The Fallen Fate

10 minutes later...

"Huff, huh, haah, huff..." Yun Beishang was heaving up and down, with arms slumped to his sides, holding the bloodied Unparalleled Orders right in front of a bulky man with his whole ribcage open, whose bar HP was still high above the 40 billionth mark and which Yun Beishang had been constantly killing off rather slowly even with Rosey's Bloodline of the Teary Rose.

After sacrificing the last 6 little rainbow deer after the first one when Yun Beishang was almost impaled at his chest by one of Keya's bolts, the only one remaining, alive and kicking, was none other than Melonlico whose HP bar was almost gone and with Borgetya having tanked a whole greater amount of his ultra buffed arrows, only a few hundreds ending up hitting Melonlico after working together with the other 2 Fallen Gladiators.

However, right as they were doing that and as they felt that they could still battle a little more, they sensed not just another portal emerging from somewhere nearby and with them as the target, but they even realized that all of the arrows high in the air were those that the Evil God had sent to a still - were now also gigantic and fuming with several different colors all around.

Meanwhile, as the shaking had finally come to a halt after a few seconds, they could see how a little deer was ending itself, on its own volition, and the Evil God becoming tired as he placed another arrow at his bowstring. However, that was all they could see, for in the next moment, they were met with both the tens of thousands of flying arrows and the incoming 3,000 arrows with just the exact same power and empowered 'nature' on each of them.

It was going to be tough for them…at the very least, but they ended up failing from defending themselves with not even their most powerful and rapid skills being able to save them from the totally incredible plethora of explosions, which made the entire room have large portions of its ceiling and almost all of its walls collapse down and forming hills and mountains all around.

…In the end, when the 7th little rainbow deer was sacrificed with peace and had an incoming huge migraine, only Melonlico with his 43,919,828,000 HP was left. And without even wanting to ask himself ‘why’, Yun Beishang and his wives entered the battle once again, the remaining Fallen Gladiator was not given any time to catch a breather and could only go on.

With his wrists broken, showing even the already and also broken bones which didn’t even allowed his forearm to connect with his hands, Melonlico still fought and fought as he deviated 3 out of 17 attacks from Yun Beishang, 2 out of 20 attacks from Rosey and 3 out of 11 attacks from Lioness as a whole.

But slowly, and with Rosey having activated not only her Bloodline of the Teary Rose but her Universal Roots over and over again; the already exhausted and almost crippled Fallen Gladiator was turned into a zombie-like corpse as he still did his best to at least block or deviate 1 attack for each 100 that Yun Beishang and the rest struck against him.

That was only for the first 5 minutes, as Yun Beishang then decided, very politely and kindly of him, to slowly bring this undying bastard dual sword master to death on his own. And now, with another 5 minutes having gone by, Yun Beishang was in front of the last BOSS alive with only about 241 HP remaining, a single trip to the ground could make him become a dead BOSS already as well.

“...hu- huh, huh, huh…” Laughing with his voice cutting off here and there, Melonlico had his bloody and sickly eyes facing Yun Beishang, who was just standing in front of himself and with his back against some rubble that came down from the ceiling. His stomach open, hands already immobile and his head was so full of wounds of varying degrees but with barely any blood.

From within his open stomach, however, the blue glow was more intense and clear to see than from the rest of his body. But while Melonlico was laughing in joy to this fight’s ending, this one last battle with his golden gladiuses, Keya and Borgetya were already fully converted into those ‘soul bodies’ that Borgetya turned himself into before the first bombardment of the Supreme Last Stand.

They were sprawled all in one place of the room, their backs against the floor and their heads unmoving but their breasts still heaving up and down strangely, without any sound being heard from them still.

“Huh? Ahk…” Just as Melonlico thought that Yun Beishang was going to thrust his left handed Undeniable Order into his own chest and end him at last, Yun Beishang instead had his left handed gladius float around him while his left hand gripped Melonlico’s armor from where he could, and began dragging the latter towards the place he placed the other 2 Fallen Gladiators.

Crrrshshhh~~...

For a few minutes, with exhaustion and tiredness slowly easing up in his body, Yun Beishang said nothing and merely dragged the huge, immense and wounded fleshy body of Melonlico. Careful to not do him much damage on their way there as some ‘-1 -1 -1 -1’ appeared every now and then with some rocks hitting his head and even dirt getting into his wounds and orifices.

Finally, after another 3 minutes and with some teleportation involved, a tired out Yun Beishang brought the 12 HP remaining Melonlico to lie at Keya’s left. Keya himself being on Borgetya’s right and with Yun Beishang throwing his head backwards and gulping to comfort his slightly dry throat; never did he imagine he would be so tired.

