“I heard you beat the Five Bosses of Young Talent yesterday!” Tence Matten said while clapping his hand with the folding fan. “That’s some exciting news! As time goes by, people will thank you for that! But you have to be careful because what you did also offend Yuan Xishan, the 40th name on the Hundred Battle Ranking List!”
Qian Jin nodded as he kept observing the man in front. The Five Bosses of Young Talent wasn’t a secret, but Qian Jin had maintained a fairly low profile. He had even chosen a place where there weren’t many passers-by. How come Tence Matten had known about this?
“Oh, Qian Jin, you don’t have to be watchful of me.” Opening the fan in a graceful way, Tence Matten continued, “I don’t have any special skills but I’m particularly interested in collecting information. If you want to know something, feel free to come by. Don’t worry, I won’t charge you too much.”
Intelligence dealer? Qian Jin hadn’t expected that someone who was often mentioned by bards now would appear in front of him. What was he doing here? To show off how well-informed he was? No, it doesn’t seem to be the case.
“Right. Qian Jin, you did something you shouldn’t have.” Tence Matten said. “Killing the warrior hired by Abela? It’s too risky!”
Qian Jin shrugged as if he didn’t care at all. They had tried to smash his knees! Under that circumstance, he had every reason to protect himself by doing whatever he was capable of or he might have died yesterday.
“A defeat should have been enough. Why you must kill him?” Tence Matten drew a black metal plate from his pocket and handed it over to Qian Jin. “This is a gift! It can protect you for at least three days in case something happens to you! If that day comes, come to me as soon as possible!”
“Memory Dark Steel?” Qian Jin received the plate with surprise. The metal wasn’t a suitable kind material for weapons. But once it was started, it could take down all that happened and passed the record to another plate!
No one could make an alloy of this metal out due to this feature it had. Only by virtue of luck could one extract some. A piece of it could be used only once and after then, it would no longer have that effect.
Two vigorous and forceful characters [Death Free] were carved on it, radiating an overpowering deterrence. Anyone who saw it would feel an irresistible impulse to worship it.
Although it could not be used on battlefields, its high value made it exclusive to the prestigious families!
“Qian Jin…”
Looking forward, Tence Matten saw Isabella, who was in a purple miniskirt today, now stood right on the road. Tence Matten quickly bowed to the principal and said to Qian Jin, “It seems the principal wants to talk to you. See you in class, Qian Jin.”
“See you then.” Qian Jin moved ahead as he played with the plate. In front of Isabella, he stopped and saluted, “Good morning, Miss. Principal!”
“Good for you, Qian Jin.” said Isabella, who punched on his shoulders. “I heard you beat those stupid lumps yesterday! Congratulations! You kind of made it onto the Young Talent Ranking List ”
Wearing a wry smile, Qian Jin answered, “Is that all Madam?”
“No, I’m here to tell you something else.” Isabella patted him on the shoulder. “To be frank, you should not have killed that man at the gate.”
Now Qian Jin became officially interested in this! In the short ten minutes, two people had said this and one of them was the principal!
“That man was from Hibiscus Warrior Union.”
“I know.” Qian Jin calmly replied. “Madam, what would you do if someone tried to break your legs and ruined your life ever?”
Isabella stared with her eyes wide open like two apricots and in a murderous tone she said, “I’d shred him into pieces!”
Qian Jin shrugged and stretched his arms. “See? That was exactly what I did!.”
A faint smile appeared on Isabella’s face and she patted Qian Jin’s shoulder. “Kid, the problem is Hibiscus Warrior Union is, in fact, the warrior union of Hanley Region, and you know how they like to cover for the faults of their warriors! It is not a big deal if they come after you straightforwardly. But those bastards, they excel in dirty tricks!”
“You really…” Qian Jin forced a smile. There was surely a tie between them.
The Thunder Cat he had killed when he was still in Oakland was said to be the disciple of Zene Skylar. And the one he had killed yesterday was a warrior of Hibiscus Warrior Union. It seemed he must be on full alert now. He had heard that the Hibiscus warriors were quite good at assassinations.
