Ren Shuhan removed the damp towel from his eyes and turned to look. For the first time, he felt that being transmigrated into a book wasn’t bad at all.

After all, he hadn’t seen Qingyue acting so awkward in years.

In truth, given Qingyue’s personality, even if they had done it countless times before, he would still be shy like in the beginning. However, in the ABO world, when Qingyue entered his heat, he would become very unrestrained because whenever his pheromones enveloped him, he would start spouting nonsense, saying and sometimes writing embarrassingly explicit words that would make anyone blush. He would also get affectionate after being influenced by alcohol, particularly fond of touching his own pectorals and abs, and [censored], crying out of breath.

So now, for Ren Shuhan, it was like getting used to eating lavish meals but suddenly being served a simple bowl of porridge and side dishes, or it was more like a wife with various flavors.

It was quite exciting!

Jiang Qingyue sat by the edge of the bathtub, his black hair sticking to his neck with water dripping down his whole body which sported a pink hue. Water droplets flowed along his collarbone, and he wore a towel around his waist, fidgeting with his fingers.

“Little Qingyue has grown up,” Ren Shuhan squinted his eyes and shamelessly teased, “Isn’t it inappropriate to take a bath like this in front of Uncle?”

Jiang Qingyue was taken aback, pursed his lips, changed his position, and sat with his back to him, ignoring him.

He had just said it was inappropriate, yet clearly, it was Uncle who asked him to look.

Ah…

Ren Shuhan became even more excited. Was this the grown-up Qingyue who was pampered since childhood? He was overjoyed at the idea of seeing his little temper!

Qingyue’s back was beautiful too; He used to leave many marks on it before. Now he really wanted to kiss him, but he had to maintain the act. Otherwise, he would have pounced on him already.

“Psst…”

“What’s wrong?” Jiang Qingyue immediately turned back and leaned over, worried, his towel hanging halfway down his waist.

Ren Shuhan took the opportunity to grab his hand and asked, “Did I say something wrong? Forgive me, okay?”

Jiang Qingyue squirmed a bit and sat by the edge of the bathtub, nodding.

“Don’t catch a cold,” Ren Shuhan pointed to the towel, “Wrap yourself up a bit.”

He was a neat freak. The suite in this hotel was always booked by him. Everything was for his personal use. He enjoyed seeing Jiang Qingyue wearing his shirts or draped in his towels, as if inviting him, very enticing.

But after Jiang Qingyue put on the towel, he didn’t wrap it tightly. Instead, he left it open and looked down at the bubbles in the bathtub, saying, “Didn’t you say you wanted to see me? You haven’t really seen anything yet…”

Ren Shuhan: !!

Jiang Qingyue was being bold and confident. He could still do this?

“I’ve seen,” Ren Shuhan’s gaze lingered on his blushing ears, “Very beautiful. Like I said, you’ve grown up.”

“Then…?” Jiang Qingyue lifted one leg, kneeling on the edge of the bathtub, and asked softly, “Would you like to touch?”

How could Ren Shuhan not want to?

Damn, I really want to! Come to my arms, my wife!

But is this progressing too fast? He didn’t want to make his wife think he was too eager and creepy like some weird old man. But he couldn’t bring himself to refuse, so he closed his eyes, leaned back against the pillow, and covered his eyes with the towel, avoiding looking at him.

He had teased and then ignored him, sometimes being proactive, and other times cold and distant. It might make Qingyue feel uneasy. How should he explain his behavior?

Just as he was thinking about how to make up excuses, Jiang Qingyue grabbed his wrist and raised one leg, stepping into the bathtub. He held Ren Shuhan’s hand, placing it on his chest.

“Can I come in?” Jiang Qingyue whispered in his ear.

Ren Shuhan was startled by his words.

For others, it might not be a big deal, just taking a bath together in a double bathtub. But Ren Shuhan had often asked his wife this question before, now he felt unsure since his wife’s personality was more dominant. Being suddenly asked this question in return was quite intimidating.

