Outside Konoha Perimeters,

Jay looked at the darkening sky, leaning against the wall, with his hands crossed.

Until three presences entered his radar before they appeared in front of him.

One of them was a dark-skinned kunoichi with long, spiky red hair and amber eyes. The other kunoichi was a tall, fair-skinned woman wearing a voluptuous figure, blue eyes, and shoulder-length blonde hair, cut in an asymmetrical style.

While the last one was dark-skinned Kumo-nin with short, spiky, white hair and dark eyes accentuated with eyelashes curving upwards from the corners.

"Samui-san, Omoi-san, and Karui-san, welcome to Konoha. Well, what's left of it," Jay waved his hand, smiling at them.

Samui stoically nodded, "Jay-sama. It's an honor to be guided by you."

Jay chuckled, "Welcome to our...well...rebuilding home. Come in."

He walked in the open door with the three of them following him, "So what do you want?"

Samui hesitated, "it would be better if we talk to the Hokage directly."

"Well, it's not hard to guess that you are here because one of your tailed beasts got taken, and then Konoha was destroyed, and we did capture the leaders. You want a piece of them?"

Samui glanced at him looking, back at them, without a change in expression as she kept following.

Jay slowly blinked, smiling, walking towards the Hokage's tent. He strode inside when his eyes fell on someone else sitting in the tent, other than Minato.

The woman with red hair glanced back, smiling on her seductive lips, "Jay-dono, and here I wouldn't get a chance to meet you."

Jay walked over, taking Mei's hand, kissing the back of her hand, "Hello, beautiful."

"Oh, it seems others reached here before us. You could have called us."

Jay glanced over, looking at Garra enter the ten with Temari behind him, making him narrow his eyes, "I didn't notice you."

"That was the point," Garra smiled, "If you didn't, then there is a high chance that the leftover members of Akatsuki didn't."

Minato smiled, "This is a bigger gathering than I was expecting. It seems everyone has the same idea."

"Well, almost everyone," Jay sat down on Minato's right side, leaning against the chair.

On the other hand, Minato and Mei kept greeting until they sat down with Garra while others stood behind them.

Minato looked towards Samui, smiling, "Please have a seat."

Samui glanced towards Mei and Garra before bowing. When Garra smiled at her, she was about to say something, "Don't worry so much."

Mei nodded, "you are representing Thunder Village. It wouldn't look good if you kept standing while the others sat."

Samui hesitated before sitting down but didn't say anything.

Jay sneakily smiled at her since she was sitting opposite him while Minato cleared his throat, "I am sure you are to know how we learned about Akatsuki."

He opened the drawer, putting three scrolls in front of them, dividing them between the three, "it has the same content. We put together a timeline of events from the time Ataksuki was born. What led to change in Akatsuki's ideologies, what it is now and what we might have to deal with."

Jay pressed his lips, almost looking sad over being left out, "I didn't get any?"

Mei chuckled, shifting her chair near him, "You can share mine?"

Jay shifted towards her, putting his arm around her chair, leaning in to read, "I think I will be migrating to your village."

Mei glanced at him, his face so near hers, "Migrating? Is that the right word?"

Jay raised his eyes, thinking, "Mm, yeah. That's the right word."

Mei rolled her eyes, opened the scrolls, and read the scroll's content. From the time that it was first formed. When Yahiko was nearly killed by Hanzo and Danzo, going into a comThis guy called himself Madara came and convinced them that there was a better way.

The next step of Akatsuki's plan,

Which was to hold all nine tailed beasts and use them to stop the evergoing wars. And then so on and on until their capture.

There was silence until Garra said, "By Madara...does he mean the same?"

Minato shook his head, "No, it's an Uchiha, but not Madara. Although we have played with a possibility that Madara somehow survived that final fight, and even got the cells of Lord Hashirama and extended his life. But even so, he would be an old man right now."

"The one they met might be a proxy of Madara, but not Madara. But he isn't any less. He has Lord Hashirama's cell and can use a weakened wood style and also has a Mangekyo Sharingan, which gives him a space-time Jutsu. It makes him nigh-invulnerable, except for that one moment when he attacks. You can see how that makes him just as tough an opponent," Jay said, talking while looking at the scroll and Mei.

"So, what does he want?" Mei closed the scroll, looking up at Jay. Their faces were inches away.

Jay raised his eyebrow, seemingly lost for words, when Minato cleared his throat again, making Jay blankly look up, "What, right...um...he wants..."

"I think Madara wants to become a God," Minato took over, saving him the planned embarrassment.

"A God?" Garra confusedly looked at him, not understanding.

"Oye, oye, Isn't Madara like an old man now? How can he become a God?"

"Oh, that I know. The weapon that Akatsuki planned to make was made by putting nine tailed beasts in one body. Except, the tailed beasts were already one, and it was Sage of Six Path that separated them into nine. By putting them back into one body, Madara would get the true monster, the only tailed beast monster, Jyuubi. And by becoming the jinchuriki of a Jyuubi, he could gain the same power as Six Path of Sage, and maybe even a long life."