“Huh?” With both arms folded across her chest, Isabella looked at the approaching warrior with great curiosity, who, from his form of dress, was clearly not a student of Punitive Expedition Academy but a member of the certain force in Yulee.

Looking towards the same direction as Isabella, Qian Jin was surprised. Wasn’t that man from a gang in Yulee? And the gang had a leader named Jun Wudo!
On the chest of the dark uniform, there were two crossing hatchets embroidered with silver lines, from which a faint murderous breath was revealed.
“Good morning, Mr. Qian Jin. I’m Zi Xiaobing.”
Qian Jin looked at the handsome boy who looked nothing like a gangster but a scholar and he asked, “Good morning! What’s up?”
“Here is an invitation, from my boss.” Zi Xiaobing took out a red piece of paper from his chest and bowed reverently. “Please, do come by tonight for dinner.”
A dinner invitation from Jun Wudo? Qian Jin was stunned! He had never been a friend of this underworld king. What did he want?
“Hah, Jun Wudo?” Isabella hit Qian Jin’s arms with her elbow and said, “It is actually a great honor! That underworld king is the proudest man I have ever heard of. People envy bloodline warriors but he attaches no importance to them at all! He has only become who he is today through his own efforts.”
What? Jun Wudo looked down upon bloodline warriors? Qian Jin opened the invitation. But on that thin piece, there was nothing else except the location and the time.
What a weirdo! Qian Jin clearly felt that an overbearing momentum was going to jump out from these words. Jun Wudo was not a militant fool!
Isabella pulled the invitation out from Qian Jin’s hand and flipped it. “What nice handwriting! It is even better than most teachers in our school! When you get back, ask your boss if he is willing to teach a class for me! I mean it! Alright, what did you say just now? ”
Qian Jin found that after he got back to Yulee, he would bump into troubles wherever he went! Even the old scores three months ago were brought up one after another! It was completely different from the Ancient Desert Sea.
The Ancient Desert Sea was dry and dangerous but at the same time much simpler. Humans were the most difficult to deal with.
All he cared for in the Ancient Desert Sea was the weather as well as the unknown Demon Beasts that might come out anytime from the yellow sand. To a certain degree, it was a Pure Land.
There might not be any deadly Demon Beasts in Yulee, but this world was much more complicated! The Rays, the Blacksmith Union and the Crystal Magic Tower of Abela… No provision was made when they jumped out…
Isabella showed up and then sent the messenger away… What’s the story behind it?
Looking at the pretty principal who had an elegant figure, Qian Jin was confused. The miniskirt could barely cover her white and sexy thighs, which in turn made her more attractive…
“Hey, what are you looking at?” Isabella lifted her leg as if she were going to kick Qian Jin. The young man looked up and smiled in an awkward almost apologetic way. He was not an amorous man, but everyone had a heart for beauty.
“Madam,” Qian Jin withdrew his eyes, “you’d better not lift your legs too high… Your skirt is too short… ”
Hearing this, Isabella assumed a posture as if she were about to do it! “I could knock you out by one kick! Don’t you dare me! Or we’ll see who would suffer.”
Although they were just joking, Qian Jin instantly put on a defense posture! He had two beauties at home. Next time he’d better go home and appreciate them safe and sound! It was a losing business if he were to suffer brain damage for this…
“Well, I’ll spare you this time, good boy.” Isabella drew back her slender legs and put on a sexy S pose. “I’m here because there is a dance party tonight.”
Dance party? Qian Jin raised his eyebrows at this word. He had heard that from time to time, the advanced war academies would hold dance parties that would never occur at elementary academies.
“Uh-huh.” Qian Jin nodded. He had read a lot and learned a lot in the Qian Family. But he could only do the hula when it came to dancing. He had only picked it up from Hai Luna since he was a child.
Qian Jin shook his head. He was not used to those formal occasions. He didn’t know the moves at all. Did the principal come to him only for this?
“Uh-huh? What do you mean by uh-huh?” Isabella looked at Qian Jin like he was an Undead! “Just an Uh-huh?”
Qian Jin was more confused than Isabella: “What else?
“Do you know why they are holding the dance parties?” Isabella shook her head and sighed. “Well, clearly, you don’t know why they are holding it.”
