I always thought of the world as a colorful place.
Different cultures, beautiful locations, people, even seasons
Unfortunately, like the different seasons, things change and people do as well.
I used to love colors before I decided to mix black and white, therefore becoming neutral
grey.
The world was never a fair place, and I learned that at a very young age.
When I decided seven years ago to free a bird from his cage, I call the Higashi
Workshop.
Doing so changed my childhood drastically.
I became the bird's replacement for seven years.
I was constantly compared to him and then rigorously trained to excel beyond him.
At last, I was finally freed, but with one goal in mind that was implanted by my father, Sadao Higashi.
After seven long years of being told that victory is the only thing to strive for,
I enrolled in this school that drilled the same lesson into my head again.

The only things that matter in life are succeeding and being number one.
The best of the best. Standing on the peak and looking down on others
That’s where I feel happiest.
It doesn’t matter how you do it.
It could be fair or underhanded.
If it results in a victory, then a win is a win for me.
As Class 1-2’s leader, I will ensure victory.
Or so I thought until I realized that the things I wanted might not actually be what's best for me.
Do I want to experience the things which were lost to me after that fateful day, or do I want to stay in this aggressive frame of mind?
Sadly enough, I don't have an answer to that self asked question.
Even so, I have to keep moving forward without any time for regrets.
