Mr. xiao’Wen brought the group of small kids back from the vegetable garden.
Before the afternoon break started, Wen Ming went back to class to look at the kids once more. He was at the hallway, and before he could take one step into the class, he was blocked by a complainant in the front.
It was a sobbing xiao’Mi. Wen Ming crouched down in front of the small little being. He took out a handkerchief from his apron, and wiped the tears on her face clean.
“What is it? Did you fall down?”
Because this child xiao’Mi normally appeared very obedient, Wen Ming also always felt like the class’ little kids were bullying her in the beginning, but later on, found out xiao’Mi was easy to cry was all.
And also liked especially finding him for backup.
Right now, when the teachers in the office brought up their class’ xiao’Mi, they would jokingly say, “That little girl who likes crying has come here again to complain to you.”
Sometimes, it can happen up to ten or so times in one day. Under the efforts of Wen Ming, there were already some improvements, and was now only three times a day. For example, the reason for xiao’Mi crying today was:
“He said I was a sheep.”
Xiao’Mi opened a pair of big eyes that was dampened by tears at Wen Ming and complained, while big drops of tears dropped down with a pata pata.
Before saying anything else, when this child cried, they looked that cute too.
Sorry. Even if he did not express it, the heart would first make a sound for him.
After cleaning up xiao’Mi’s face of tears, her mouth pursed, still wanting to cry, so Wen Ming could not help but pinch xiao’Mi’s cheek, “Tell Teacher properly, what happened?”
After being seeped in tears, the sensation of a child’s cheek was much softer than usual.
Xiao’Mi complained to Xiao Ming, but only said, “He said I was a sheep……”
Once a kid cried, they would not be able to say things clearly. Wen Ming had a little kid on the side watching the drama help him bring the other party here.
Normally, for things that happened in the class, in circumstances where the teacher was not there, the other kids would always be better than him. Not one minute later, there was immediately a passionate bystander bringing xiao’Yao over here.
Wen Ming stroked his head, “Thank you Carl.”
Carl embarrassingly ran off.
After inquiring the other person, Wen Ming was considered to have understood the situation.
At this time, each hand of his was carrying a small kid- in the arms to the left was xiao’Yao who was seeping with an air of not giving in, and in the arms to the right was the still intermittently sobbing xiao’Mi.
“So were you were the first to give your classmate a nickname, xiao’Yao?”
Xiao’Yao unhappily said, “ ……[she] originally is.”
He could confirm it was xiao’Yao one-sidedly giving a classmate a nickname. Wen Ming patiently communicated with him, “What do you mean she originally is, xiao’Mi is a rabbit just like Teacher.”
Though, being called little lamb(xiao’Yang) in its strict meaning was not considered some nickname. After this, he should speak with xiao’Mi about liking to cry.
Seeing the little boy with a face of refusal, little Mr. Strawberry earnestly preached, and told him the reason he cannot randomly give classmates nicknames they don’t like.
Xiao’Mi’s tears already became that pair of pure eyes’ shining stars, and she reverently lifted her head up to look at Wen Ming.
She said, “Teacher, you are so amazing.”
Xiao’Yao, coldly, “Hmph.”
Xiao Mi, “Xiao’Yao, you are so crude.”
Wen Ming called out to xiao’Yao who was about to get angry, “Let’s say it, just what kind of name did you give them?”
Xiao’Yao, “Mi Yang’yang[1].”
Wen Ming: ……
When xiao’Mi finished with xiao’Yao, she turned to run. And because xiao’Yao was held back by Wen Ming, he had no way of chasing her.
Wen Ming did not finish speaking. But he thought, never mind, after the afternoon break, he’ll go find xiao’Mi to speak about this matter of liking to cry.
Just what kinds of things are in these kids’ little heads these days.
Xiao’Yao was still unhappily pursing his mouth. Even if he was unhappy, it did not stop him from his pair of small arms familiarly wrapping around Wen Ming’s neck, wanting a hug.
Wen Ming wanted to laugh at him. To think you’d even give people a nickname, don’t go complaining about other people [when you are just about the same] now. He was still worrying about xiao’Yao’s sticky habits and how to get rid of it.
All of a sudden, Wen Ming, as though perceiving something, looked upwards. Over by the second floor’s hallway, distantly lying there, was Jiang Rui looking at him.
No need to say it, problem child #3 probably waited to the point they got irritated.
Once Wen Ming got xiao’Yao settled, he went upstairs.
As for those words Jiang Rui said before, Wen Ming did not think of a way on how to deal with it. He could only not bring it up for now, and leave it as it is.
In the break room, Jiang Rui was brazenly sitting by the bed looking at him.
The sole window curtain was already drawn up, and the dimness made his pair of eyes faintly emit light.
Wen Ming was taking off his apron, and was avoiding his gaze a bit awkwardly. His hands passed by the back to get to the knot at the waist, then took off the apron and hung it on the wall.
