Battle Of The Exiled (2—Last Part)

"Follow it! I think it's stopping!" Baston's voice was heard through the comms, the chase of the violet contrail left by Yun Beishang and, supposedly, with one of his arrows that nobody noticed before still continued even after 23 minutes, and it was even close to being 5 AM, which left the whole Godly Journeyers' hundred thousand men tired and even getting sleepy. However, even they themselves knew; knew that they would feel like new as soon as they saw the battle and entered it head on first!

“Sir! The G F-D Scout was destroyed, we were noticed!” A person reported through the comms, it was the private ones that only Baston could hear as the supreme commander of this Corps consisting of all Godly Journeyers. Falling silent for a second, only that amount of time, Baston then commanded through the global comms. “Attention everybody!!”

Instantly, the drowsy and tired soldiers seated or lying on the floor of the G F-D Spaceships sat up straight or stood up directly in attention, fully awake and tirelessly with nothing to compare them with their previous appearances. While those piloting the G F-D Spaceships that looked to be only tired seemed tireless the next moment, no drowsiness visible at any point.

“We’ve arrived, caught on those sons of bitches!!” Baston’s voice alerted everyone, making the Godly Journeyers’ awake and tireless state to become fueled with fire, long for vengeance and the oh so extreme desire to end this unending war at last!

“Prepare to come out, sole-pilots in the extra G F-D, get the fuck in front and go back to rest early, we will be fucking waiting for our pillows next to yours!!”

“HUAA!!!” - “HUAAAA!!!” Both the G F-D filled to the brim with Godly Journeyers and those like the Scouting one that only had a single pilot within it, yelled and battle-cried at the same time, not one being less louder than the other; not one being less powerful and determined than the other. It was so moving that Baston thought rather unwillingly, ‘If these people became soldiers, real soldiers…what kind of unstoppable monsters would they become? …Yun Beishang, you have ways alright.’.

After fangirling over the Lord of The Order a little bit, Baston left the cabin of his G F-D Spaceship to reunite with the bunch of thousands of soldiers. With his armor already on, he only had to ‘activate’ his helmet for his whole set to be complete, and as he arrived before his troops after a couple of minutes of walking slowly while the Godly Journeyers all within the G F-D Spaceships hurried about and rushed to the hangar where the hatch was; Baston met his troops with his face bare.

Step, step- fwish fwish fwish fwish fwish fwish fwish… step, step, step…

“...There’s so many things that I’d like to say,” Baston began, walking slowly within the tight crowd of Godly Journeyers slowly, them making a line for him to go through as the hatch began opening and the G F-D began making lots of rotations and speeding up here and there, explosions being heard close by and the sound of endless ‘projectiles’ passing right by their G F-D.

After taking a look to his left and right, as if he could see through their faces and their curiosity over his words, Baston became satisfied enough as he continued with a light, calm tone. “But they shouldn’t be said, not now and…at least not from me. This isn’t my world, nor is it with New Earth. Right now, all I can say is, I expect to see everyone die in this w-...’event’.”

Saying those calm words and the hatch to the outside where space was all that existed and the G F-D kept on rotating, a screen-like scenery of gray suddenly appearing at times and that of hundreds of pale figures ‘standing’ close to each other which is also from where the one-dimensional beings were trying to take them down; the Godly Journeyers then saw Baston’s eyes fill up with sun energy and glow as he finalized his speech before straight away jumping from the G F-D Spaceship!

“So I hope everyone can do their best to die after we win.”

Pum! FWOOOOOOSH- SPLAAAAAAAAASSSSSH!!!!

As soon as Baston jumped away from the hangar of the G F-D, the G F-D would still continue to rotate a few times at high Movement Speeds a few more times before positioning the hatch to allow the Godly Journeyers to directly charge at the God Race’s numbers! However, as Baston jumped, his body began shooting away with sun flames covering his arms and legs.

Before even 2 seconds passed by, his entire body exploded from within, like a nova about to destroy countless lifeforms and planets, it shot straight towards the gods and goddesses not prepared to meet such a head on idiot. But once they saw the idiot closer, they witnessed a pair of shields acting like wings ‘carrying’ the idiot towards them…at an insane speed!

