The Range Rover sped through the road as fast as lightning. The speed indicator on the dashboard already was at 150 kilometres per hour, but Ling Yun continued to step on the accelerator.
He got the hang of it the moment he laid hands on the rover. The faster he drove, the greater his sense of satisfaction. His current speed was even faster than Ling Yun’s Dragon Fish Phantom Ability!
Qingshui Wharf was located on the east side of Qingshui City and they were quite a distance apart from each other. Qingshui Highway’s wider road was indeed a suitable place to take the car for a spin. The green trees whipped by ever faster to their sides.
“Brother Yun, please drive slower… you’re going to lower the lifespan of the car at this rate…”
Ling Yun couldn’t care less about Tie Xiaohu’s concern.
“Alright!” Ling Yun was almost satisfied. Reducing the speed to 120 kilometers per hour, he started to play around with the car’s various functionality.
“How is the training going for your Stellar Condensation Technique?” Now that he was travelling a much more reasonable speed, Ling Yun started talking to Tie Xiaohu.
There were a total of seven realms in the Stellar Condensation Technique, with seven sub-realms within each major one. Therefore, there was a total of 49 realms altogether.
Ling Yun was currently in the sixth sub-realm. Since he was close to completing the first major realm, he was pretty much invulnerable to any physical attack.
Compared to Ling Yun’s progress, Tie Xiaohu was ashamed at his slow advancement. “I’m cultivating really slowly, but I should be at the second version. I’ll get to the third soon.”
If Ling Yun was not on the wheel, he would have punched Tie Xiaohu in the face. “Slow? You’re almost catching up to me! Slow, my *ss!”
The fact that Tie Xiaohu was able to reach that in four days was a remarkable feat. He would have been considered almighty in the Cultivation World, yet he still had the cheek to demean himself like that.
Physical power was directly correlated with the Stellar Condensation Technique. No amount of spiritual energy would be able to quicken its cultivation.
“Are those two sandbags still usable?”
“I don’t think so. They are too light…” Tie Xiaohu answered honestly.
“I don’t think you need it either! When you’ve reached the fourth sub-realm, I will teach you some pointers on how to release your acupuncture points. All you have to do is to practice them well and focus on learning the location of your acupuncture points!”
“Mmm!” Tie Xiaohu nodded in excitement. Whether it was the Range Rover, money, or beauty, nothing was comparable to the joy and satisfaction of becoming stronger.
“What do you think of Dao Yong and his entire clan?” Ling Yun casually asked as he reduced the speed of the rover to around 90 kilometers per hour.
“They’re average, I guess… I heard that no one in their clan is good at fighting except for Dao Yong himself and his subordinates. In fact, I can handle all five of them alone. Totally a piece of cake!”
Tie Xiaohu expressed his opinions, clearly unafraid of their entire clan.
Ling Yun frowned. “Tie Xiaohu. Not everything in this world is about violence and aggression. You have to use your brain too! Got it?”
Tie Xiaohu’s face turned red from the slip of his tongue. Hanging his head low, he nodded shamefully.
“Last Sunday, Dao Yong brought some men to make trouble at my mother’s clinic. Guess what? I extorted six hundred grand from him and blocked his acupuncture points to punish him.” Ling Yun raised an eyebrow as he laughed dryly.
He explained the entire situation and laughed. “Even though he didn’t say anything today, I know that the main reason he gave the money and car was because he wanted me to release his acupuncture points.”
“This Dao Yong is pretty smart since he’s willing to spend such a large sum of money to settle this matter. However, even though I released his acupuncture points, his body is still considerably weaker now compared to normal people!”
“Is… is that a smart idea?” Tie Xiaohu was flabbergasted.
“It’s just a method to deal with villains. Remember how I used my acupuncture techniques to help you recover? That’s what I call the ultimate method!”
Tie Xiaohu shot Ling Yun a look of gratitude. “Thank you, Brother Yun!”
“You’re a young sprout that has just begun cultivating. You have the brains and the brawn, but you have to follow me closely from now on! There’ll come a time when you will become much stronger in the future. Let’s not put money as our priority for now. In the future, this equipment and little bit of money will be nothing to us. Whatever we’re lacking, this isn’t going to be it! Understand?”
Tie Xiaohu nodded his head enthusiastically. His face shone with excitement.
Ling Yun slowly brought the car to a stop and swapped seats again with Tie Xiaohu.

