Chapter 1: -Prologue-

“Urghh.  Where the hell am I?”

‘I was just chilling playing some video games, and then I blacked out?’

‘Am I in a hospital?  I know I was never the healthiest but I don’t think I had health problems?  Wait I did have some heart problems when I was six or so?  So did I have a heart attack?  I hope not because that would make my parents heart-broken.’

Wait why can’t I remember my parents names?  Or my name?  Wait… did I die?’

‘No no no no!  I can’t have died,  I just got my acceptance into art school!?’

‘I worked so hard, and my parents too?  Arghh!  Why can’t I remember their names!’

“*inhales*  calm down me, and asses the situation.  If I really died then why am I in a void.”

‘I was never one to believe in heaven or hell.  So what is this then?’

As she said that a blinding light shone.

“Arghh!”

She closed her eyes as this happened.  But when she opened them what she saw could only be described with one word.  Hell.

“*sighh* I just had to jinx myself didn’t I.  Now it seems I’m in hell.  Also how am I so calm?  Have I just accepted my fate?”

‘I guess I’m literally in hell.  What do I do?  Shouldn’t I be being tortured, and feel death infinitely?  You know like in Christian mythology?’

She kept staying there not knowing what to do.  Until she heard a rustle.  And out came a very little gremlin.

“Fuck.  Gotta run!”

As she turned around she tripped over the root of a hellish looking tree.  And as she did the gremlin came closer.

‘Shit!  Arghh gotta attack it!’

She grabbed a rock of the dead ground, and threw it at the gremlin with all her might.

“SCREECH *crack*”

The gremlin screeched as it lay dying on the ground after being hit in the head with a rock.

“*heavy breathing* ah fuck.  I killed it.  Gotta calm down”

‘Huh?’

‘What?,  why do I feel so much more powerful?  Does killing demons make me stronger?’  I’ll find that out later, but right now.  I feel an insatiable desire to kill.’

She then roared out as loud as she could.  Alerting EVERYTHING and I mean everything in hell.

A seemingly infinite number of demons started towards the intruder.  Not knowing that being was going to bring their deaths.  A being that became hungry for power.

“Finally I killed my first S rank!”

The view of this woman on the demon was horrific.  Picture a woman wearing the corpses of demons, and smiling sadistically while sitting on top of a corpse that looked like Godzilla.  In size and shape.

She had never seen this notification before.

‘Oh well it can’t be anything worse than hell’

Oh how wrong she was.  As the timer finished.  She was assaulted by an unimaginable amount of pain.  Her screams were so horrific that even demons were scared of it.

“Ahh!  It finally ended!”

She sobbed with tears.  She couldn’t believe that she kept sane. 

“-Evolution Complete- -Evolved Into :Arch Devil: Rank Up, S-SSS”

‘Huh so that’s what it meant by evolution.  And I’m surprised I ranked up so much.  Anyways where am I?  I think I’m in some egg thing.  Well might as well try to punch my way out.’

She punched with all her might.  It was so fast and strong it created a shockwave as well as shooting shell shards into oblivion.

‘Well damn that just shows you how big a difference is between S and SSS rank.’

She looked at herself, and she thought ‘hot damn do I look good.’  She had a crown of 12 horns around her head.  Silver gray hair that fades into a crimson red.  Pointy elf shaped ears.  And a long abyss black devil tail with a heart shaped spear at the end.  Her hands had long black claw like nails.  And she had C cup ‘assets’.  4 sets of massive wings with a 4 meter wingspan each.  And grayish skin.

‘Man a million years of torture sure seems like a fitting punishment for me.’

‘Well anyways I should probably get back to assimilating.  Especially now that I’m way stronger.’  

As she looked around she noticed something was odd.

“It’s a bit greener than I remember. Oh well a million years is a long time.  Maybe my aura made it so all of this could grow.”

‘I guess I should search for Devils now instead of demons as they probably aren’t going to help me grow stronger any more

-Ding-

‘Hmm?’

-Rank High Enough For Name.  Naming… … … Infiverse interference name set to :Alicrot:

‘Uhh i guess my name is Alicrot now.  What the hell is the Infiverse? Anyways moving on from that weirdness I think I can sense other devils.  I think this information came with the evolution neat.’

As she started searching she found out she could sense how powerful they were.  But this just scared her because what she sensed were three X ranks. 

“Lucifer,  Appolyon, and Adramalech.  Huh, I’ll beat you one day.”

She knew who they were because of the devil knowledge she was granted.  She decided to be a bit more discreet now that she found those guys.  So she decided just to start at SS ranks.

On top of a castle stood a beautiful woman wearing crimson.  She was a devil.  The strongest devil.  She stood in front of a dying devil.  Using the last of his power he extended his lifetime by a few moments.

“*cough* heh so you’re the one that killed the other two.”-

“Yes yes I did Lucifer.  And I thank you for the great battle.”

“Heh no problems kid.  I may be evil but I know how to respect people.  I feel this was better than rotting away in a castle.  So I thank you.  Now may I know your name?”

“Alicrot, Devilis Alicrot.”

His eyes widened at that.

“Huh so you were the one that thing chose.”

“Do you mean the Infiverse? whatever that is.”

“Heh yeah kid.  The infiverse is everything.  It’s the true infinite.  It choose you for a reason.  Either for entertainment.  Or a big change.”

“I guess that makes sense.  It seems your times up.  I once again thank you for this battle.”

“Heh no problem kid *cough*”

As he said that he faded away.

‘Well I’m now the strongest devil alive.  I wonder what my evolutions going to be? Well I guess I’ll just wait .

When the timer hit zero.  She braced herself for the pain.  But this time instead of pain it was comfort.  Like a warm bed after a cold long day.  It brought sleep upon her. And that was the last hell saw of Devilis Alicrot for many years.