Jiang Rui looked and looked, when Wen Ming heard him ask him all of a sudden, “Are you tired?”
Wen Ming did not understand, and casually replied he was still fine.
Jiang Rui did not say anything anymore. Once Wen Ming turned around, the person was gone, and in its stead, was a quietly laying big wolf on the floor resting.
En?
Wen Ming had a new curiosity, walked over, and placed his hand on its head.
This wolf today seemed to be a bit honest today. Wen Ming asked him “Why so obedient today?”
Jiang Rui thought inside, he was always obedient.
Wen Ming seemed unable to get accustomed with this wolf’s size. The feeling of one hand being placed on this enormous head was a bit like covering the raggedness with a jacket only to reveal the elbows, thus, he placed both his hands on top.
Just like this, petting with this kind of vigour could then be enough in front of this giant wolf. Wen Ming lightly touched its head.
Don’t mention how the feeling was quite nice, it was like petting a dog, however, it was that kind of prehistoric giant dog.
“It’s no problem, if you want to sleep, just sleep on the bed.” Wen Ming especially bent his waist, and said it to their face.
The giant wolf acted like it did not hear, and even condescendingly closed its eyes, yet the tail behind it swayed.
En? Wen Ming pondered over what kind of trick it was going to play today. Was it a different wolf? Just a day before this, this sole comfortable small bed in this room was belonged to this big brother.
However, Jiang Rui was lying over there right now. Wen Ming called out a few times, “go”, “go” [to the bed], like chasing away a doggie. The stubborn wolf on the floor was unmoved like a mountain, and could not be chased away.
“Why are you so obedient today.” Wen Ming muttered.
The giant wolf bluntly breathed out of its nose to chase him away.
In the end, he only said, “Then fine, if you aren’t sleeping, I’ll sleep.”
Wen Ming found it unsuccessful in his series of persuasions, and extremely awkwardly got on the bed himself.
Once a knee touched the mattress, the familiar feeling immediately returned to his body.
Ah, bed.
This bed that made people yearn for an afternoon break.
Because a wolf was still by the bed waiting on the floor, Wen Ming did not use his original form to sleep today. Having to put on clothes in a bit was quite troublesome.
And once he laid on the small bed, Wen Ming was even a bit moved inside. Today’s Jiang Rui had become obedient, but according to experience, right now, he can’t lower his guard, he can’t lower……
Wen Ming fell asleep in one minute.

And Jiang Rui did not bother him as expected.
In the small, dim and quiet room, a tranquil noon. The person deep asleep laid on the bed, and by the bed on the flooring, was a giant evil wolf.
One person and wolf were in a single room. In this moment, the break room’s atmosphere was this calm and peaceful.
Before Wen Ming woke up, Jiang Rui first opened his eyes.
This wolf stood up from the floor, and the eyes stared at the sleeping Wen Ming. It originally wanted to leave, yet at this time, lowered its head, and extended its tongue wanting to lick his face.
When Wen Ming was pinching that brat’s face, Jiang Rui was looking from upstairs.
Right now, Jiang Rui was thinking how could Wen Ming not understand him, even for a little bit.
How does one express one’s fondness. When Wen Ming could not hold it in, he could pinch that kid’s face. However, every time Jiang Rui saw him, he would want to swallow the rabbit into the stomach, and let him become his.
But that was no good, and so he would be this upset.
A giant wolf at this time already slowly stepped onto the sole bed.
It was hard not to make some sound, however, it very patiently paid heed to not wake up Wen Ming. Its big body that had no place to be was right above Wen Ming, and the four legs separately stepped beside his body.
Enshrouding Wen Ming in a dangerous shadow.
[He] like.
He will give him this beating heart in his own chest to him.
As for how to express one’s fondness, and also be unable to use the way wolves expressed fondness, biting Wen Ming in the mouth and excitedly swinging him around……
…… A period of silence.
Why can’t he.
This pair of silent and bright beast eyes quietly flashed by a sliver of danger. Wen Ming was still sleeping. His eyes were closed, putting an ignorant, defenceless sleeping face in front of this wild beast.
Practically like a fat rabbit offering up itself with two hands.
The giant wolf above then opened a bloody red mouth towards this defenceless face. The wolf head lowered down, and bit down without any hesitation.
The human form Jiang Rui propped his four legs and knelt above Wen Ming. This bite of his landed on Wen Ming’s face, and the sharp teeth gently sunk into the flesh of the cheek. This kind of feeling was surging up again- liking him so much he wanted to swallow him inside.
Wen Ming was about to wake up.
Yet Jiang Rui was still unsatisfied. After touching him, he wanted even more. The lips closed, his chin tucked back, and learned to suck in on Wen Ming’s face without being taught it- or it could be called, the juvenile prototype of kissing.