"You just said that Madara was old? Can he even control power like that? Or become a Jinchuriki?" Samui finally opened her mouth, making Minato open another drawer, "Yes, because he possesses something others don't have. Rinnegan, the eyes of Six Path himself. Taken from Nagato before his capture."

Minato put the scroll in front of them, "These are the powers of Rinnegan."

Later,

Jay walked out of the tent, taking a swig of fresh air, breathing, and hearing the voices behind him.

This discussion was going on for too long for his health. He yawned, wondering if he should go back outside.

But then, whatever they decided didn't mean much to him. It wasn't like he planned on following, or they would pick something good.

Currently, the whole politics is divided into three, with Sand and Water on the side of Leaf. And Rock and Thunder with their separate allegiance.

Rock might come to their side, but the Thunder was too strong.

The fourth was still not over his father's death, who Rock killed.

Ugh, this thinking about all this made his head hurt.

It wasn't like he hadn't dealt with this stuff, but this was what he was tired of, the reason why he came over, to breathe a sigh of relief.

He stopped, looking at everyone rebuilding the village, smiling, "Oh well, I guess I can help with something."

He walked back inside to his seat beside Mei, looking at Minato, "What did you guys decide?"

"A Five Kage Conference," Minato smiled, "We plan to bring everyone together and come to a solution."

"Hm, so you want to bring everyone that he wants dead together so that he could kill you in one place?"

"If he can kill us all when we are together, it doesn't matter if we fight him. He'd be too strong to beat. He already has 8 of the tailed beasts. There is only one left. The only one that he can come after is the one inside Hokage. Or one inside his son. We need to protect the two."

"You don't have to worry about that. My son is in a safe place, with people who could protect him. It would be much easier to come after me than going after him."

"Do you mind telling us where he is? And with who?" Samui stoically glanced towards him.

"He's in another dimension, accessible only by using space-time ninjutsu. Jiraya-sensei, Yahiko and Nagato are with him," Minato smiled, telling.

"Wait, you put the Jinchuriki together with two leaders of Akatsuki?" Samui frowned, rudely staring at him.

Minato smiled at her, narrowing his eyes, "I put my son with two leaders of Akatsuki because I trust them. Nagato possesses great power. Even though his Rinnegans were taken. Madara proxy underestimated his abilities. He restored his eyes and has almost restored to full strength. No, with Lady Tsunade's help, he's in impeccable condition. Even if I used Kyuubi's powers, I am unsure who the winner would be. Even though I am sure I can win against Madara's protege. No one else is more capable of defending my son."

"What if this was all a ruse?"

Jay scratched his cheek, "Then, we have a third member of their group, training someone else in another dimension. The two won't leave without her. We don't like it, but we can't play around with the world's fate at stake."

Samui sat down, nodding, "Right."

Mei hugged Jay's hand, smiling, "Will you come to the Kage meeting?"

"Uh...um...I am...wait, am I?" Jay seemed flustered as he glanced towards her breasts, looking away, gazing towards Minato for help.

Minato chuckled, "All right. I'll ask someone to guide you to your rooms; there are some new scientific inventions you should look at. Although most of that was destroyed, we still have some prototypes."

Minato tapped on the table, and a few Anbu appeared in front of them, kneeling, "Please, guide the guest towards their room."

They didn't precisely have rooms but few wooden houses that Yamato built for them.

He walked straight out of the doors of Konoha, turning towards the forest, walking towards his house.

When someone abruptly appeared from the side of the tree, colliding against him.

He stretched his hand forward, holding her waist, "Sorry...are you all right?"

There was a metallic blue light on the disc and slices as they floated in the air.

Jay picked one of them while giving the other to Samui, "Connect disc."

The blue lights blinked, and his holographic image appeared on his screen, and hers appeared on him. While theirs appeared on the other three-disc, "Minato wanted it so that all five Kage's can talk to each other. But the range is something I am still working on and if we can reconstruct network lines. Then I can miniaturize it and popularize it."

He looked at her stoic expression, smiling as he clicked on the center disc, "right if we can take this to a high enough level. At the center point of five villages, we can form a connection. But that is for later. The first meeting should be in person. Moving on."

Samui turned over, leaning against the cabinet with numerous items on it, holding onto Jay's t-shirt, "I think I want to see more..."

Jay leaned in, putting his hands on the cabinets beside her. His lips were against hers.

Jay looked at Nagato's eyes, which were different from the other experiments he had done with these eyes before. From Sharingan to Magekyo Sharingan, to Eternal Magekyo Sharingan. And the whole division between Uzumaki blood and Senju blood. Even some traces of blood in the Kaguya clan. And then there was the blood of Hyuga and the people on the moon like Hyuga. All these traces of bloodline originate from the woman inside the moon. He wanted to recreate her DNA, but he wasn't sure how it would react. So when he created a new past for Nagato, he took the time to collect all these bloodlines, research, and then create a new DNA for Nagato. With his DNA as the main and that new, purer DNA buried right under it. Both of them interlaced with each other, and now there were changes in Nagato's body.

He mastered Sage Mode just like that, and it seems he awakened a Sharingan and three months took it to three tomoe. His chakra has bloated, and there was so much more going on, "Well, then maybe I should teach you something too."
