Chapter 2: A slavery start… or not

The villagers though confused by the lack of cries from the baby, left in good mood after congratulating the couple for their first son. The parents were also happy but the lack of any cries also caused them serious discomfort. They tried to get various reactions out of their newborn child to no avail. They also began to fear another premonition on their part when the child did not seem to respond to any sounds which was proven when lily, the older sister had literally screamed at the child's ear as to induce a reaction from the reaction-less brother.

" Dear, Why haven't we even sought the name today, he was born fairly early in the morning", mother of the child spoke in a concerned tone.

The father frowned as he fell in deep thought, ' How can i tell that i have been so consumed by the disabilities the boy may have, that a name has been least of my concerns, no! no! no! even if the child has the disabilities i have to raise him, he is my child but he may have gotten unfortunate to be like this or this can even be temporary'

"We will have his naming ceremony with the elders morrow, i was worried about his condition, let's think of a different name for him, the ones i thought of earlier does not seem to fit his charming red eyes" He said as he watched the mesmerizing eyes no one other in the family had.

" Let's see how about-"...….

Lily came back sneakily and tried to hold the baby in her arms again, her other sister now asleep with the baby. She left as the sun started to set on the horizon. She sat under the apple tree as she found she could balance the baby just fine and her parents had been concerned for nothing.

She sat opposite from her house so as her parents notice her and her fun get ruined early, she hummed and then she heard loud sounds and then screams, she turned her head in horror dropping the baby to the ground, there stood a white haired monkey, albeit 5 times the size killing her mother as she ran out of the house, her house half decimated, it then turned around and threw a rag into it's mouth.

Reality dawned on lily as she stood there in horror, frozen to the bone. She tried to scream but no words followed opening of her mouth. Her throat was parched like never before as though the fear had dryed it up. She was then lifted into the air, but it was of no care, her world had itself been decimated before her eyes, she didn't turn or she couldn't as a raspy voice rang.

"Heh, looks like we got a tip for our overly good work, these brats will fetch quite a sum if sold properly, i think we would have got a jackpot if we got the girl too." Said a bulky one armed man as he examined both siblings.

"Hmmm, anyways bard, call back your silverback before he does more of this shit stuff, i want to vomit seeing this gore flying all round" A man with a calm voice spoke and started heading in the opposite direction. "All of you quick and return to the port in half an hour, don't loot the village carelessly there are some level 1s here"

""Aye Aye"" Everyone responded in unison.

Lily with her brother was thrown into a wooden cage, seeing her baby brother again, she clutched as if her life depended on him, sobbing into his embrace. The kidnappers discussed how they could not capture more slaves as the adventurers started engaging the silverback and had to flee after taking their full compensation from their employer who was ecstatic as he had only ordered for the killing of the young son born but now he could triple his farmland and get filthy rich by usurping his brother's more fertile and useful land.

The ship sailed and days passed , lily seemed somewhat depressed but her brother seemed to try to cheer her up with common baby antics as though he was trying different combinations of trickery. The brother that had never smiled to her ever since he was born despite how many times she tried but now he was gazing with bright red eyes and trying to cheer her up, she understood that she was now being comforted by her now days old brother. She gained some vigor and started feeding him the food that was passed at her , dripping it in water for hours and feeding him slowly in small pieces. She thought things would be ok as long as she could be with her only family that was left and clung onto that hope.

But that hope was soon shattered.

A massive wave rose as half of the ship vanished, this time lily already having experienced a similar situation, tackled their cage with full strength so as to escape with her brother. The cage took into the air and was hit by another massive wave as lily watched the cause of the situation, A gigantic fish like creature with fins as though they were wings on an eagle. She felt her impending doom.

Her brain raced, searching for anything to get out of this situation, but the only thing that she was felt her own uselessness, she did not have any control over things, only thing she could do was think or watch as her world crumbled around her, even her own brother had been more useful than her, he did not even cry and kept steady, even soothed with his glowing red eyes.

She accepted her death with a urge to get powerful, to upturn her own powerlessness, to never feel this helplessness. But another wave erupted as the sea creature the size of a house was eaten by another one , albeit about its own size but a gaze on it, and the utter scale of power it had could be felt as the wave hurled the siblings into oblivion.

