Brightburn – A LITRPG apocalypse

Oliver never imagined that as he raced to drop off his best friend at fencing practice before going to work at his part-time job, the world would flood with magic, and change in a fantastical and unimaginable way, giving him the opportunity to adventure with friends, new and old. Well, that wasn't true, he had imagined something close to that scenario many times, but when it comes true? Well, it wasn't quite as he imagined, there was a lot more pain involved, and a surprising degree of waiting and walking, not to mention the friends, new and old, lost along the way. But even so, Oliver still hopes it can be fun, and even if it isn't, it will certainly be the adventure of a lifetime.