“Hassshh! Kill him! Don’t let him touch our booodieeess~!!!” A goddess bared her fangs, her finger crookedly aiming at Baston while her face turned so vicious and beastly that her whole small, cute and bona fide-looking face became an absolute horror of bizarre proportions.

“HEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!” However, at that very same moment, the God Race saw thousands, tens of thousands…more than a hundred thousand Godly Journeyers rush at them a few seconds later. Without being able to take care of the ‘idiot’ most of them rushed forwards and they lunged at the tiny ants who think themselves as even powerful!

“KILL THEM, THEM ALL, KILL THEM FOR OUR TRUE GOODDDDD!!!” - “Hiyaaaaaaaayeayeayeyiiiiii~~!!!!!” Strange, bloody and monstrous cries resounded from the God Race’s ranks in return, but they did not work a single shit for the Godly Journeyers to become afraid of… The worst, they had already gone through that before, nothing could get into their hearts now!

BOOM- PAM PAM PAM- CLAAAAANK~~!! KUSHUNKKK~!!!!... PAAAAANG!!!

Rockets, extremely large and painful magic spells and heavy rapid fire were all shot from the Godly Journeyers’ side, the gods and goddesses had to charge over and assassinate the shit out of those light and squishy-looking cowards who fought with weird weapons from so far away.

However, the Godly Journeyers, which were around 12,000, that fought from long range began sprinting madly towards the sides on the rear of the melee Godly Journeyers; be it physical-type of classes or magical classes that could afford or were built to go melee.

As those long-range Godly Journeyers ran away, the bunch of gods and goddesses had to chase them down, intending to end them fast as they were completely unable to kill them by bombarding them with their one-dimensional beings. It didn’t matter to the gods and goddesses though, as every single one of these ants were easy to kill with just one move.

However, the God Race members quickly realized about the tactics of the Godly Journeyers; each time they went and chased down a long-range Godly Journeyer, a bunch of other melee Godly Journeyers would insanely speed up with their strange mounts. Encircling and then ‘capturing’ the chasing god or goddess and beginning to assail him or her.

With such an obvious tactic, the gods and goddesses still couldn’t let go of this opportunity as they could still take down those long-range Godly Journeyers…sometimes. And it wasn’t as if all the gods and goddesses had to rush over and charge at the entire army of ants; most rather chose to ignore it and go into melee with the frontlines of the Main Kingdom’s warriors.

But there was one, or rather; a few in particular that were pretty much very attention-grabbing. One of them was the idiotic moron that seemingly turned himself in fire, after he landed on a god and made another explosion, the god in question was sent flying away for hundreds of meters before the god could stop himself from blasting away.

But when the god turned his head around to gaze at the insolent tiny mortal, the god saw an image that reminded him of only, just, one word… Godly!

Baston was standing in space with his feet barely separated, a long, thin sword in his right hand, as an enormous shield that was 13 meters long and 7 meters wide at max, with a shape of a door shield but that was cut off to appear like that of a sun. This was the only shield in The Order that was above the Mortal’s Lethal grade, the one and only Heaven’s Ascension shield in the entire game!

On his back, Baston had a couple of mirages of shadow with the same design as his real shield in his left hand, which was turned upside down for as Baston was standing properly with his left hand aiming down. With just this image alone, the helmet covering his head was overly bright by the sun-like shields on his back and that radiated from his shoulders, neck and heart.

He stood there, on his own, far away from his people and in the middle of a few tens of gods and goddesses while the rest 200 or so were already going all out to his own people. Looking unconcerned about his situation, the cool looking Baston was lifting his right handed long, thin sword and about to charge when a pair of faster shadows went past him with their greatsword and double blades already slashing away.

“Too slow, young Baston!” - “...hmrgh.” Kalen’s voice sounded first, followed by Synfyl’s grumpy grunt as the latter gave Baston the side eyes, leaving Baston startled, shaken up and confounded to which he could only think: ‘Da fuc?’.

“...Errgh…” After shaking his head and his thoughts away, Baston was already aware that Kalen and Synfyl, who were seamlessly dancing around and humiliating the gods and goddesses who only managed to hit them every few seconds, enough for them to chunk down a Kindness Advanced-Potion; once again lifted his right handed sword and brought his shield to the center of his chest in front of it.