If it was just one, it would be fine, just some bullying from him and his Pets and that would be it…but it was 3 of them. They were running around, chasing each other and blocking one another to wait for the other’s attacks or skills. It was sooo tiring, Yun Beishang didn’t like it at all, he longs for the next update so he could kill millions of mobs with just a few of his Unparalleled Tongqiu’s Destruction.

“So, Evil God, Your Majesty…ughk.” Melonlico tried to speak, his face contorting, he was already in death’s doors and Yun Beishang just treated him like a mop just now. “Why have you brought me here? Don’t-you don’t have to-cough! To-COUGH! To worry, as long as I also die, they and I will become your kill.”

When he finished speaking, the other 2 soul bodies looked at him. Melonlico felt a bit funny at the scene and cracked up a bit, getting an extra ‘-1’ in the meantime. Yun Beishang rolled his eyes and raised both his Undeniable Orders to stab Melonlico in the neck at the same time, though this was an honorable man and their fight was amazing alright, Yun Beishang had no relation whatsoever to end him with a heart stab with honor and caring.

“The Fallen thingy, how come you don’t smell like worse than shit like some others I’ve encountered?” Yun Beishang asked, his back cushioned by a pair of mountainous, meaty wonders of all that exists on his left and a pair of little hands on his lower right. Instantly feeling refreshed and full of vitality once again.

“We are not the Forced ones, the ones that were the Gods and Goddesses’ plaything and ended up being…ended up having the worst of fates. A mere imitation of our previous Leader of Main Kingdom.” Melonlico said, feeling like his whole stomach was churning with pain but that pain itself was comforting and rewarding to his Fallen Gladiator self.

“So, you’re the real ones that Krayeke makes?” Yun Beishang asked nonchalantly, throwing his arms around a little before his left one was held by Rosey’s left handed fingers, tenderly and caringly with a kiss coming to his left shoulder. Melonlico respected and didn’t even flinch his eyes while looking at the Evil God’s eyes, answering the latter’s doubts.

“It’s not like that, Leader. The previous Leader isn’t from our world, and we always knew that, even the most ordinary children of a village would know it, it was so well known that it wasn’t even in the small amount of text books left behind…I don’t know if any is truly still existing, sigh…” Melonlico sighed, to which Yun Beishang let him have some time…for just a second or 2.

“Then…is it something…like only he could ever do?” Yun Beishang ambiguously asked, even surprising both Rosey and Lioness,  turning their small heads to look at his left and right profile with Melonlico nodding, with difficulty, before answering. “That is what the previous Leader would say to any Mythical being or higher joining him directly. It’s something that only the most ‘unique’ existences could ever accomplish; it was something like that. Cough, cough, cough cough- cough- cough…”

‘An existence…’ Yun Beishang fell a bit into thought, then, with his glabella flashing the shape of a cauldron, it caused both the soul bodies and Melonlico to become frantic; but terrified too. Melonlico directly began to become altered, yelling out softly with doubt, “E-Evil God, you wouldn’t want to…with that! Right?!”

“Eh…This? Oh, oh no.” Looking at the huge cauldron on his left and in front of Rosey, Yun Beishang jolted his head back as he looked between the soul bodies of Borgetya and Keya and at Melonlico before making his intentions…’clear’.

“I don’t need any of your help, I also already have my own Fallen army waiting to become Main Kingdom’s future and teach the world of what…has been lost, I guess. I’m not using those as cannon fodder in the war ahead, let alone any of you 3.” Yun Beishang’s words eased the soul bodies, while Melonlico, who was slightly affected by his current state, appeared to have become dumbfounded.

“Anyway, this is for a little thing. Don’t worry, you’ll never be enslaved, that is exactly…what I am resolving right now.” Yun Beishang rubbed the ‘belly’ of his Unusual Cauldron, the attached cylinders on its back and sides opening their lids as if in joy from his touch and care, before continuing with a pensive expression on his face which, unbeknownst to himself, made him look all so mysterious and…pretty cool.

“No more ‘Sacred’ and no more shackled ‘Protectors’ anywhere; only one’s own strength to grow in peace and one’s intelligence on all sides to strengthen themselves.”

“Err, is it really so? I wouldn’t want to sudd-” Melonlico slowly woke up, and him being the only one able to speak, he said a bit hesitatingly. But right away, he was interrupted by Yun Beishang who began opening the cauldron’s huge lid atop of its mouth. “Anyway, since I said that I was doing it, then I’m doing it. Anything else to say before I kill you?”

“...” Thinking of how kind and decent were this new Evil God’s words, Melonlico fell speechless for some time before saying with the tone of his voice not possibly being any more obvious of its sadness, “Those- that Fallen army, I’m guessing they are the ones protecting the Ancient One for so many millions of years in that place…that…I guess…the Demon Race has been extinguished as well…”

“Mn…” Yun Beishang hummed disinterestedly at Melonlico and his slightly distracted self, suddenly throwing both his Undeniable Orders at the latter’s neck and ending him off as they sliced through and penetrated the floor. The soul bodies beside Melonlico were already speechless, but seemed to have lost more of their ability to speak when seeing this.

