Cosmic Saga Gaiden: Golden Shin

This is a standalone, short side story to my main fiction here on Royalroad and Scribblehub, Saga of the Cosmic Heroes.

Golden Shin tells the tragic tale of a young man ever increasingly down on his luck in a society buckling on the teether of collapse; in a city that cares little for his kind. Acknowledged by none and seen as little more than another face in the crowd—and even less than that.

A man whose name means nothing, whose worthwhile is redundant in the grand scheme of things. Whose dreams are far-flung and little more than pipe dreams. But in these challenging times comes forth a strong man whose name is revered—feared, perhaps.

This is the story of the legendary space pirate that fought back against corrupt police, and even the byzantine Federation itself. But even the mightiest of phoenixes burn intensely into their eventual demise.
