Energy. Energy is a form of power which can help a human or any other life form to break the limits. It can aid to make humans more powerful than normal ones. But this power is not a plaything. Sometimes it can even harm user or by having better control it can enhance the strength of user.

And now Alex has started his study of Energy and its types. And how it comes to this is because its time for him to sort out the advantages and disadvantages of using different types of energy. Alex who has the body which use all types of energy naturally has to research the energies aside mana.

Now, as starting from the most known energy – Mana or Magical Energy. Mana is the easiest to use energy. It is easier to control and even has many variations. And it is the most abundant energy present in surroundings. It is made up of natural energy and soul energy.

In Dragon Ball, powerful people use an energy which is known as Ki/Chi or Body Energy. Ki is the energy which is most destructive. Its power is off charts. By using enough Ki, one can even destroy a planet easily. It is made up of body energy and soul energy. Overuse of Ki puts body in strain or can even lead to death calculated by the usage of Ki.

The last form of energy is hardest to use – Spiritual Energy. It is made up of solely soul energy. To use this energy a person needs both high talent and super hard work. Even if one has high talent but doesn't work much, then it won't work. If some one practices day and night but don't have enough talent then also it won't work.

There are also energies which doesn't fall in these three categories such as life energy, death energy, holy energy, demonic energy, etc. But these energies are not attained by most people so the upper three energies are the most usable ones.

Talent is needed for every energy. For mana even a small talent can allow a person to cast spells but it would be of low class. Physique is not much important for use of mana. For Ki, a person needs to have super class physique to attain power. Talent is also necessary but not as physique. And for spiritual energy, one needs to have both high talent and good physique if you want to reach the highest point.

Now its best to list the advantages and disadvantages of energies. Mana as easiest energy has variety forms. It an be used to enhance strength by several folds or it can be converted and casted as magic. The ones who use mana have a core inside the body. It is known as mana core. It works like a mana generator. It absorbs natural energy from air and mixes soul energy in core and keeps it in the body. It somebody destroys the mana core, then the user won't be able to use it for lifetime. But there are methods to restore it. Alex who has body of nature is an exception. His whole body itself is mana generator. Means Alex doesn't have mana core because his whole body itself is a mana core.

Ki is the most destructive energy. No matter how much mana is used, it can't compare to the power of Ki. As soul energy is in Ki, it produces three variations. First is Good Ki or Pure Ki. It is present in the person who are pure in heart. Second is Bad Ki or Evil Ki. It is present in the ones who are pure evil. But this evil Ki can be changed if the person's heart changes. Last is the Godly Ki. This Ki is used by godly beings. As Ki is mostly made up of body energy, a good physique is needed for usage of Ki. A body with good vitality is most proper for the usage of Ki.

Spiritual Energy is hardest energy. For its usage high training is needed. Spiritual energy also has variations but all of them are hard to use. And Alex is using one of them – Haki. To use Haki properly, one has to clear from inside. Or it be better to say one who rides on conviction without any hinderance can use it easily compared to others. It uses soul energy, so the one who has strong soul can use it most collectively. The best advantage of spiritual energy is that it works on everything depending upon variations. If want to attack curses, use cursed energy which a part of spiritual energy. Want to attack a soul, can use the primary form of soul energy. The one Alex is practicing is Haki which is manifestation of will. It can be used to enhance the body attack and defence. It can be used to predict opponents move. And it can even make the weak-willed people faint without, much action. Using Haki, Alex can stop Ki bullets or Magic spells but it should be better than opponents move. And now with Alex's Ex ranked Haki, Ki blasts or elemental spells can be endured without any scratch.

In normal words, Mana is an energy which is easiest use and has many variations to use – Fire magic, Water magic, etc. Ki is the most destructive energy and extremely good body with good vitality is needed. And spiritual energy is the hardest to use but it keeps advantage over all types of other energies.

Alex who understood the theory of energies was now thinking of putting in real practice. He needs to test his Haki and Mana against Ki energy attacks.

"It is good that I made friends with Namekians or else where I could practice my powers. It would be good to spar with Nail. After all he is strongest one." Alex thought as his research of energy types ended.

"But before the spar I need to learn one of my most useful as well as powerful skill – Limitless and the usage of Six Eyes."