Jiang Rui completely did not mind, and used both his hands to lightly stop the waking Wen Ming’s two struggling arms. That primitive and rough kiss barbarically spread over the side of his face, and caught onto his weak point, the lips.
Found it.
Like a bell ringing, yet also like a voice speaking by the ears. Jiang Rui could clearly hear it from the body to the soul. This was the place he wanted to find.
Wen Ming had never experienced such an asphyxiating feeling in the twenty some years of his life.
A person who kissed for the first time, seemed like they had stepped into an unknown world. The brain was kneaded again and again, while he was at a complete loss in the storms and downpour.
He angrily bit down on Jiang Rui’s tongue.
When Jiang Rui retreated from Wen Ming’s mouth, the bleeding tongue was still exposed outside. It was like he could not feel pain, and along with the saliva and blood, randomly licked Wen Ming’s lips, then withdrew back to look at Wen Ming.
This expression on Jiang Rui’s face had the lax attitude and impoliteness as usual, but the taut chin line made it evident he was biting down his teeth. A drop of water fell onto to Wen Ming’s cheek, it was the sweat on Jiang Rui’s face.
His own lips were also a shiny wet- it was left from Wen Ming. He saw a ball of heat burning in his eyes, like the gaze wanted to swallow him raw.
In the series of struggles just now, Wen Ming’s hair turned so messy one could not bear to look. Just before the afternoon nap, he even thought Jiang Rui turned obedient today, or at least, just a little bit……
Wen Ming’s hands were pressed down, he was already so angry his chest was intensely rising up and down.
“You’re not obedient at all!”
“I am obedient.”
Jiang Rui was looking at Wen Ming’s face from above, and then lowered down again to kiss him.
Wen Ming would not let him do as he pleased- he used all the strength in his body to violently kick him. He originally want to have the person flipped over, and really did use strength in that kick, yet only had the defenceless Jiang Rui kicked off slightly.
Wen Ming ran out.
Right now, his head was all chaotic, and could not think, he had no way of accepting this reality. All his mind was left with one thought.
Jiang Rui, white-eyed wolf.
He was at fault too. Wen Ming had always been stubborn with his ideas before- what purely noble proletariat rabbit-inhaler, wolves were wolves. Speaking from this perspective, it was he who had always left it to be.
Wen Ming messily wiped his face.
Jiang Rui’s tail was happily swinging around at the back.
The bell outside already rung too. The emotionless sound of the bell coldly pierced itself in this room’s stale atmosphere. The time has come.
“Leave.” He slightly covered his own discomposure, and spoke with his back to Jiang Rui.
……
After coming back from class, Wen Ming absentmindedly tidied up the things in his own locker. To the side stood Ms. He who was in the same office, and as for what she was talking about, Wen Ming responded with his mind wandering around.
“Eh.” Ms. He maintained the position of having her face turned looking at him and did not move, and then laughed, “Xiao’Wen, did you drink juice?”
There was a bad feeling. As though his leg fell through, the hand that Wen Ming was tidying things with also stopped in midair. He tried his best to smile, “Is there something?”
He did not know if it was because of a guilty conscience, but when he said that, he immediately thought to a bad direction.
Ms. He said, “I know with a look, your tongue’s all purple hahaha.”
At that moment, the astonishment on Wen Ming was hard to describe.
He pretended to be unperturbed, opened up the locker once again, and extended his tongue towards the mirror inside.
Practically unthinkable.
This animal actually sucked his tongue purple. Grass (a type of plant rabbits ate)A substitute for a curse word.
The places that turned purple were not where it would normally be purple when drinking juice, but it was more towards the two sides of the tongue. The originally healthy pink colour right now suddenly deepened, a bit like a bruised purple.
Wen Ming was very sure he did not do anything that would make his tongue purple before, and the chief culprit who made a move on his tongue was only one.
Truth be told, if not for Jiang Rui’s actions today, prior to this, someone as pure as Wen Ming would definitely not think this kind of thing would even happen.
His world view was remoulded in that instant.
Not right, under normal circumstances, this kind of thing would not happen either! How much of that would make the tongue like this!
Though it was said that seventeen, eighteen year old youths were the most vigorous, Wen Ming did not ever think he could be an exploding volcano.
Also, Wen Ming heard that when it was the first time people kissed, they would typically not extend their tongues, this audacious madman not only extended it, he even sucked his tongue purple! Could it be that savage?!
Clearly, the teachers in the office did not think in that direction, illustrating that this situation was actually abnormal.
Ms. He was still laughing at him, “In a bit, your class’ children should be looking to you for juice.”
Wen Ming closed the locker, and bitterly laughed, “That would be hard then.”
What evil.
[1] 米羊- literally read as rice sheep which… can refer to an ant due to ants bearing “horns” and being small (like rice). If you want really want to stretch it, replace 米 with 迷, and it becomes a little lost sheep- which a quick baidu search brings up a danmei author.
