Chapter 1: The Beginning

It was a normal day until a new law was passed saying "person with the highest kill count becomes the richest, this goes for anyone" as this happened Ryan L was listening to this announcement. He heard this running to his sisters school, ditching class. the announcement kept going saying "Murder is now legal folks" Ryan only being 16 scared for his sister on a dreadful day like this. while running Ryan was shot 3 times in the side. He stood for a moment there shocked at being shot. He didn't even have time to see who shot him. He cried a bit worried for his sister, tears coming out of his eyes. Ryan mumbled "Roxanne." before passing out from blood loss. The attacker who shot him thought he just killed him, Meanwhile A teacher saw him bleeding on the floor. The teacher called an ambulance worried for if he was ok. Ryan was having a mental episode. He imagined murdering his attacker. Hour's later Ryan was at the hospital a tired guy who rarely sleeps. He looked at his side seeing his sister Roxanne.  A wave of relief went over Ryan. Roxanne saying "I was worried for you big brother, I heard you were shot 3 times" Ryan responding "Yeah.. I was, as soon as I heard the news I ran over to try and save you." She responded with "Really?" He said "Yeah, you're only 13 crazy what this huge world can do to a 13 year old." Ryan sat up hearing the noise of metal clanking. Confused he looked down to see he had a cybernetic body with a battle hud implanted into his eye. Ryan was shocked yelling "WHAT THE FUCK!" confused as shit. Roxanne said "Calm down big brother they did that because I asked them to" Ryan responding with "W-Why?".  Roxanne saying "Because your injury's were fatal, Your a cyborg now" Ryan said "how bad were they?" Roxanne replied with "You were shot in both lungs, your stomach and liver, and one bullet grazed near your heart.  A fearful expression went on Ryan's face. Roxanne now said "Well either way now your stronger, you can protect the weak. Similar to that "Black Night" Comic you made. Ryan's face went red with sheer embarrassment as he now said "Shut up"  Roxanne said "ok ok fine" giggling a bit. Ryan stood up completely looking at his new body trying out the new features it had, like a superheating arm blade. he ejected the arm blade looking at it saying "woah" he put the arm blade back on his arm retracting it. Ryan reeled his fist, now punching the wall, as expected this broke a hole in the wall. Roxanne now said "I take it you like the new upgrade" Ryan nodding. Ryan grabbed Roxanne now jumping out the window holding her in his arms. He landed taking no damage standing there. Roxanne watched the chaos going on around the place, meanwhile Ryan was dodging bullets as he ran trying to get to their school dorm as they had no parents. Ryan now said "Roxy get on my back"  Roxanne now getting on Ryan's back as he grabs a clever he found on the floor.  Ryan stopped for a moment, Roxanne confused as she heard laughter. Ryan now said "look at everyone killing each other, Isn't it so funny?" Roxanne was concerned looking at Ryan in a fearful way. Ryan ran laughing as a man aimed a sniper at him, Ryan charged at the guy who was running towards him smiling. Ryan now said "Your dead to me" to this man charging towards him with a baseball bat. That man attempts to hit Ryan and Roxanne only for Ryan to Dodge and kick him away. Roxanne was scared of her older brother, scared of the danger he was in. Ryan just found the danger fun as the sniper fired a bullet. Ryan dodged throwing the clever straight into the mans head. "Your FUCKING DEAD!"  he yelled. Now laughing more Ryan gets swung at with the bat, Ryan crushed the bat breaking it, now looking at the man with a sadistic smile. Roxanne was Scared of what Ryan could do Fearful she shut her eye's. The man ran away from Ryan only for Ryan to chase him running faster. Ryan dropkicked the man, as the man fell Roxanne saw the regret in the mans eyes as he looked up to see Ryan's cybernetic foot. "FUCK YOU, FUCK THIS WORLD, I WANT YOU TO FEEL MY PAIN"  Ryan yelled as he crushed the mans skull in curb stomping over and over again till he was nothing but brain and mush on the floor, parts of skull everywhere. blood and guts going everywhere. Roxanne witnessing everything that just happened as Ryan had blood all over him. Ryan ran all the way over to the dorm, getting there in about 10 minutes. Ryan looked at Roxanne saying "Are you ok?" Roxanne broke down into tears "He was sorry why d-did you kill him, why did you like killing them, why did you want them to suffer like you?"  she said crying. Ryan walks over to her, he hugs her saying "I'm sorry its the harsh reality of this world, you kill or be killed." Roxanne now said "Why were you laughing?"  as she tried to calm down after witnessing her brothers murderous acts. Ryan just washed the blood off with the towel. Ryan now said "I don't want you to get hurt, Ever."  Roxanne calmed down "I promise I won't"  Ryan reaches on his back as he never checked anything behind him. there was a scythe on his back. Ryan turned it on, and it superheated. he admired the scythe. Ryan now said to Roxanne "Hey want to play some videogames, and have some ice-cream?  I know it'll Cheer you up" Roxy said "Alright" After hours of gaming and playing Sonic the hedgehog and some other games. That seemed to cheer Roxanne up. Ryan got up going to the bathroom looking at a stab proof vest his sister managed to grab off some guy from outside. Ryan was surprised as during his murderous rampage he only noticed that just now. Ryan grabbed a wig and trimmed it coloring a black streak in it.  He got some tactical clothes and sued them together. he put the stab proof vest over the tactical clothing. he put a cape over it. "looking good so far." he said to himself  Roxanne was still gaming on the computer. Ryan drew an "OwO" face on this circular mask he had that was blank.  Ryan then put on the wig as it was red. It had a red streak through it cut to only have a ponytail on the back, hidden behind the cape. The rest of the hair was short. Ryan looked at himself trying to get used to this reality. One of his eyes was red, the other blue as he glared at himself in the mirror. Ryan now walked out the bathroom towards his sister. he looked at her hesitantly, A bit shy to walk Infront of her dressed like this. The scythe was slung on the back behind the cape. Ryan gathers the courage to walk up to his sister, Roxanne looking at him saying "Oh so the "Black Night" is real now". Ryan simply said "Y-Yep!"  Roxanne now said "in that case let me make my outfit" Ryan said "W-Wai-" but she ran to the bathroom before he could do anything. Ryan facepalmed cringing at his own idea. After that Ryan took off the black night suit, changing into some pj's then falling asleep in his bed. Roxanne got out of the bathroom after she was done making her outfit. Roxanne saying "I call it midnigh-" she stopped realizing her brother was sleeping in his bed. Roxanne sat in her bed saying "guess you'll see it tomorrow Ryan, Goodnight big brother." She changed into her pjs and went to sleep