Lily fainted as the wave hit her but not before she turned her back on it embracing the baby in her small arms as if her life depended on it.

The next morning tionae on her daily stroll to beach to check on her Familia's ship's condition, sure she walked to the beach everyday but that was the eastside one which was closest to both the colosseum and her sleeping room. She frowned when she saw a wooden cage with a little girl tinkering with it.

"This cage is so dangerous, but sister will protect you like she did before, wait for your sister umm...." A silence hung over as a fact dawned on lily. "your name baby, your name" She paused and then cried." uwaaah, baby never even got a name and i ,i am again crying and i so tired and bloody" She smacked her own head and started pulling wood away from the cage like a madman.

She smacked the girl's head but was hit with a wood piece that was finally separated from the cage where it had loosely hung before. 'This little shit i am going to throw her to that kali women now and make her regret her life '. She thought how she was trying to be gentle by thinking of throwing her into slave quarters and live her life with peace. But now it was different her whole morning was ruined by being enraged without even fighting.

She then saw a male child in the wooden cage and thought about what she should do with him. She thought might as well raise him as her breeding partner secretly, his red eyes would make a charming man. Not missing a heartbeat she then hid it on the ship thinking to retrieve him back when she got back. 

" Goddess Kaaaali" She shouted as she entered a room with a small red haired goddess fixing her white bone mask.

The goddess glared at her for shouting like a madman. Tionae took the hint and said in a more repressed tone

The goddess scowled " you brought a three year non amazon, Hah , how is it going to be entertaining?"

Tionae quickly added " She managed to hit me even though i am a level two by surprise, I am sure she is gonna make one hell of a warrior"

The goddess seemed to be thinking " Ok you mean she is going to be entertaining?"

"Absolutely!"

"Ok, I will give her my falna, So Wake her up and you have to take responsibility now, you will take care of her for one month so she doesn't die from hands of others without any fun"

Her child's pace paled "umm goddess she can die even when i am looking out for her"

The goddess continued and added her falna at an almost dexterous speed not caring for her own previous order for waking the child up. "don't worry you won't get any men for some months if that happens, you saw something in her didn't you."

"O-of course, I will definitely take responsibility"

The new addition woke up just in time, and looked around in confusion. She then screamed to the obviously smaller target" Where did you take my baby"

The goddess considered for a second if she was speaking with some weirdly super small prum. She then glanced at Tionae who was obviously ready to shut the child for ruining her plans. " You are the baby, and not a fun one at that"

"No no no, Where is my baby brother, I was with him when i woke up earlier, Please don't separate us he is the only family i am left with" Lily said squeezing all her childish innocence.

The goddess then turned to her other child catching up on the situation pretty quick. "Tionae, now did you get a fetish to sate your desires on some baby boy, huh, i didn't think any of my familia members would stoop down so low".

Tionae realized her own mistake, how she had taken a literal baby, what would happen if she was bred into some tool to sate desires since she was born. She then had a strange bout of intelligence as she replied " Of course not goddess, i just kept him away from the others who might have done so, also he was injured and i was going to deposit him into slave quarter's where he can be raised" Her intelligence was only for a second though "I never hid him thinking of breeding so he may not get snatched."

The goddess understood the lies and truth from her statements and smirked" So take your responsivity and also throw the baby to the slave quarters now, I will send argana with you too"

Lily understood that they were in trouble though she didn't know what slaves were. She pleaded again "Please don't separate me from my brother, I will do whatever you say, pleaase"

Kali raised an eyebrow. "This is Telskyura girl, the nation of woman warriors, you can see your baby brother but we see how to raise him, although we have not raised a male child in our lives, but he can be raised as a warrior, perhaps as a woman, hmm, Tionae you have to now take responsiblity for both of them now, disguise him for a woman until he reaches adulthood, i want to see how he grows in comparison to the amazons in the same environment"

The goddess then paused "Hahaha, Indeed it is great entertainment!"

Tionae was now resigned to her fate, how she had tangled herself in the biggest mess on Telskyura, The nation of amazons.
