woman's mage heart.

The female mage is in shock and before she can cast any spell, the figure disappears and appears beside her and holds the female mage's neck and breaks it, the female mage body falls to the ground and the figure disappears again. The middle aged mage snaps out from a trance and quickly soars toward the sky to escape, right now in his mind the master rank mage is running, everyone is afraid of death including him. But because of that he makes a mistake, never show your back to the assassin, Sylas compresses the air into the size of the bullet and flicks it, maybe because the mage is in panic or the poison he forgets to cast a mana shield or other protection spell. The black bullet pierce through the mage heart and the mage falls down from the sky.

Sylas begins to cut the three mage head and put it inside his small space storage, at this time the black crystal appears and wants to suck the soul of the master rank mage, but something else happens the three souls go to Sylas and enter his second soul. Sylas suddenly feels weird looking at the Black Crystal and asks what happened, after the Black crystal explains what happened the black crystal disappears. Sylas after checking his puppet body and see nothing is wrong, begin to gather the Rebel slave army to invade the city.

The city mayor after finding out what happen at first try to flee but then he remembers the rebel slave army can even defeat the Vrokar kingdom army and three master rank mage. He then decided to negotiate with the Rebel slave army, the mayor also bring along his friend master rank warrior for help in case the Rebel slave army decided to kill him.

The mayor after seeing Sylas begin to negotiating, Sylas only wanted free the slaves in the city, food and goods. The mayor agreed to Sylas condition but it will take time to complete. Hiram after interrogate Merrick, bring Merrick in front of Sylas for judgement, right now Merrick is barely alive after the torture. Hiram begins to explain what happened and gives Sylas the magic amulet, the other general also in the room.

"This magic amulet is fake." Sylas casually says, after checking the magic amulet.

"Fake?" Merrick after hearing that felt like a fool, maybe because of the shock of finding out the truth Merrick stopped breathing and died. The other general look at Merrick dead body with pity, at first they thought the Vrokar kingdom is really generous for giving the magic amulate to a former slave but its turn out to be a fake.

Right now the city mayor house has become Rebel slave army base and Sylas is meditating in one of the bedroom in mayor house. When the three master rank souls enter his second soul, Sylas only has time to check on the surface of the soul, but after calming down he feels something is wrong and decides to examine his soul.

Inside his soul right now can be seen three glowing orbs trying to escape, the Black Crystal already explaining the three master rank souls wanted to destroy Sylas soul. But he doesn't need to worry because the soul is usually weaker and will get destroyed once entering someone else's soul. The Black crystal makes a mistake because her soul is already used to consuming souls, for Sylas this is his first time something like this happens and the three souls are from a master rank mage.