And before he could respond, Jiang Qingyue had already pressed against him, their soft bodies touching, and he clung to Ren Shuhan’s arm, resting his head on his shoulder.

“Is it not allowed?” he asked softly, “Little Uncle.”

It had been years since he heard him call him that, and Ren Shuhan’s body trembled slightly.

He couldn’t hold back anymore, removed the towel from his eyes, turned to look at the close Jiang Qingyue, and asked in a soft voice, “Are you trying to seduce me?”

Jiang Qingyue’s heart was pounding so loudly that Ren Shuhan thought it was exaggerated.

Unable to resist, Ren Shuhan pressed his chest firmly. Jiang Qingyue made a soft “en” sound, seemingly satisfied or maybe something else.

Ren Shuhan turned his face slightly and gave him a gentle kiss.

It was just a light peck, and then he backed away. But Jiang Qingyue was not satisfied, he raised his chin and pecked Ren Shuhan again. He still didn’t react, so Jiang Qingyue took the initiative and extended his tongue a bit.

How could he endure this?

Ren Shuhan pressed him against the edge of the bathtub and playfully bullied him for quite a while.

After about half an hour, nothing happened in the bathroom. There was complete silence, nothing at all, really.

Usually, Ren Shuhan wouldn’t be as relaxed as he was now. By this point, he would have lost control and been unable to hold back. But this time, he found a new interest, attentively observing Jiang Qingyue’s reactions. Whenever Qingyue tried to escape, Ren Shuhan firmly held him down and helped him wash his back! Nothing else happened.

Jiang Qingyue had thought his little uncle might feel a bit insecure because of his disability, so he needed to be proactive. Unexpectedly, his little uncle was so bold that he almost drove him crazy. When he came out of the bathtub, his legs were so weak he could barely walk. But his little uncle managed to stand on his own, using both arms to support himself, then using crutches to walk back to the bed without needing his help like when they went to the bathroom?

(Well, I’ve finished changing it.)

He felt like he was being lured into something…

Moreover, every time Ren Shuhan took a step, he urged Jiang Qingyue to keep up, not allowing him to stray even a step away, as if he wanted to tie him down.

This was definitely a trap…

Oh well, it was past 11 PM, and Jiang Qingyue was exhausted, too tired to argue with him. Even when lying in bed beside him, his mind was a bit fuzzy. He touched Ren Shuhan’s chest muscles and asked in a dissatisfied tone, “You seem quite skilled at this?”

Ren Shuhan was smitten by his cuteness and couldn’t stop laughing: “Maybe it’s a natural talent.”

Really? Was it his first time?

Jiang Qingyue looked at him with doubt for a while but couldn’t tell if he was serious or not. In the end, he decided not to dwell on it. He wondered why his uncle found it so amusing.

It was strange because he had heard that his uncle rarely smiled in recent years. Yet, his happiness didn’t seem fake, and he even mentioned something about having a “natural talent.” Jiang Qingyue thought, although his uncle was not in the best condition physically, he still enjoyed teasing him. How could he still be so optimistic and cheerful?

However, he felt there was nothing wrong with that. Snuggling in Ren Shuhan’s arms, he felt especially relaxed, as if he had long been accustomed to the warmth of his embrace.

He made a soft sound and didn’t answer, finding a comfortable position to settle in. He wrapped his legs around Ren Shuhan’s leg quietly.

Although this was Jiang Qingyue’s first intimate encounter with someone and he had just broken up with his ex of seven years, when he got close to Ren Shuhan, he felt a sense of familiarity. He just wanted to claim his little uncle for himself.

“Do you like me so much?” Ren Shuhan held him and affectionately kissed his face. “Do you even know what kind of person I am, and yet you dare to seduce me?”

Tired and drowsy, Jiang Qingyue mumbled in his embrace, “Mm, little uncle is little uncle. I’ve liked you for a long time.”

Ren Shuhan was pleasantly surprised.

Was this the first time Qingyue took the initiative to confess to him?