Ling Yun was not done with having fun on the wheel. However, he was afraid of what Qin Qiuyue and Ning Lingyu would say if they saw him driving without a license.
Tie Xiaohu cautiously drove back to the villa. When he was 15, he had already begun driving in the underground racing scene. In the past three years, he had gained a lot of experience in Green Dragon. He know understood everything about cars like the back of his hand.
“As the saying goes, no discord, no concord. Dao Yong seems like an intelligent person who has many tricks up his sleeve. Making friends with him seems like a good idea! Without men or influence on your side, what’s the use even if you’re the strongest?”
Why did Ling Yun leave the last seal on Dao Yong? It was for Tie Xiaohu to prove himself! Since he had come from Green Dragon, he had some influence in that world. Hoping for Tie Xiaohu to work his way through university to become an official or a politician was beyond his imagination. But allowing him to work on this was definitely an effortless task that was even easier than stealing stuff.
Dao Yong’s prediction was spot-on. After Ling Yun had Tang Meng and Tie Xiaohu follow him, Ling Yun intended to help them develop. With an intellectual and a fighter by his side, he could get whatever he wanted. Would this not mean that the tides of Qingshui City were about to change?
Tie Xiaohu finally understood what Ling Yun meant and gave a faint smile. His eyes lit up with excitement and anticipation.
After several minutes, they finally arrived at the villa in Qingshui Wharf. Ling Yun called Tang Meng and heard that his mother and sister had just arrived at the villa and were starting to move their belongings in.
“Drive faster! There’s lots of things to be moved, and I don’t want to trouble my mother and sister. The three of us can handle the hard labour!” Ling Yun hurriedly told Tie Xiaohu.
The last time Ling Yun brought his mother over, they had picked the villa because the scenery was stunning. The villa looked like a house out of a fairytale. The air was fresh from the ocean breeze and the trees and flowers contributed to the picturesque scene.
The interior of the villa was lavish with a swimming pool right in the center. It was deep on one end and shallow at the other. The light reflected off the crystal clear water like a beautiful dream.
From the rear gate to the main gate of the villa, there was a road wide enough for two cars to drive simultaneously. A side road led to the garage.
The rover continued forward until it came to a stop behind Tang Meng’s car.
As soon as Tang Meng saw the rover, he rubbed his eyes with both hands, not believing what he was seeing.
“Sh*t! Boss, this… this is the Land Rover! And it’s the special edition!” Tang Meng’s eyes glued to the car. He stared so hard that his eyes would have popped out if he stared any harder.
Tang Meng absolutely loved expensive cars. Whenever he saw one, he felt exhilarated.
“This—where is this from?” Tang Meng asked as he sat down in the rover, admiring the overall interior.
“It’s a present from Dao Yong!” Ling Yun laughed.
“He gave it to you?!” Tang Meng was puzzled since Dao Yong had already compensated him once.
“Okay, that’s enough. Let’s get to work!” Ling Yun walked over.
At that moment, Qin Qiuyue and Ning Lingyu walked out of the villa. As she stood on the marble-white stairs, Ning Lingyu bit her lower lip. “Mother, Brother has brought another car again…”
Qin Qiuyue seemed immune to what her daughter had said and remained silent.
Upon seeing his mother and sister walk out of the villa, Ling Yun walked over to greet them before helping Tang Meng and Tie Xiaohu shift their stuff into the villa.
How many items could two vehicles contain? The three of them decided to move the things into the villa and categorize them according to Qin Qiuyue and Ning Lingyu’s wishes.
Suddenly, Ling Yun stopped and his eyes explored the massive living room.
“So big?! How much stuff is needed to fill up this entire living room?” Ling Yun thought to himself.
How could Ling Yun let his mother and sister stay in such a large house decorated so sparsely?
As he plopped himself down on the sofa, Ling Yun waved and beckoned for Tang Meng to come over.
“I say, do you know how to spend money?”
“Of course!”, Tang Meng was taken aback by Ling Yun’s straightforward question.
“Perfect! Then this mission is for you!” Ling Yun nodded.
Seeing that Ling Yun had placed his trust in him, Tang Meng proudly pounded his chest. “No problem!”
“I’ll give you eight million yuan. However, you have to spend all of it within three days. If it’s not enough, you can always ask me for more. However, if there is a single cent left, be prepared to be punished!” Ling Yun laughed.
