Chapter 5: CH 5: -Anger-

...the scene changed, it was foggy as it slowly starts to rain.

As I and the others begin ready our guns and saw the monster hordes rushing towards us, my mind went blank for a moment, I felt like i my life fading away from my line of sight, where memories of the past begins to flash towards me, as we took our final breath we held our gun steady.

"...steady..." One of the soldiers ordered the people behind its back.

The loud noises that the monster makes gets louder and louder.

"....FIRE!!"

then gunshots filled the air with noises, as the bullets pierced through the monsters in front, however with their sheer numbers they jumped and broke through the fences, destroying our defense lines, the emotions I felt that time was not fear nor sadness as I was about to die, but anger. "If I were to die here, I would at least bring this monsters down with me!!" my eyes turn to blaze as I thought this sentence..

...the scene went back to the dungeon.

the eyes of the mercenary widens as she was still on the floor kneeling unable to move due to the immense pressure that the demon gives off, as it begins to approach a scout, she was surprised as the demon stopped its momentum, and seemingly out of thin air a weird heavy duty gear that she had never saw before appeared and the scout was holding it in front of the demon.

Unknown to them the one that the scout is now holding is a machine gun, they had a lot questions to ask but for some reason as if instincts hits them they begin to ask a question in there mind... "Did we even hired a scout to begin with?"

"Eh? What is that supp--" The demon spoke all arrogantly with mockery on its voice but before it even finished its sentence the engines turned and loud noise of gunshots breaks free.

With devastating speed and bullets that is coated with electricity pierced through the demon body, unable to react it created huge holes on his chest, then on its head and through its legs breaking the demon bones and the mask it wears into pieces, The machinery did not stopped as if it had unlimited bullets the smell of gunpowder filled the area before it halts, leaving nothing out of the demon body but ashes and dust.

One of the soldier looked at the scout, with clear fear on its face and voice.

"Y-y-you are no human..."