Swiff! Swiff! Bvreee-Vwlsht Bvreee-Vwlsht, tuk-tuk!

-423,300, -423,300.

“...Uggghk!!” Melonlico’s sadness disappeared as he began losing all of his flesh and composition of his body by the moments; his soul body resurfacing as it was just another speechless one when facing Yun Beishang and also not being able to move at all. After a minute or so, the 3 soul bodies that were curiously doing nothing, began to float into the air.

The moment it happened, Rosey tilted her head to the left, and with Lioness observing her, she mimicked Rosey and looked at the slowly flying upwards soul bodies.

“...” Yun Beishang’s casualness disappeared as his forearms supported his body at the edge of the cauldron, looking up at the soul bodies who were leaving trails of light blue behind them and from which Yun Beishang understood how the Gods and Goddesses have been trying to experiment with others…they were simply of the thought of using that light blue trail as their foundation…when, to Yun Beishang’s eyes, it was just a beautifying effect that signaled the Fallen’s difference between an ordinary being; and a Fallen.

‘Well, time to work.’ Yun Beishang thought, slapping the cauldron’s front a bit, getting it to get to work as soon as possible. And after having formed his Third Form, Yun Beishang only had to spend some of his attention into the Unusual Cauldron for it to begin operating how it is supposed to, no longer needing external power so that it could function.

Fwoooo-whistle~~~... whoooooooooooooooooooooooooshhhhh…!!!

As such, the Unusual Cauldron which had been a pain for Yun Beishang and his lovely Pets to work with, began working on its own with its Master’s 4 different and extremely potent, high Hidden Stats infused into itself. With a whirlpool forming at its inside which was invisible to the naked eye but totally visible for anyone’s overly human senses, there were a few tiny spots of blue from the floating soul bodies of the Fallen Gladiators which were then quickly absorbed into the Unusual Cauldron.

Tap.

Roaaaaaaaaaaaarrrr!!! Chiiiiirp~~!!! Vwoooooooooooooooooaaaaaaahhh~~!!

All sorts of calls, from beastly to mystical, sounded from within the Unusual Cauldron as soon as it closed its mouth on its own. Steam came out from the cylinders at its back and sides, as if enjoying the meal it just received and the sounds from just now were like the burps of enjoying a delicacy. Then, without needing Yun Beishang’s command, the Unusual Cauldron slowly began to float upwards and connect with the center of the ceiling of the room.

Rumble… rumble, rumble… RUMBLE~~!!!!

With its mouth opening right before sticking itself to the ceiling, the Unusual Cauldron was completely still as the trio below watched it work, but the entire underground earth, ores and solid rock above them outside their room began trembling insanely lots. As the room itself began crumbling more and more, a little bit each time, on its own and without Rosey or Yun Beishang’s need to use any skill, the Unusual cauldron was steady and unshaken by the rumbling around itself.

Meanwhile, with Lioness taking her Responsive Dragon Form and her largest length of 200 meters and diameter of 15 meters right away, contently taking both Rosey and Yun Beishang on her body and beginning to fly upwards while leaving the slowly floating Fallen Gladiators’ soul bodies behind/below; Yun Beishang suddenly felt some striking ‘realization’ of enlightenment as he passed by his Unusual Cauldron that was devouring all ores, rock and earth around this ‘room’.

Unlike the previous 4 outer Regions, the Fate Meeting Region and the Thousand Words Region didn’t have a Citadel of their own, and treated their whole Regions with the utmost care and love. So when the disaster struck, those who were strong left and those who were weak remained, but the latter had to have a strong heart in order to continue.

And though the Fate Meeting Region and Thousand Words Region were in ‘better’ state than the 4 outer Regions, all their glorious past of geniuses and powerful origins went away…completely. Only general knowledge of what their previous Regions used to be remained, and now, Yun Beishang himself had his pupils shrinking to a size smaller than a needle as all he could do was to ‘see’...

. . .

“Borgetya, though I can beat you in war, in a duel, you can put me to death so easily and fast in just a few rounds… Stay, make sure to not fail Leader, nor Main Kingdom.” A man, strong, taller than Borgetya and accompanied by a few Giants that were many times taller or even shorter than himself, patted Borgetya’s left shoulder whereas his heart shook while he saw that strong man turn around with a doting smile…which slowly receded as well.

“But…Parys, Parys…Parys!!” Borgetya, with his eyes having become Yun Beishang’s eyes, shouted at first with the desire to say something, or some things; in any case, a lot he had to be said. But in the middle of his shouts, they went from becoming panicky to those of cheering, those of ‘wishing good luck’...those of reassuring ‘Parys’ that he, Borgetya…will do well.