In the past, Qingyue had always been passive, not only because of the overwhelming aura but also because of his own lack of confidence due to his usually dysfunctional family. He always felt unworthy of someone he liked. But this time, that problem seemed to have improved.

Ren Shuhan’s heart was melting with happiness as he gently stroked Qingyue’s hair and said, “Sleep now, little uncle has liked you for a long time too.”

Jiang Qingyue quickly fell asleep.

Suddenly, the system prompted, “The host is currently not at risk of exposure. It is now safe to temporarily adjust the host’s body to a healthy state.”

Ren Shuhan: “…”

Now what’s the use of it?

Well, better than nothing, it was alright to just go with it.

After a while, Jiang Qingyue woke up in a daze and asked, “Huh? What’s pressing against me?”

Ren Shuhan: “… It’s nothing, baby, go back to sleep.”

He kissed Jiang Qingyue’s lips and caressed his back, lulling him back to sleep. Feeling exhausted, he asked the system to adjust his health status back to normal.

The next morning, Jiang Qingyue woke up early.

He stared at Ren Shuhan’s sleeping face for a long time, confirming that everything that happened last night was real. He suddenly managed to seduce the person he liked, and after going to sleep together, he even successfully confessed to his feelings, with Ren Shuhan replying that he liked him too.

To others, this might seem ordinary, but the person he managed to win over was his strict and enigmatic uncle!

Last night, Ren Shuhan didn’t act like others described him—cold-blooded. Although he enjoyed teasing people, he was incredibly gentle and made Qingyue so happy… But then again, he had always treated him well.

After reminiscing for a while, Jiang Qingyue secretly kissed Ren Shuhan’s stubbled chin, quietly got up, and went to the bathroom. He wanted to squeeze toothpaste onto a toothbrush and order breakfast for both of them to be delivered.

However, as soon as Jiang Qingyue took a few steps after getting out of bed, he suddenly realized…

He had just broken up with Shi Xi a couple of days ago!

He still had deep feelings for Shi Xi, so how could he suddenly end up in bed with his uncle!

What was going on? It was terrifying!

Jiang Qingyue felt like he had been struck by lightning, so he hastily put on his clothes and ran off.

By then, it was almost 7 AM. Ren Shuhan was used to waking up early for exercises, but last night he stayed up late reading a novel to ease his unfulfilled desires and settle down for the future.

Upon waking up, he said to himself, “…….”

Heh, trying to escape?

Too late.

“Where are you? Come back.”

Ren Shuhan sent Jiang Qingyue a message and called him a couple of times, but received no response. The calls couldn’t get through, and he realized that he was too late in taking action.

If only he had explained things to Qingyue last night, but Ren Shuhan was afraid that Qingyue wouldn’t be able to handle such a significant revelation all at once.

As he thought that Qingyue might be on his way to meet Shi Xi right now, Ren Shuhan felt deeply melancholic.

I took care of you so much last night, and you’re not satisfied? Just wait until I bring you back.

“How can I tie him to me?”

Ren Shuhan asked the system, but it couldn’t provide an answer because…

“The host’s current novel belongs to ‘JJ Literature City1It’s literally Jinjiang Literature City, or more commonly known by all as jjwxc,’ and it cannot depict graphic descriptions of imprisonment.”

So, Ren Shuhan had to find Wen Xin and discuss his and Jiang Qingyue’s schedule.

As expected, Jiang Qingyue was attending a press conference nearby. He, Qingyue, Shi Xi, and supporting role Qu Chong were all going to be present. If he wanted to weaken the protagonist’s halo and rescue Jiang Qingyue, he had to start with saving the other supporting roles first.

Perhaps, this was what they meant by “A little fragrance always clings to the hand that gives the roses2This quote/proverb means that if we do good deeds for others, the goodness of it can also affect us positively”

Guess who went on a short vacancy away and forgot to properly schedule chapters while she was away ヘ(・_|

I will try to upload some extra releases to make up for it ~^^~
