Everything after the bombs, and hostages were handled proceeded quickly. Gunmetal not needing to step in, or fire another round while it was wrapped up.

Gunmetal noticed a blue dot approaching him from behind, despite the dote existing there was no sound as the dot moved closer, and only one person could move like that, at least that he knew was around right now.

''Anything to report?'' Batman's voice spoke out, he had watched over the situations, and whereas they had room for improvement, he was glad to see that the team was capable of adapting to their new member, as long as it was a competent new member.

''No, but Robin will need a new staff, it locked up.'' Gunmetal spoke in passing, he did so because he knew that it was Robin's fault, always confirm your gear is working, and always make sure that you have what you need and are never without...

Not that Batman didn't put 15 different staff of Robins into Gunmetal's inventory.

It was then did a Grey dot appear on his minimap that Gunmetal immediately looked over, before locking eyes with someone he did NOT expect to see at all on his first night.

Looking directly at him was Deadshot himself.

Grey meant neither friend nor enemy, but the possibility to be both so Gunmetal simply stared at him, his finger remaining off the trigger of his rifle but in ready positon.

His heart was beating through his chest.

''Good, you didn't engage... Deadshot's a little to strong of an opponent to face for you right now. But that is why you're apart of a team, you all cover each others weaknesses and embolden each others strengths, especially you. Don't worry about him, he's just here to scout out the new 'competition.' " Batman spoke from his position, nothing pointed to the fact of him being there, but Deadshot knew he was.

Predators could sense another predator.

''Competition?'' Gunmetal asked without breaking eye contact with Deadshot, which seemed to amuse the Mercenary.

''New gun on the block, he knows that this 'team' is a byproduct of me, given Robin is a part of it. Now a new gun appears, literally. Going against one of my more ambiguous rules. 'No Guns.' You have a special accommodation to that rule, as you know why. He is merely interested in you, I doubt you will need to fight him anytime soon unless you just so happen to have a bounty on your head he'd be interested in taking, it would need to be quite a high one, at least half of mine for him to consider it though.''

Deadshot lifted the hand, without the gun attached to it and gave a two finger salute to Gunmetal before he turned and simply walked away. Gunmetal watched for a few more moments before focusing back onto his team who were starting to depart from the scene not that the cops had showed up, at least the ones capable of hauling the big guy around.

''I need to get myself a ride...'' Gunmetal sighed, which seemed to amuse Batman since the tone of his voice suggested it.

''Their... 'Guy' Mobile, not fit to your taste?'' Batman asked simply.

''No, they got candy wrappers in the back seat, and I know DAMN well, at least three of those stains is not food related.''

Batman chuckled some before he spoke, there was a soft sound of swishing in the air before a soft jingle.

Gunmetal raised his hand and caught a pair of kets, pulling them to look at them. He also noticed that in the hud of the mask Gunmetal wore got an update from the bat computer, updating his permissions.

''Feel free to use Cycle 4, you know how to maintain it so I expect it to live up to its checks each time I decide to make a random one. I've also given you permission to use the wing, but ONLY you, and only in case of emergencies. I'm trusting you Gunmetal, no joy rides.''

''Not even one, just to show off?''

''Not even one.'' Batman turned as he began to walk away, only to stop a moment before speaking once more.

''I forgot to mention, at exactly 2:34, my system will have a reboot, so I won't be able to notice any movement for about thirty minutes, no longer though.''

That was a lie and they both knew it. All systems never rebooted without multiple back up systems to continue to monitor, this was his way of saying that he was allowed to take it for a joyride once, even if it was just time to get used to the controls for when he did need to fly it.

That meant each night he would be allowed thirty minutes of fly time.

''No missing school.'' Batman said suddenly as he was then just, gone. Having used his grapple hook to scale the building and take off to do bat things or something.

Didn't matter to Gunmetal, not only did he now have his own Cycle, but he was also able to drive the Wing.

Robin was allowed it for all of a week before it was taken from him, it seems getting to school on time WAS an emergency in his book.

Placing the keys into his inventory he used his AR to call the bike, it revving as it came around a corner to pull in front of the building.

Robin turned around at the sound of a cycle, having worked on his own long enough to know the sound of a stock non-modified one.

''Gunmetal, when the fuck you get a cycle?''

Gunmetal screwed the lightbulb back in, because he wasn't a monster before placing his foot onto the window seal and stepping out the window. Flling two stories before landing, his muscles strained a bit but he was fine shortly after as he stood up, walking up to the cycle.

''Just now, seems I impressed the big man, or he meant to give me it anyway.''

''Oh that's so cool! He doesn't trust us with our own cycles!'' Beast Boy cried out, gripping at his hair as he drooled over the matte black paint of the cycle. It looked so cool.