With such a pose, flames began encompassing his weapon, shield and armor. In the next moment, Baston lunged forward at a burning speed towards several different gods and goddesses! Knocking them away and continuing on and on like there was no tomorrow, unstoppable and fearlessly as he received attack after attack, yet his HP remained unmoving!!!

New Earth, within a humble house. 5:05 am.

“Mommy and daddy~, they are fighting again, again!!” The little girl, who became astounded and stupid-silly at seeing the sudden entrance of the Godly Journeyers getting into. As such, while her parents were making dinner-breakfast in the kitchen that was right behind the living room, the little girl forgot to notify her equally ‘addicted’ parents.

“Huh? Haeh?!” A woman’s cries sounded out, only twice, before a flurry of steps coming from two people at the same time arrived behind the sofa that the little girl was sitting on, before her ‘unjust’ tone materialized in the tone of her voice, “Why didn’t you say so? Ah, little brat~! One second, food’s ready.”

“What’s food? Can it be ea-” The little girl instinctively began saying, but her father said right away, interrupting a mistake. “Nooo~, don’t even think about it.”

The little girl: “...”

…POM POM POM POM~... clash!

“Honey?” Suddenly hearing the sounds of muffled bell-like sounds, the husband and father became startled and nervous right away, he took a look at his daughter after a while only to see her too attracted to the TV as he felt reassured. But once he gathered his thoughts, the sounds of glass shattering reminded him badly of something as he called out slightly loudly and hurried into the kitchen right after.

“...” The little girl looked back when her father’s back disappeared into the kitchen’s corner, when she turned around and looked at the battlefield without signs of Yun Beishang, she had her eyes gone upturned and glanced at some blackened out screens while thinking in her little head. ‘Big Bro Yun Beishang, where are you? We need you…’.

…Meanwhile, in the kitchen, after the husband came hurriedly in, all he saw when turning the corner was his wife trying to clean up a bunch of food that fell down and sprawled all around the broken pieces of a large plate. It was a combination of yummy, recently lowered in price by the Peaceful Rain Corporation and exotic mix between spaghetti and some other types of meat from the brand new rivers. Totally safe.

“Agh, it’s alright, just help me, sniff, clean it all up… It’s a mess.” The wife said, beginning to clean everything up while she sniffed a couple of times here and there, trying to mask it with a few out loud bursts of laughs every now and then as well. But then, feeling her hand grabbed at gently, she looked up to see her husband’s eyes, gentle and loving.

“It’s okay, we’ll make it again.” Then, the husband left his wife speechless for a little bit before she began helping up her hubby, a little grin at her merry lips. Her tiny voice heard from outside the kitchen as the little girl began feeling better and ignored the muffled bell-like sounds from the sky more easily. “Ey, you’ll get all bloody if you keep picking them up like that, agh. Forget it, it’s your blood anyway, at least our daughter won’t become sick because of it.”

“Aish, don’t be like this, eh? Mm…mmm, ahem, what if our little daughter has a Bloodline too, mm?” The merry couple in the kitchen quickly got the things cleaned up, and shortly after, they began preparing breakfast-breakfast again; and this time.

In Main Kingdom’s space, from a place where the brightly grayed out other more-than-half of the Universe could be seen.

Swwwwwfviiiiiiiibppp!! Bvreee-Vwlsht!!!! Bvreee-Vwlsht!!!!

“UGH-KLOWWWFRGSSSHHH!!!” With dubious, extremely large, amounts of blood coming out from his nose, the god that was suddenly chased for about a minute for tens of millions of kilometers and finally received an attack from its unknown pursuer whom he wasn’t even able to locate even after focusing himself in just sensing around felt his shoulder pierced and his neck stiffened as if grabbed by a hand but there was only a handprint present in his neck and nothing material.

The blood was brownish red and even somewhat black, and as the god turned around, forcefully by the impact of the arrows and the twisting force of the ‘handprint’ on his neck; he saw a blurred shadow that suddenly kicked and stamped on his abdomen.

