“I don’t want to go!!!” I said while clenching my hands on the hilt of, My solid light duplicate of my mech’s bastard sword.

=T-minus 5 seconds before launch=Announced by The Ship’s A.I.

[5]

“This is what you are waiting for your whole life, Right?” Said one of the ship communication’s operators while projecting her smug face in front of me.

[4]

“I wanted a newbie mission!” I screamed at her digital face. “Not this dangerously unknown di[3]fficult MISSION!”

“Meh!” She said while shrugging. “That’s what the higher-ups gave you.”

[2] The sound of crackling electricity started getting noticeable.

“I don’t want this!” I screamed and felt the whole cockpit shake when the drop pod’s safety clamp locked both of my mechs slim torso and arms.

[1]

“Nyoooo!” I screamed when the dread of me getting lau[0]nch at terminal velocity in space towards a huge planet came to me at full force. It looks like the old earth. But thrice the size.

[Launching]

Suddenly my whole world started shaking and turned bright white before turning into the scenery of the vast space.

= 1 minute and 12 seconds before landfall=  My mech’s A.I. Said the time before the start of my demise inside this dreadful planet. With how terrified I am. I instantly Fainted while hugging my sword like a monkey on a tree.

Meanwhile inside an unknown dimension. An androgynous humanoid figure sat on a Gothic-style wooden chair while reading a dictionary-sized glowing book. Its featureless face are being illuminated by the glow of the book and the dimly lit floating purple candle beside it. Its only indication it has eyes is because of the two swirling black orbs floating in front of its face.

"Rosa's 'Kishara' Diary." Somebody mumbled the title of the book besides its head. It looked at the owner of the voice and saw the current librarian of the place it was reading from. She's a Crow witch base on her appearance. A long black ebony hair that reaches her lower back, a Dark glistening feathery sleeveless one-piece dress with an almost unnoticeable purple shine to it, her flawless alabaster skin that is soft to the touch, a mature face that is being enhanced by some kind of makeup, and her ebony pointy witch hat with two feather ornaments on the left side of the hat. She's currently floating a group of grimoires and books behind her.

"You reading this Dear?" She asked while twirling her wooden stick wand around, sending books and grimoires around into the randomly placed empty slots on the skyscraper tall bookshelves.

It answered by only nodding and continued staring at her. Which made it more awkward for the witch, who already started wondering.

"Can't it talk?" She grumbled and took a second look at the book and stared at its abyss-like orbs for eyes. "I think it can't."

"Only she can Name her own Diary like that," She chuckled to herself and resumed her librarian duty/work with more focus, ignoring its curios gaze towards her work. "That one's there," She then flew a chained Grimoire with bat wings into the top empty space between a continuously writhing book and an eternally ice-covered grimoire. "This one here," A manual of some sort about tripwires flew to the bottom of the shelf and she continued her job with an observant who continued figuratively boring holes behind her back with its gaze. After finally placing the not-so-important looking books in their rightful places. She finally did a normal action it considered normal to its eyes.

"I can finally grab this." She cried in glee after grabbing a plastic-covered booklet with an illustration of two guys in a risque situation showing on the cover, She looked back and still saw it still staring at her with it slightly tilted head in a judging manner.

"Hey don't judge me, with dem Black dot googly looking eyes of yours." She said and placed the booklet between her breast. "I love this particular genre." She continued before frowning and grabbing a book titled 'How to Improve Your Social Skills For dummies Edition'. Carrying it between her armpit. She then started walking away from it, cat walking away like a model.

"I'm old enough to be its grandma and I still can't start a proper conversation." It heard the witch one last time before she disappeared between the foggy shadow of two bookshelves inside these old decrepit building.Imagine the Terraria Dungeon but a full-on library without monsters roaming around

"Not my hard Earned Credits!!" I cried in despair while on my knees seeing my mangled mech inside a deformed drop pod that is in the center of a crater in the middle of a forest.

"42 Million Imperial Credits." Tears started appearing beside my vision. I tried to hold it back, but "Down the drain in a single day!!" I finally broke and wailed like a heartbroken teen.

Then Life sent me a loathsome fellow to mock me.

"Don't be overly dramatic, Sis." A hologram of the same operator blinked to life in front of me. "It's just a mech?" She smiled and laid her back on the comfortable gamer chair she bought for her room.

"I can just send you another one?" She said and pulled a holophone with the ship's Military grade Mech Manufacturer's number on it and a transaction with a confirmation prompt. I know she just wanted to slap me with her wads of cash in the face. So that's why she's boasting about her wealth.

"I don't want your cash!" I yelled at my little sister's face who covered half of her face expecting saliva to blast and fly around. "I want it to be my hard-earned one!!" I'm about to start my tirade but.

"Don't start that right now and look behind you," she calmly pointed behind me. I snapped my head to where she was pointing and saw something behind a tree which is 20 tree away from me.I don't know how she saw that while being a floating hologram, but I won't question my sharp as ever lil sis.

*Menacing*  *Menacing* *Menacing* *Menacing*

A dark murky shadow-like feminine figure was standing behind a tree, observing me and the huge crater my drop pod made in the forest.

"She looks like an ink monster." My sister confirmed my thoughts too after looking at the hiding figure behind the tree. Which I slowly  pulled an almost exact replica of a  auto-pistol as a sidearm from a high octane first person movement shooter game with mechs.

"Use your other gun idiot!" My sister yelled suddenly smacking my face with the gun claw attached at the back of my chest armor, Which currently holds an old fashioned 4x scope m14EBR.

"How did yo-" I tried to question her how did she smacked me, but the newly dubbed ink monster suddenly made a move.

*swish*

It suddenly dashed out of the shadow of the tree and started silently sprinting to my position.

"Freak!!" I panicked and I shakily aimed my pistol at its head and fired, but it instantly avoided the bullet by tilting its head to the side.

*bang*

I fired another shot before dumping my whole mag at its head, and just like the first bullet. It nimbly dodge all of my shots with minimum movement, it already traveled half the distance from its last position to me.

"Shoot it with your riffle already!!" My sister screamed beside my left ear giving me tinnitus and screwing me over. I didn't even noticed, that it already arrived in front of me before making a blur.

I quickly lifted the gun and aimed, but my vision was blocked by a black chitinous and metallic claw slamming at my head like a freight train, making a huge and bloody wound in my face.

*spurt* *snap* *crunch* *twirl* *Bang*

With how strong it hit me. My head twisted first breaking my neck and caving in the helmet I've been wearing, followed by my torso. Breaking my rib cage and twisting my arms in weird angles, before my lower half spun with me destroying my kneecaps along with my femur bone.

'I got destroyed,' I thought to myself, watching it with my bloodied and fading vision. 'That neck protection didn't helped' I chuckled for the last time before my vision and consciousness fades out into darkness. My mangled body staying still in the pool of my blood.