Seeing Gunmetal stand next to it seemed like a cover for a song, a few people actually taking pictures of him, a few cops noticeably tensing when they noticed him, he was dressed in 'military' gear after all, and was still holding a rifle.

They had already been warned, but it was still... Unnerving to trust someone with a gun, no matter what kind of gun it was. But he did help in the situation, so it shouldn't be all that bad.

Raven walked up to pat Gunmetal's shoulder. ''I like a man who knows how to ride a motorcycle.''

''I to like Motorcycles!'' Starfire spoke up and Robin groaned out.

''I ride a motorcycle everywhere, why is it only him?!''

Raven and Gunmetal both spoke out at the same time. ''Because you wear your underwear on the outside?''

This got the two of them to laugh and Robin looked like he was going to retort, but only sighed.

He wore it like this because it was ceremonial for Robins, but maybe he should change of the costume a little bit? He had to admit he liked how cool Gunmetal looked, and he had already considered changing up his costume a little.

It would need to be small changes over time, so the first thing to go was the 'underwear'.

Gunmetal got onto the cycle, getting comfortable into the seat as it responded to him getting onto it, turning on and purring to life as Cyborg and Beast boy got back into the car.

Starfire began to fly a bit as Robin got onto his bike, only for Raven to slip behind Gunmetal on his bike, hugging his waist.

''Raven?''

''We always patrol in segments, usually in pairs of two with Robin staying between us, but now we have the manpower to do so in three squads of two. Starfire can go with Robin.''

''A brilliant idea friend Raven!'' Starfire sparked with joy as she suddenly swooped down, grabbing Robin by the waist and firmly placing herself behind him.

Robin's face was bright red beneath his mask and he seemed hesitant for a moment before he nodded, driving off after Cyborg and the car.

Gunmetal chuckled a bit as he pulled onto the street and began to follow them, the open com now focused on emergency responders.

''Thanks Raven, going to be hearing all about that tonight.''

She chuckled behind him, not being uncomfortable at all while she snuggled into him, her chin resting on his shoulder while he drove.

''Oh no, making you suffer guy gossip? The travesty.'' She squeezed at him a bit, her breast pressing against his shoulder blades. At least they would be if it wasn't for his tactical vest, mentally cursing at his gear.

''You get to have a pretty girl sit on the back of your motorcycle, completing your bad boy look. I'm even Goth, isn't that all the rage now?''

''You follow those trends?'' Gunmetal asked, honestly interested.

''Reddit and twitter mostly, I am still a girl, I care about beauty products like anyone else, even if I do usually just cheat with magic. But, I follow a lot of witchy, ritualistic threads and communities, mostly to make sure people don't cause any big mistakes and actually end up summoning something bad.''

''I scroll some Facebook trade groups to troll?'' He offered, getting a chuckle.

''I know, you showed up as one of my recommended friends, I sent you a friend request by the way.''

''I'll accept it after we get back, where do you live by the way? Ovbiously you know where I stay.''

''If I'm not in my room in the manor? I have an apartment I rent near school, which pockets free?''

''Top left mag pocket, it's not empty but it's just a snickers.'' He chuckled, tilting his head to the side as she reached in, seeming to slide a piece of paper, as well as steal his snickers.

''I just put my address in there, come visit me some time, I'll let you peruse some of my novice magic books.''

''Where were you hiding pen, and paper?'' He asked jokingly.

''Between my breast, the woman natural pocket.''

''Wait, really? Not like, magical storage or something?'' He stopped at a red light, coming to pull up next to a family in a sedan, the girl in the back seat looking down to her phone.

''No, I keep a pen and paper on me at all times, just in case I need to write something down, like inspiration for a song, spell, or if I ever need to write a cute boys phone number down...''

She made a show of sighing. ''To bad I already have yours.''

Gunmetal let out a forced laugh in response. ''Ha Ha.'' He noticed that the girl in the back seat had noticed the two of them.

He waved his hand and she got that dumb star struck look, waving slowly back, even if her eyes were focused on Raven.

Raven waved back with a shit eating grin, only for the light to turn green and Gunmetal start driving, it was moments later when they heard a high pitched scream, distant as they continued to get further away.

''That will never get old.'' Raven giggled to herself.

''Raven, the homework for this Friday, I know NOTHING in german, can you help me?''

''Most boys your age ask if a cute girl can teach them french, to try and get a 'french kiss'. '' Raven responded without missing a beat which got a snort out of Gunmetal.

''Most guys are trying to hit on a girl who can't send them to the shadow realm.''

''Keep at it, Jimbo.'' Raven fired right back and that got a genuine laugh out of Gunmetal.

Off with Starfire and Robin?

Starfire was bubbly and cheerful, asking Robin about the bike, how fast it could go, and bless the poor guy's heart.

He was trying his best to not pass out from the amount of blood rushing to his face.
