Chapter 32: Volume 2 - CH 15
Volume 2: Red Girl
Due to the high vitality of the Flying Dragon, the treatment was over quickly.
When we returned to the mansion after finishing what we had to do, my brother and Sieg-san also happened to just return to the mansion. It seems that they had finished their search in the forest behind the mansion and were about to enter the forest where we were.
They were pleased that we found Kris and that we had returned to the mansion safely.
“Ha-ha-ha! That’s my Callus! I never thought you could be faster than me!”
“Hey, you’re hurting my back!”
My brother slapped my back. Since his hands were big and strong, it felt like I was being hit with a blunt object.
Then Sieg-san came to me.

I turned my attention to Kris hiding behind Master, who is peeking at us.
I guess she really wants to run over to Sieg-san right now, but it’s hard for her to do so considering she just ran away from home.

Sieg-san slowly approached Kris.
Then, crouching down by her side, at eye level, he suddenly slapped Kris as hard as he could on the cheek.
Pah! With a sharp sound, Kris’ left cheek turned red.
Sieg-san said to her as she held her sore cheek, “Do you have any idea how worried I was?”
“Why did you do such a stupid thing!?”
Sieg-san scolded Kris with an angry expression on his face. Even I’m scared despite watching from a distance. It must be a shock for Kris who’s close to it.
“Waaaa~ I, I just… wanted daddy to pay attention to me. So I went to…”
Kris said with tears streaming down her face. Sieg-san hugged her tightly and said.
“That’s why I’m saying it’s stupid. I don’t have anything more important than you, I’ll be with you as much as you want..!”

The father and daughter embraced each other in tears.
I looked at them while thinking how great family was.

After a while, when everyone had calmed down. I started to talk to my brother.
I told him everything that had happened in the forest, and he believed me. Though he was skeptical about the story of my fight with the dragon.
“Brother, there’s actually someone that I want to introduce to you.”
“Hmm? Who is it?”
He was puzzled by the suddenness.
It’s a strange thing.
“Then, please come out…!”
I signalled towards the forest.
Then… a blue scaled Flying Dragon emerged from the trees.
“Gyu?”
Is it really okay? It looked as if it wanted to ask such a question.
I beckoned to it and the Flying Dragon slowly came towards me.
Seeing this, Brother Damien’s mouth opens wide in surprise.
“Ca, cacacaca, Callus! What the hell is that?”
“I told you, didn’t I? It’s the Flying Dragon in I met in the forest. I asked her to come to the mansion to see how her healing injuries were progressing.”
“Whoa, whoa, it’s coming this way!”
Sieg-san was also surprised and was about to draw his sword, but Kris stopped him.
The servants in the house were also surprised, and some of them even ran away. Maybe I should have explained a little more?
But, it would be a lie if I said I didn’t want to surprise them a little.

“Oyyy, why’s there little Flying Dragons?”

• Flying Dragon
A dragon species whose forearms are wings. Also called a Wyvern.
Most species are about 6 to 10 meters in length, and are medium-sized among dragon species. They are highly intelligent and often act in packs.
They fly freely through the air and hunt with their sharp fangs and claws. Some species can use the powerful “Dragon Breath.”
Wild dragons do not usually take humans kindly, but if raised from eggs, they make excellent companions.
In ancient times, an army of dragon species rebelled against the Fire God.
