Let It Rain's Note

 

 

 

I did it, after simply writing off how I would be doing my novel, my story's world; I really ended up writing more than 2 million words for it.

This all began because I was too disappointed in the works I was reading, especially the ones with 90%+ 5* in novelupdates; which ended up being just… The bane of why I even keep reading anymore.

Something, for the first time, that I didn’t told myself that I was finishing it or that I would instead quit it; I just did. And in the end, yesterday 13/03/2023, I brought my head to exhaustion as I wrote the final chapter.

I can say, with my all, that I am satisfied. And even for a moment there after I wrote it all, I was thinking ‘hey, look. I’m not even like those authors who said they feel ‘the’ vacuum, that’s how good of a shit I am!’; before being suddenly and cruelly massacred mentally by that notion. The side stories in my head at that moment were pulled away and then I began giving myself some time to relax without even realizing of it until I was midway to finishing the first part of the first SS chapter.

I went from taking 1 hour to write like 1,000 words to suddenly feeling active once again (I write 3,000 words in around 2 hours).

But still, with all certainty, I can say that everything I thought of, ever since the very first day I started writing, just half a month from now, that I took a year and a day or two more than half a month to complete my first novel… I’m speechless.

Now, let me tell everyone who managed to read up to here a few things about me-myself and my first baby.

The end, 95% of it, I imagined it in my head since I began writing in my little notebook of how it would go, slowly building the story that would make YB worthy of reaching there. There were many things I still changed in how they went on, just like in many other of my notes from back then which I continued changing on and on as I wrote and wrote.

After the God Race members were to break the barrier, YB was to rage about and go out from Main Kingdom’s space, hunting every little living being he saw; with their grade ranging from God Devourer to Universal. Then, after a few days or even months of preparations, the gods and goddesses would’ve suddenly rushed at Main Kingdom once again and then detonate their souls at last.

Afterwards, the remaining Godly Journeyers would fight in the ‘Battle of the Exiled’ and get killed by the tool of Katakya, before Katakya would come in before the bulky god and YB started to even fight, after eating away all Godly Journeyers. Then ‘The Last Stand’ between YB and Katakya, a crazed persona that was instilled into every ‘wrongdoing’ of Main Kingdom’s Inhabitants but still calm and…clever, despite being outmatched by YB’s sheer power.

IN the end, Katakya would self-detonate not just his soul but his entire existence, ending in extinction, while YB would then disappear. That was it.

Why? Because, at the beginning, Rosey was meant to be a plant that entrapped enemies and nothing more, but ended up becoming one of my softest weak spots. Natalia? She was supposed to be a great link between YB and his sister, but ended up becoming such…a wonderful woman.

Diana didn’t even exist in my notes, she was brand new; I also had thought of adding 2 cousins of YB that he would bang nonstop and convert to his cause… That was before the ‘Founding’ of the Founding Clans came into my head and changed their role in the story completely.

Cindy? She was supposed to be CEO’s daughter and an annoying karen, but Krayeke becoming the Leader of Ancient Main Kingdom changed all of that, and Cindy became a young girl who fell for YB just by hearing from him from her grandpa, granduncle and uncle Krayeke…

Lioness was made to be a young woman, ferocious and simply a Mount that YB found; that would be it, besides banging.

Zyv didn’t exist, she simply entered my brain and heart at the same time as I first described her; which was in the creation of the 10 top elite Journeyers thingy.

I also planned at the last minute when creating the first chapter, that the Yun Clan would be exterminated and that the Sun Clan would betray YB’s enemies after the Clan Head sacrificed his image so roundly-awfully.

They were meant to become YB’s forces instead; so much changed…

Each woman I wrote, they themselves began to become what they wanted, as they grew at YB’s side and shared an unreal bond together; all of them, together.

Just like some people criticize fiction for…not being real… I would laugh off at people criticizing my harem because of their acceptance of forming part of a harem and so damn large at that being unreal.

Now, given that we are at such a subject; I want to apologize for my comments’ behavior. Nobody commented anymore, it was like I scared them off? ????.

I know what I did, and do let me apologize. But if it ever happens to me again, I will be more responsible and simply ignore or say ‘nothankyou’. Unless I get another trollo who thinks they’re really smart and that their intentions are perfectly hidden; to the point that they themselves don’t even think they’re trolling!

Oh well, I know my writing was pretty hard to read through the first chapters, I struggled too, especially because of those comments. And like Nate (NF) said/rapped/sang; I was delayed on my way to finding myself (success, but I’m nowhere at that height), but not stopped from achieving it.

Everyone, thank you so much for reading this, even if it’s only 1 person or a few. Special thanks to Hendro, whose review was a push I needed. Money wouldn’t be bad, but I opened my patreon damn late, I know lol. But Hendro’s review made my eyes open naturally and my fingers ruthless in hitting those keys, increasing my word count of most of my chapters to 3,100-3,500 instead of always among the 3,000-3,1000.