As he saw Parys’s back disappear, his vision blackening with the last bits of his back being the last thing that Borgetya’s memories allowed Yun Beishang to see through, right before disappearing through a violet, starred portal and followed like a leader by another few Gladiators armored; their blood-boiling for this provoked war and last battle of theirs…

Yun Beishang’s vision also went away from this one, single and remaining, undying memory…

. . .

“Keya, you’re so silly~!” A beautiful, tall but really cute and slender elf with short ears, demonstrating her mix of breed, patted Keya’s shoulders with her face up close to his. Smirking a whole lot from the left corners of her mouth, she bumped her forehead onto his for an instant before retracting her face from him as well as her hands from his shoulder.

“Alone all the time, caring about your crossbow’s ‘maintenance’ as much as we care for you. You were the only one to never face a person without clothes, you are…really silly, eh.” The beautiful woman said and Keya, who was going to be fighting alongside her and his comrades…became baffled.

“W-what do you mean? Am I not supposed to go? Whose place am I taking?” Quietly, Keya said out loud, garnering his comrades’ attention as they looked at him, each with their own glint but every single one of them containing warmth and some rebuking. “This is your punishment, in your next life, be a good father, a good lover and a good quiet fellow. Alright?”

The beautiful woman’s face…tears came down from those marshmallow, darkest brown eyes with a smile so large and enticingly beautiful that it drew Keya’s attention to fully center on her whole self. With her tears making her lips salty, she gave Keya a smooth, short but everlasting kiss on his instinctively responding kiss.

“But don’t feel too bad, it is also necessary to let the next Leader know our best Vanguard’s prowess, no? It’s only you that can accomplish it, so please do that well, too.” While Keya’s heart thumped and began hurting, like never, ever; at all - before. His vision began blinding Yun Beishang’s ‘eyes’ watching from Keya’s very own eyes.

And as they watched that back, slender but sturdier and even stronger than his own, Keya couldn’t even remember when his tears began to fall, only the lasting moment of his comrades eyes, and his lover’s love remained forever there in the last moments he saw them. In the last instants he didn’t even notice he left his crossbow fall on the dirt and got dirtied to boot…

But, deep in Keya’s heart and as something he hadn’t faced for so many hundreds of years ever since he went from an orphan to a little kid joining the military auxiliary branch, an everlasting determination dominated his heart as he slowly gave his back to the spaceship that had already disappeared into a huge blue portal…whereas a waving hand was all he could see at last.

. . .

“...” With his arms impaled by thousands of needles, his legs broken without a single tiny piece of his bones remaining untouched and his spine struck countless of times, Melonlico saw within the open sky how the endless, soundless explosions of millions of his soldiers’ bodies became blood for a few instants before turning to nothing by the next ones.

Saw how many of the spatial stations and spaces along their motherships began to be destroyed, one after the other and flawlessly by the crazed, maddened and hopeless Gods and Goddesses detonating their Godly bodies one after the other and ending billions of lives for every bombardment of their own kind towards the whole world’s Myriad Races.

He saw the last line of defense, one his comrades had failed to protect and became dust, extinct; being distorted and slowly turning all entry from the Gods and Goddesses into Main Kingdom hopeless as the barrier was completed and the most amazing Summoner fell long before nothing could even happen.

As a star shot from space and landed in some part of Main Kingdom and… Melonlico even saw how the entire half of the Universe turned into completely, obsolete and uninhabitable even from the few Space Races that used to live in this very same Universe… All collapse and turn gray, all being destroyed and becoming a land that not even the Gods and Goddesses could set foot to…

…Before the barrier that held Main Kingdom dear was bombarded, over and over and over and over and over and over and over… All the way until night came, and the seemingly enraged bombardment finally ceased, with the brightness from the barrier also dimming down and disappearing from the naked eye of all Inhabitants of Main Kingdom.

“GRRRR…………………” Whether because he had held it in too much, or because of being affected by the show of rage from the Gods and Goddesses still invisible to him, bombarding his home, the one all his comrades and soldiers died to without any of them surviving to even see their families before even then finally dying… Melonlico roared and howled with an unstoppable rage.

“GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHGGGHHSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!”

RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLEEEEEEEEEEEE~!!!!!!~!!!!!!~!!!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!

…That day, an infinitude of fury raged across all of the Fate Meeting Region, not waking up the still not sleeping Inhabitants of Main Kingdom, but ending the complete masterpiece artworks of nature that were abundant in most of Main Kingdom…

“...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!” It was heard for so long, so loud and so painful. From a rage that was unstoppable, it became a howl, a cry, a sorrowful and mourning, self-hating and sobbing wail. “WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“...UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHH…”

Yun Beishang's very own eyes were clouded by tears of the Barbarian Champion before even the blindness of darkness could get to his eyes...long before it could.
