Kaan reached the broken door of the cafeteria and looked inside. The cafeteria was as chaotic as the entrance. The tables were upside-down or broken, like the entrance there were also corpses on the ground, but it was fever here. Other than that, he could see many zombies here cause the wall looking to the street was broken and zombies were gathering at the broken wall of the cafeteria.

At the corner, there were two people fighting with zombies. One of them was a man with dark brown hair that reached to his shoulders; he was wearing a black shirt with jeans. The other was a woman with long black hair; she was wearing a white shirt and black sweatpants. Both were looking like they were in their twenties.

They were currently cornered by the zombies that came from a there broken wall. The man was on the vanguard dealing with zombies and holding them back, and the woman was closing his openings every time he attacked. They were trying to create an opening to run away from there but from the looks of it they were not doing that fine also the noises were dragging zombies here.

Other than these two Kaan saw a man looking at them also trying to distract the zombies, but he was not doing a good job with it. He had buzz-cut brown hair; he was wearing a grey suit which was in a bad state.

Kaan thought if he should help or if he should just walk away when he had an opportunity like this. But then quickly decided to help them, it wouldn't be too hard to distract the zombies with that guy wearing a suit and if had left them here while he could help them, he was sure it would keep his mind busy.

Kaan ran towards the guy wearing a suit. He was now dealing with two zombies alone. Kaan saw the opportunity and hit the zombie on the leg causing it to fall to the ground. Now that one of the zombies was gone the suited guy hit the zombie that was getting closer with a club in his hand and tore its arm from its body.

'He's stronger than he looks.'

Kaan was surprised by the suited guy's strength but quickly gathered himself and finished the job of the zombie on the ground. When he lifted his head he saw the other zombie falling to the ground while its head was rolling on the ground.

'This guy is no joke.'

Kaan was not sure if it was because of his ability or because of his own strength but he was sure it was not easy to tear a zombie's head from its body with one hit. He had he vary around the people more; he couldn't know who was enemy or ally.

The suited guy looked at Kaan with a slightly relaxed face.

"Thank you."

He said to Kaan, but Kaan could see that he was wary of him.

"Are you with them?"

Kaan pointed to the corner without wasting any time.

"Yes, we were trying to find food in here but then suddenly a lot of zombies started to emerge here and they are coming here nonstop."

He said with a troubled voice as he looked at his group. Kaan could see the worry on his face.

"If you listen to me, I can help you to save them."

When Kaan said it, the guy looked at him as if he could believe in him and then sighed.

"What do you have in mind? I tried to cause noise drag to zombies away, but it was not enough."

"Firstly, follow me."

Kaan said and began to walk to the counter of the cafeteria. They had to be quick or before they could help them, they were going to die under the zombies. The guy quickly followed him behind. Inside the counter area, there was only a zombie.

'Let me handle it.'

The suited guy said and jumped inside the counter area. Kaan followed him behind.

The guy quickly charged at the zombie. Kaan observed as the guy was charging and when he was about to hit he saw that the guy's muscles on his arms expanded. With the power of the hit, zombie fly to the wall.

'This has to be an ability. But what's the logic of it?'

Ability or not, this guy was strong, and it wouldn't be bad to have something around him. The guy wasted no time and smashed the zombie's head.

"What are we doing now?"

He asked turning towards the Kaan.

"Look at the drawers and grab anything that can cause noise. We will gather them on one of the tables."

Kaan said and began to check the drawers. The guy also began to do as he said. Kaan always had an eye on the guy as he was checking the drawers, he couldn't just trust anybody especially when they could break his bones with one hit. Unlike him the guy was fully focused on the task, the idea of saving his friends was probably keeping his mind busy and he probably didn't suspect someone who offered him help.

In one minute, you were able to gather quite a few things.

"Come on let's carry them to this table."

Kaan said and both of them quickly carried the things they gathered on the table while avoiding zombies. The table was ready in a few seconds. Kaan looked at the corner and like he'd thought zombies grew in number and pushed each other forward, he could not even see two of them anymore. There was not much time now.

"After we pushed and flip the table we'll run and help them to get rid of the zombies. Don't waste any time and don't run towards them from near the entrance looking at the street. We'll reach by strolling above."

"Got it."

"Then push."

Kaan said to him and together they began to push the table to the opposite corner. The table was heavy because of the things on it and it was causing noise and already gathering zombies.

"Now!'

Kaan shouted and then they flipped the table. The noises of metallic spoons, forks, and knives hitting the ground along with the noises of plates breaking filled the cafeteria; It had caused a higher noise than he thought.

Kaan along with the suit-wearing guy quickly ran up before both of them were swarmed by the zombies. As they looked at the zombies gathering, they knew that they had succeeded. Now that the easy part was over Kaan looked at the corner and saw two exhausted figures. He tightly held his baseball bat and follow the suit-wearing guy to his friends. It was now time to finish the hard part.