..pwfuuuuiyy~~~~... … … …

Yun Beishang directly came down after ‘catching’ his prey, his left foot stamped onto the god’s putrid skin of his abdomen, his right foot remained at the level of the god’s body as if he was stepping on the floor below the god’s body; in space. The stomp alone made all of the god’s limbs and even head begin pulverizing on their own by the mere sheer raw strength that Yun Beishang used to stamp on the god’s body.

Like pieces of woodwork or a huge log of a tree being pushed from its extremes with sheer, brutal strength, splinters as large as one’s forearm forming at an instant and exploding from within out, the skin, veins, bones and putrid maggots of the god’s limbs began exploding in just the same way.

Meanwhile, the head of the god was equally being destroyed from within thanks to the mere, raw power that Yun Beishang implemented in his mere stomp of his left foot. But as if it would be too much of a pity, Yun Beishang bent over and clawed at the jaw and top of the god’s head, directly twisting it slightly a few times before pulling and shedding the head from its neck cleanly.

“...That’s another one.” Yun Beishang spoke, the violet glow in his eyes extremely mesmerizing; but at the same time, capable of inflicting a terror in one’s heart that would bring about anyone’s death by just witnessing those eyes.

. . .

Back at the battlefield of the Godly Journeyers vs the God Race in a rather ‘mainstream’ war.

“Boh- fuck-ah!!!” Baston irritatingly shouted out in utter resignation, as he received notifications of hundreds of Godly Journeyers dying once again, but at least with the achievement of taking down another 3 gods or goddesses with them. However, according to the numbers that were allocated to each enemy, it was way too many casualties just to take down 3 of such gods and goddesses.

When they arrived, and thanks to Yun Beishang’s always perfectly visible information sharing, the Godly Journeyer army assessed for there to be much more Almighty God gods and goddesses than High God gods and goddesses. They couldn’t see the direct information of each of these malignant bastards of the complete and most undeniable shit!

But, they could discern based on their experience with dealing with these gods and goddesses after studying Yun Beishang’s report of information, they could deduce the current power of Almighty God strength and High God strength. With this information, it was being deciphered amidst the battlefield after testing and even sacrificing dozens of Godly Journeyers in order to ‘label’ these bastardly abominations; the battle was now all set and capable for the side of Main Kingdom to win!

To a High God, 9 Godly Journeyers would be in charge of assailing them, while 3 to 5 Godly Journeyers would be sent to assail an Almighty God. With this formula, and with seemingly no Atmosphere God being present whatsoever, the Godly Journeyers were all ‘carefree’ and could go all out like beasts pouncing on the weak without there being a major predator!

But at these moments…as everyone from within their homes could observe, a ‘screen’ that was right behind where the gods and goddesses were ‘standing on’ in space before the battle started, an immense bonfire the size of 10 meters in diameter but 3 times that length coming from the fire from the base of the bonfire to upwards was revealed.

As if there was a hidden veil protecting a ‘room’ which was supposed not to be seen, because once it was seen, at last, the Godly Journeyers stopped moving altogether for at least 3 seconds, paralyzed from what they were seeing…

“NOMÓMNOMOM, AIYSHNNGHHH, NOM NOM NOM ÑOOOMMMM~!!! KUH- AG AH AH AG-KUGH ÑOMÑOMÑÑÑÑOM~...” A burly, 7 meters tall with a back that was even 4 meters wide and as thick as a tall, ordinary human adult; with slightly thinner legs and arms was visible, but only from his back as his veins were unusually moving and squirming under his skin yet somehow being more exposed at his back.

It even seemed…as if it wasn’t blood flowing through his veins but…worms.

“Ah!” But after those 3 seconds passed by, the Godly Journeyers all resumed their attacks and killing of the Godly Journeyers. However, with the first attack they motioned towards any god or goddess, they realized that…they weren’t moving anymore and their faces had become dull…as well as calm as if understanding something; and accepting it.

“HM?!?!?!?!” The man that was eating something to his heart’s content and until he had his bottomless stomach filled up, exclaimed repulsively and nauseatingly from his filled up with food - stuck throat. Turning his head backwards, his eyes widened upon seeing more and more new ants having come to participate as his feast in his feast.

Only then did the Godly Journeyers become aware of what the male God Race member was eating, while also having already become terrified upon hearing the god’s exclamation that…was like thunder striking at their extremely hardened and steeled hearts.
